If it was a ribeye, I probably would have just eaten it but an overcooked filet is no bueno. So we sent back. The bartender/server returned with the steaks as the cook asked us to "cut in the middle." A perfectly cooked filet is cooked the same way throughout. But we obliged and yes, overcooked. This is where the problem arised. It probably took 20 minutes to get our new steaks. Can't help but to think this was done with purpose. But the second round of steaks were cooked perfectly and very flavorful. I got the creamed corn for a side and it was flavorless. Do not recommend. I also ordered blackened shrimp with my steak. A manager did drop off food and briefly acknowledge the issues, but there was no real apology or follow-up. Used plates from appetizers and sides that were clearly finished sat on the table for most of the meal. When dishes were cleared, the server often asked people who were still actively eating rather than removing the empty or stacked plates that were ready to go, which only added to the overall lack of attention and awareness.
