This review is based solely on the drink machine in the lobby, but if the condition of that machine is an indication, it makes me wonder what the areas behind the counter look like. Thankfully, I only ate one piece of chicken before noticing it. The staff seemed pleasant enough, but what I saw was alarming. I walked up to the machine to get some water and immediately noticed mold. The machine appeared to have mold buildup around multiple areas, including near where the ice is dispensed. It completely turned me off from getting a drink. I didn't take a picture at the time because I wasn't planning on writing a review, but I felt people should be aware. My concern is that someone could get sick from using that machine. If I have the opportunity to go back and take photos, I'll update this review so others can see what I saw for themselves. read more

I keep driving past this KFC thinking I'll give them one last chance. Well.... Tonight my wife wanted KFC so we tried again. Amazing how a business can get this many bad reviews for rude service, inattentive workers and bad food and not change. I went to the drive-thru and had to listen to employees playing around in the kitchen using vulgar language. Sides were good but the chicken was horrible. I drove the 3 miles from Cramerton to Belmont to go to KFC. The woman taking orders in the drive through was so rude and ignorant, I just drove away. I ordered and PAID online, I understand the lobby being closed but there was a long line at the drive thru so I attempted to pick up the order at the door. No one would even come to the door but a young man made faces at me and motioned to drive around. I had to wait in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes for food that had already been ordered and PAID for. I notified the manager about this not being convenient for pick up service, she said that this is what they are doing and for me to do whatever I wanted to do. Customer service was ok. They left out our cookies and biscuits. Women's bathrooms were clean but the men's bathrooms was a disaster area. The booth we sat at smelt horrible so we moved. All in all I've had better experiences but at least the food was decent. But extremely oily. read more

Yes, this is a KFC, so I won't bother reviewing the food. Besides, it's not the food here that's bad... it's the service! Staffed by hostile and indifferent teenagers, the missus and I stopped going to this KFC for a long time, as staff were surly and our orders were almost always incorrect. Nowadays we only tend to go there for the occasional single item (a small cole slaw or Snacker), as we don't think they'll get it right. I think the management of this location needs to impart on their staff that many folks come to KFC to get meals for their entire families. I wouldn't complain so much if Taco Bell messed up a 99¢ burrito... but if I'm paying KFC $20 for a family meal and they forget the biscuits or give us the wrong sides, or give us Extra Crispy when we ordered Original I'm going to be ANGRY! They also need to understand that, at their prices, no one's going to put up with this. I can get far better chicken at Price's for nearly the same money... so why go to KFC? read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After sitting in line for 20 minutes, I sit at the window waiting on my food for another 5 minutes and don't even get all of my food! Had to get back in line because the door is locked not letting anyone inside, whatever not a big deal. Wait in line another 10 minutes for the girl at the speaker to be as rude as she possibly can. Make sure your shoes are tied tightly or they may get pulled off from the super sticky floors! Dining room isn't family of 5 friendly. Staff was friendly and the food was hot. They have a sanitation score of 96.5 though. All in all I guess we would come back eventually read more

Worst KFC I've ever been too. Staff is horrible and food is horrible. I've lived in this community for 15 years and it's alway been the same thing. I decided to eat there last night May 16 and ordered the new boneless chicken. It was so overcooked that I couldnt eat it and gave it to my golden retriever for supper. I ate the biscuit and wedges. I tried calling the store but the number is always busy and when someone finally picked up they hung up on me. NEVER, NEVER do they get orders right.
