The Nacho BellGrande was suppose to have extra Nacho Cheese, but if that was extra we will not pay for extra anymore. Service- they asked what type sauce was needed and we let them know. The food is actually really decent here. My only complaint is when I pulled up to go inside and eat the manager was standing right by the front door smoking a cigarette. Of all places to choose to smoke he picked the front door. I waited in my car until he finished because I didn't want to walk in his stink cloud. He was a white male who looked around 40-45 so you would think he would know that was a bad area to smoke at but I guess not. I doubt he even washed his hands when he came back. read more

Let me start off by saying that fast food is fast food... but this one is one of the worse ones I have been to. Their portion control is clearly off, as I have been here a few times, and had a tiny amount of beans in a bean burrito, when my husband had a bit more (mine was little more than a rolled up tortilla). Easy in, easy out. Taco Bell is probably one of the easiest to eat and drive. As long as you dig into the burrito just right, it's not going to spill all over you while you're piloting a two ton missile down the highway at 115 feet per second. Got zero sauces. The quesadilla I got literally had NO cheese in the entire triangle. Just a tortilla folded in half and cut into a triangle. Not even sauce for the bare tortilla. Absolute disgrace. Fountain drink was off in taste, forgot half our order, we were made to wait in line an additional 20 minutes to get what we ordered the 1st time because they couldn't run out some nacho fries and nacho supreme. You SUCK Taco Bell on Wilkinson Blvd. Most Taco Bell's are pretty nasty but we tolerate the shitty service for the cheap junk food. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. It is also the slowest. I remember one time I ordered a burrito and the rice was bad hard and crunchy, SO I call and go get another one. Guess what they put the same nasty rice on it. Didn't even take the time to make new rice after the complaint. Called back and told the manager he was a joke. This place is also very skimpy with the meat and cheese. I have had tacos where half the shell only had lettuce and you could easily count the shreds of cheese (less than 10). But this place has been like this for over a decade and they are not about to change so I never go there. read more

I went to Taco Bell at 12:00 with a couple friends and the inside was closed so went through the drive through. They told us we could only do 2 orders when we asked to do 3 but I understand. The part that upset me was how rude the workers were. We we passing back food and yelled at us to drive away through the window and motioned us to leave. How unprofessional. I know its a chain, I also know its not authenic Mexican food, but every now and again I get a Taco Bell craving I just have to satisfy! Plus if you make some wise menu choices, you can eat good without ingesting a whole lot of fat grams. For example, I get 2 steak soft tacos fresco style which is pico de gallo instead of cheese and sour cream. The pico is very good and you can taste the fresh cilantro. This drops the fats grams to only 4 each. Add a side of rice (only 3 fat grams) cover in fire sauce and add an unsweet tea or diet coke and you eatin' good for only 11 grams of fat! Pretty good from a fast food joint, huh? I also get a side of guacamole that really good, but I don't count it as it has it has all the good kinds of fats that are good for you! A win win situation. I aslo thinks its pretty damn tasty! Thats right, I said it, I LIKE TACO BELL!! Plus most locations I have been in are clean and the counter service is friendly. I don't eat here once a week or even once a month, but when the craving does hit, I'm thinking outside the box and making a run for the border! read more

You can definitely tell management has been making efforts to improve this franchise. The staff are mostly friendly and prompt. The tacos are filled to the edge with ingredients, and the line moves pretty quickly now. Sometimes they leave an item out of my order or give me unsweet tea instead of sweet, which is the worst, but most of the time everything is great. read more

HORRIBLE. Our order was completely wrong, tried going inside at 10:01 to have everything fixed and was stopped at the door stating the inside was closed, while the inside was still jam packed. Writing this review while waiting on food that I ordered 25 mins ago and currently watching the employees scream to the customers if anyone wants a refund because they're taking to long. We have been in here almost 30 mins and nobody not only us, has got there food yet. Some of the employees keep look at each other laughing about the fact that people are getting upset. There's no line in drive through and maybe 10 people in the dining room, and that's it. The dining room is also disgusting, and customers are having to clean the booths themselves. Will NOT return. i went here tonight didn't get all my food in my bag and was given the wrong receipt. went back and the male manager was nice gave us what we didn't get and then we went home again. got home My smothered burrito had no sauce on it. one of our quesadillas didn't have chicken or cheese on it. so I called and the male manager laughed when I said I wanted my money back. So we went back up there and the Lady manager said she couldn't give us the RIGHT receipt, and couldn't give us our money back but she could remake all the food and add some things of our choice on. she was very professional and nice. not to mention there were other customers who came in and said they were missing things.
