I kept getting answers like go to this website and look for yourself. When I did so,I ask the salesperson if I would get then the same finances terms as in that specific website he send me to. A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I leased a new Tucson from Keyes Hyundai. Great experience (second lease with them...both exemplary). Apparently, the Keyes devotion to valuing and respecting the customer hasn't been articulated to management at Keyes Lexus. I stopped in to test drive an IS300. Good experience with my salesperson. LOVE the car. Problem here is management. As soon as they stepped in, the entire experience went south. Talk about condescension! First, they badmouthed another brand that I am considering (Genesis). Then they went to great lengths to tell me about all they had to do to make this deal work...like I care. Seriously, customers don't need to hear this. That is YOUR JOB. Keyes Lexus "management" (intentionally in quotes)...it is 2019. Car-buyers have an abundance of information at their fingertips. Have a better understanding of this, and dispense with the worn-out nonsense and rhetoric that give car dealers a bad reputation. Show respect and honor for a cusrtomer's business and time. 5 hrs later....I'm still here. First time at the service dept. I came in because my 6 month old car brakes squeak ONLY in reverse for over a month now. What was supposed to take about 2hrs...4 hrs later I finally get to test drive with the foreman & of course it barely squeaks for him and he says he can't tell where exactly it's coming from. They kept saying they lost my car every time it was checked on or asked to pull up... I know car issues a lot of time don't happen when you get to the mechanic, but it shouldn't take 4+ hrs to figure that out, either you try it a few times and it does or doesn't. I was there for 10 mins no one came to see if I needed help there were 3 salesman outside laughing with an older gentleman that looked to be one of the manager. So I walked around to look at the cars and decided to go inside and ask for help. Receptionist called someone to help us right away we waiting another 15 mins. This is a review for the service department. I bought my car elsewhere but I had to come here twice to get factory recalls taken care of on my car. Everyone I have dealt with are great. From the gentlemen who valet your car, the service advisor & enterprise rental personnel are great. The waiting area inside is spacious, clean & they have self serve starbucks / regular coffee, fruits, water, etc. Danecia was my service advisor today & she is great! Very personable and she was so apologetic when my car wasn't ready as fast as they thought. The young hispanic lady (Unfortunately forgot her name) at Enterprise was very friendly as well. I Bought a certified used Lexus 10/28/2020. A day later my car breaks started squeaking a lot so I texted the sales rep and told me to bring it back for inspection. I did they tried to tell me it was normal because it was a sport package. (Sounds dumb doesn't it.) After complaining for some time finally the shop Forman said to leave the car overnight which they ended up sanding the rotors and applying quiet solution to the breaks. Invoice #51322. My name was wrong on the paperwork it still had the old owners information. So they were calling the wrong number to notify it was done. I had to call in. I was a bit frustrated but asked them to fix the paperwork. They said it was corrected. 5000 miles after on 03/05/2021 service was due. I made an appointment **DO NOT WORK WITH ALI ALRUBAIE NOR ANTHONY** I come in and he told me I didn't have a service package. I told him I do I had to explain to him when I bought the car and all he kept showing me was the system doesn't show so I asked for a manager. The manager said I am sorry you are not the only one with this problem and proceeded to tell ALI to take the RO to him when he was done and he would sign off on it. I get my paperwork and it has the old owners name again and phone number at this point I'm aggravated with the situation. They said they will fix it again. I told him my phone number again. I dropped off the car on Friday and it had a fuel pump recall so it was going to be ready that day and he would let me know. My rear wheel had a nail in the back which I noticed because the porter took a picture of it. I figured they will call me with a price.I took the rental and went about my business. Monday comes and I haven't heard from him. I called him at 11am and left a voicemail never heard back. I called back around 1pm and he answered so I asked about the status of my car. He said it was done and that he left a voicemail. I asked to what number? So he repeated the old owners number. I was upset at that point. I looked at the paper work and it said they did the recall and check all tires I asked him if they noticed the nail in the back and said there was no nail. I asked for the manager and that manager has no backbone. His employees run him. He didn't offer a solution or tried to help. All he asked ALI was "what happened with his tire?" The said he says it's fixed. Invoice #58416 It sucks that places like this. They work through commission so they don't care for quality customer service. I regret buying my car in this dealership. Finance didn't do their job to change the name nor put my warranty services and now I have to fight with this dealership for what I deserve. I'm not asking for anything free. Save your self the headache and drive a little more to Glendale. I bought my first car there and their service it's great. I regret not buying from them. I asked for a paper that guarantees my information is correct and that Lexus will know I do have my warranty services. And this is what they gave me. You tell me if they are not full of crap. Look at the date printed on the left top corner. This is just a paper that tells me what they have done to the car and it didn't have what they did that day. I can't make this up. read more

I purchased my new RX450H last year and purchased all added extra services including the anti theft. In February 2021 around 7pm and my car suddenly won't start and i had tow my car to the nearest dealer which is the Woodland Hills which i spent the towing and uber to get to wood land hills dealer. Since it was already late and they were closed, i had to call the following day and they tried to diagnose the car. They found out that the reason the car was disabled is because of the anti theft cable that they installed. Woodland Hillsff dealer charged me for over $600. So i went to the keyes lexus and talked to Alex Ayyoub (GSM) and explained what happened and he stated that he will talked to GM and he will get back to me in 2 days. 4 days had passed and never heard anything from Alex and called and left messages numerous times and never return my call. So i call the GM, Ramin Hakakian and started telling him what happened but he stopped me and started yelling me on the phone and he would not even let me finished and hear the whole story. He was very unprofessional and no sense of customer service and he was telling me that he has been a GM for a long time. I am a GM myself and i know i am not like him who yells at customer on the phone. When i asked him to let me explain and all i want is to get reimbursed of the charges and to reinstall the anti theft coz i paid the anti theft for 5 years. He then said that he will look at it and will get back to me in 2 days. 5 days passed by and no call received. I called him almost every day and left numerous messages but i never get any response back. They have new owner (Lithea Company) and also left messages to call me regarding my complaints but they too failed to return my call. I have been going to keyes lexus for many many years for my services. I hate to leave as i have a great service consultant Ali Alrubaie, he is very professional and great customer service. I work in healthcare and actually care for the well being of patients, so this review is unbiased. I am telling you from experience. Please, stay away. I recently had a bad experience with them that left me with a bitter taste. I have been wanting to post this review since last yea rebut I have been busy with traveling and medical missions. But YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I even went to the branch manager DAVID KOHAN and he's not any different. By the way if you see PAUL on the sales floor. If I were to guess he's from Ukraine. He's got an accent, looks like a nice guy. You'll get sucked in to his approachable personality. But he will forget about you once he gives you in that binding debt contract. Also, never lease from here and always always get all your agreements with Paul or their sales team on paper. I also referred my co worker here, because my first 4 years with them was great. Then after than huge incident, I saw their identity. I literally felt like a dog being thrown out of a home. My co worker can vouch for this and he'll tell you his story too. He didn't like that they lies to him and they said they can't help him. I'm just shocked why I'm paying way more. Paul's answer was, every month has different sales. Bruh, you guys invited me to your " November to remember " sales event, which is supposedly Keyes lexus biggest sale of the year. My co worker went on February 11 which is ( inventors day in US, or the feast day of our Lady of Lourdes) for my catholic yelpers. My neighbor just leased a Audi Q5. Same price as the NX300 lexus and his monthly is $470. They also started to harass me with the over mileage fees from my old lease contract. But I told them I was just going to do a buy out so I don't have to return it and pay for the over mileage. I specifically told them I will only trade it in for a new lease if they absorb the over mileage. Jeffrey who was my first sales rep told me yes, there are several ways around it and this was a way to do it if you are over mileage. Paul's words that day on November 24 was, "yes we will cover your last 2 months left on the lease and your over mileage don't worry about it." Little did I know that I was suppose to get that written on the new contract so it's on paper. Then when I went to Keyes regarding this issue. Paul said he doesn't recall helping me since there were plenty customers and there is nothing on contract that states this. Good job on their part, my bad on mines. Never take their word for it. They will do what ever it takes to get that car out of the lot. Do not fall for this. I took a big loss, my co worker took a big loss. He returned his car he following month and absorbed the negative value he had. He said he'll never go to this place again and deal with those kind of people. For me, I'm taking a stand. You guys can take me to collection, but I'm not paying for something I shouldn't be responsible for. Even if the mileage fee was $5.00 or $7,000. I'm going to honor myself and stand my ground to bullies like you guys. If you knew me, you'll know that I'm a careful individual. I knew the circumstance I was in and told them, I'm not stupid enough to trade in my current lease and eat up the over mileage fees. So I rather just finish my 2 months remaining and buy it out. But I fell for their tactics. There might still be a few honest car dealers out there. But I'm telling you. Please, save yourself the hassle. As for me, the damage has been done. But I am warning you, your friends, your colleagues or your family. Stir away from this company. I'm trying to save you. If you're going to get a car, just go to the main dealer. If you think you're not getting the best deal there, you're mistaken. Keyes will just hustle you. Their sales team is highly trained to get you in a deal. But it's not the best deal. They don't care about customers. All they care about is what's the highest monthly lease can they give you so they can get commission. I don't blame them for this. But there are other dealers out there that will give you a better offer and treat you better than they will. Long story short, all car dealers are bad.
