I got two deconstructed gyros, fries and a drink. The sandwiches and fries were all hot and amazing. I liked them so much I had one for breakfast the next day. The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. The service was good and the lady was very friendly. Thank you so much Arby's for a wonderful meal and experience at your restaurant. Once again, I was an "end of shift" customer. I placed my order on the app. Easy to use and convenient. The app stated that they were open until 10 pm. I arrived just after 9:30. ALL of the outside lighting had been turned off. It looked like they were closed. I decided to pull up to the order board. Someone did respond and I pulled up to the window and received my order. Went to Arby's today 10/24/2019 around 2:45 and ordered a double roast beef sandwich. Waited in line behind 5 other cars in the drive through and when I got up to the window I was told they were completely out of roast beef. If they would have told me when I was ordering I could have just got out of line and left. I give the slow place a 1/2 a star. An Arby's with no roast beef? On a Friday? I enjoy Arby's. the food isn't half bad. What I don't like is constantly having items left out of my order in the drive thru. This is a normal practice here in belmont for these drive thru places. None are good a couple are decent. This Arby's gets this two stars because the last few times I've come here after work around 10:30pm (they close at 11pm) they have forgotten stuff from my order. Now, I obviously can't call since by the time I leave and get home they are now closed and won't care to answer a phone. Of course nobody would believe me if I went on my next trip there and explained I'm owed a few sandwiches either. So I have to accept that i overpaid for half our order. Another thing, to the owner if you care at all about your franchise, maybe don't have your people turn everyone single light off except the kitchen lights by 10:30. If I wasn't a local, maybe a person off the highway hungry I'd think the place was close. Of course the employees want customers to think that anyway that's why they turn off all the lights. God forbid you have to microwave some food 30 minutes before close. You need $15 am hour for that right? Everything would change then. They might even offer to make yo food after hours even when the big bucks are being made . TL:DR avoid belmont area drive thrus. I've had the new Chicken Pecan chicken sandwich that is really good. So I tried another a few days later. The first one had enough salad to cover the entire bread thickly, the second was not quite as robust with the salad but I kind of thought, well it's still good. I kind of put it on my menu on and off for awhile and noticed less and less salad, today, I got 2 sandwiches with barely enough salad to cover maybe 1/4 of the bread if you could spread it plopped in the middle of my sandwich, I ate half the sandwich with bread only and lettuce. I could start eating from the other end and still not get to the salad till the last bite. This has happened the past 2 times I've been there. What's the deal, is the salad so good that you run out and have to ration it? Ridiculous to pay that much for bred and a strip of lettuce! read more
