The hot pot itself was just okay. Because of the lighting, it was difficult to tell when the meat was fully cooked. At other restaurants, I've always been provided oil or butter to help prevent food from sticking to the grill, but here we didn't get that, which made cooking a bit frustrating. Overall, while the ambiance is the highlight, the lack of cleanliness, rushed service, and dining rules mean I won't be returning.
