This place used to be good. Even, I would have argued the best wings in town. Today, I found 2 employees sitting in a clean and empty dining room at lunch. Bid red flag but I had already made my order online. For $14 I got 10 mediocre, soggy lacking in flavor wings. A basket of gross floppy fries. And no dip found when I got home. They have a super-friendly staff at Wingstop. There's never anyone in the dining room, which is a real shame. About a year ago, my friends and I used to come here every Monday night to watch football and enjoy the Monday night specials. The staff were always super accomidating and courteous. Not only that, but the wings are a knockout! I dig on hot food, but most hot wing sauces are big on heat and small on flavor. The hottest wings at Wingstop are not only edible, but delectable; way better than I would expect from a chain of wing joints. I'm not a fry guy, but the fries here are pretty good and I often found myself picking at them well through halftime until they were all gone! I asked how much longer and was told "10-15 minutes" with no apology. I went and sat in my car because they had people waiting out the door. The boneless Hawaiian wings were undercooked with raw chicken and someone put parmesan cheese on top of them. The Orange Szechuan were overcooked and not edible. the wings under the first layer of foil were mixed together. I have used this restaurant for years. The crew appeared to be lost and overwhelmed. People were canceling orders left and right and walking out without their food. I understand the staffing issues that are affecting businesses but this was ridiculous.
