Omg. Slowest drive thru ever! July 4th weekend. Good burger though! Evidently very understaffed.

No I would give this place a zero if I could. They have absolutely no customer service skills we pulled in waited 20 minutes still no order taken the manager, Terri who is on duty did nothing I understand places get busy but when you just intentionally have people waiting in the heat and not do anything but say may I take your order then stop and say the screen is full in people mid order no not acceptable not only did I drive off but 2 other cars did too it was only 4 of us waiting to order.So Terri my suggestion as a manager find away to handle all parts of the business don't have you customers driving off not onl is the company losing money but also valued customers read more

While it did appear that there was only one person working, we got our food 20 minutes after the app said the mobile order would be ready. They were out of Dr. Pepper, gave us only 5 chicken nuggets for a large chicken bites and it was quiet cold. The food also came with a big dose of bad attitude and rude demeano. read more

If I could give less than one star it still wouldn't give the rating this establishment deserves. Three people in the entire parking lot and still no order after 30 minutes. 3 drinks and that was too much to accomplish. While traveling to GA we made the mistake of stopping at this Sonic for a drink and burger. Pulled into a stall and it had a sign that it wasn't working. Pulled into another and pressed the button to order, the sign indicated to wait, well about 10-15 minutes went by and I decided to go to the door and see what the hold up was. The lady inside immediately yelled to get out that I wasn't allowed inside, I wasn't even in, just pushed the door open. I asked when I'd be waited on to order, she said the stalls aren't working. Well why not put some dang signs up. Anyway like a fool I drove around to the drive thru, needless to say there was three vehicles already in line, my wife wanted some tea and a burger so we waited, didn't know it'd take that long, but it was a while. Anyway finally placed and order, then waited some more. When we got our food we looked in the bag, and had two burgers and order of fries, so we hit the road. Wife gives me my burger, it was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted the least bit, I ordered one with no onion and you could clearly taste that onion was on it but removed, wife's burger was cold as well. At least the fries were hot, the root beer was good, the tea sucked and got poured out. Horrible Sonic, probably the worst one I've ever been to. I give this place zero stars! Very POOR Customer Service!!! I went there last night at 8:40pm. Stayed until 9:10 pm. Very slow , I ordered and I had to reorder twice because they " weren't actually ringing " me up so never got my food hr of my life wasted .

I tried the drive thru, waited for like 5 Min and nobody answered me. So I drove up at the regular place you order and pushed the red button, I waited 8 minutes. When I finally hear a voice the lady on the other side sounded as if I had intruded on her private time. I backed away from the Speaker in my car and left with the cashier or whatever getting angrier and angrier. I went there tonight and the lady taking my order was very very VERY rude. She caught an attitude with me for apparent reason.

Pulled up in a stall and pushed the button to order twice. Left with no service, not one employee acknowledged we were there. I think they want you to order using the app and drive thru only. We sat there more than 30 minutes and left. No customer service whatsoever. This country is going to the wolves as far as customer service and employees who care. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE. we ordered 1 mini blast and 2 Oreo peanut butter master shakes. We got 2 oreo blast. When we went through the drive thru to get the correct order the young lady argued with us saying she made them and knew they were right. We will not be back and cannot believe how terrible the service was simply because we wanted our order corrected. read more

I love Sonic! But this location is straight trash. I hate this sonic. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, first they can't hear me over the speaker. Tonight they couldn't hear me so someone came to my car to take my order. She came and I started my order but then she needed to write it down and didn't have paper. So she left to get the paper and NEVER CAME BACK! So we went through the drive through. Ordered just fine. Watched the cars behind us get their orders. Not us. Someone came to the window twice with orders that weren't ours but didn't ask us what we ordered. The staff here are terrible. They have bad attitudes like they hate everyone. They're never friendly. Ever. I wish there was a closer location so I didn't have to come here. But today is probably the last time. Did I mention I hate this location? read more

First time coming to this sonic. It seemed they were having a rush when we came through. They were having some technical issues, which caused our order to take a while to come out. The employees were very kind and not only helped with the issue but paid for our meal. Overall, courtesy and boisterous carhop workers. I like Sonic for a few different items. The hot dogs and sides are good (especially the pickle-o's!) but the chicken and burgers seem a bit lacking. I love the drink selection. Crew has always been very courteous and friendly when my husband and I go there, it's an enjoyable experience. read more

Horrible customer service I am highly disappointed with this location and never have waited this long to get my food.

I don't even like doing this and this is the first time I have ever had to complain about customer service at a restaurant because it is consistently bad. It's not the morning shift, the afternoon shift, or the evening shift, it's the establishment that is terrible. I can understand one problem every once in a while, but no matter who is on shift, time of day, they consistently mess up my order, bring my order 20 to 30 minutes later and or I have to call them to get their attention to bring my order. My order is usually a route 44 lime aid and or a large ice cream blast and every time without fail they get to me late even though I order ahead on the app. The app is supposed to speed things up, but I still wait at least 20 minutes after I get their, regardless of ordering ahead. I worked fast food so I understand, but the staffs attitude is kind of disrespectful and they seem to think I I'm bothering them when I ask for an order I made on an app 20 minutes ago. I'm only giving this one star bc I can't give them nothing because they don't even deserve one star. PLEASE AVOID THIS SONIC AT ALL COST. read more

I absolutely love the Sonic brand but this location is terrible. I waited forever for someone to take my order and once the monitor said my order was being delivered I waited an additional ten minutes all for the order to be completely wrong. Once I informed the team member, my order was corrected but I had food all over the outside of the container. I wish management would seriously intervene. read more

I only give this place three stars because the food (when prepared right) tastes good and my server is usually very nice. But I have not come to the location once in the last 5 months and not had to wait at least 20+ mins for my food in the drive thru. Now I don't mind waiting for fresh hot food but that's not always the case. Again the foods good I really like sonic but I can't see waiting 20+ min for it. read more

This Sonic location is always terrible! loooonggg waits always, even for just a milkshake or just a cup of ice WHEN THEY AREN'T busy! Servers never are rude or anything which is nice but saying they hire folks dumber than a sack of rocks is an under statement.. and I usually never write bad reviews I once ordered a asiago chicken sand which and the girl came out to ask which bread I wanted I said um I've never been asked before the one it comes on please and she said uh which one is that and laughed about it... I ended up getting it on toast.. I visited this sonic one day looking for an application for a different sonic closer to me. The lady said they did not have any applications to which I kindly replied can you print one she said no and was very rude and closed the door. Me and my friends went through the drive thru to get our slushes and I asked again the lady gave me one. So the other lady lied to me. Very unprofessional if you ask me.
