If you're looking to get ripped off, this place is fantastic. They told me my car had a "heart attack" in which a private, and trustworthy mechanic, started laughing at. Every time I've been there they have attempted to rip me off, waste my time, and their customer service is all around poor. This is led by the poor management of the customer service manager who is the tip of the spear and quite brash. And, this is without an actual argument but just concerned normal conversation. He listened to my concern thoroughly; reviewed all of my previous services and took the time to update my service record to make that he knew what or if any additional services would be needed and made sure that I did not have unnecessary duplicate services preformed on my vehicle pursuant to guideline. I recently purchased a brand new Lexus Rx350. As I negotiated the price with a salesman and a sale manager , the sale manager asked me "What kind of car do you drive?". I thought it was kind of strange. Anyway, I told him I own Mercedes. He said he would have to justify the sale to his boss if he was going to lower the price. We were able to agree on the deal. Before I left the dealer I told the salesman one of the rear quarter window exterior molding is damaged. The salesman said the service dept was closed (Sunday) so he took pictures and he'd get back to me. Meanwhile, I saw some water stains on the car but I thought the car was just washed and it was not completely dried. It was Th and I didn't hear anything from my salesman so I called him he said to bring the car in which I did. While I was there I told him about the water stains. He said he would take care it when I bring the car in to replace the rear quarter window exterior molding (panel). The service team took a look at the panel and ordered the panel. They said it'd take 5 to 7 days and they would call me. I was kind of surprise for this multimillion company does not have simple part in stock and it'd take a week to get it but anyway. A week went by, I did not hear anything so I called. My salesman was off so I talked to part and service departments. Nobody knew anything about it. I called back next day and got a hold of my salesman and he said he had no control over it. He took a look at the order and he said he would let me know. Second weeks went by, I didn't hear anything so I called my salesman and he said similar thing. Third weeks went by, I didn't hear anything so I called my salesman and he said he'd get back to me. I few hours went by I didn't hear from him so I called back he said he was with customers and he didn't get a chance to check. He'd check and get back to me. I got a voicemail from service dept that there was open appointment as early as Th morning. I called the service dept back but the person who called me was not available so someone else help me. I asked her if she'd perform detail on the car as well since my salesmen said he'd take care it. She said I'd need to talk to my salesman so she connected me to my salesman he said the part won't be in until Th afternoon and I could stop by on Fri morning and he would take care of the detail. I got two different answers from service and salesman. I went in on Fri morning, the service advisor told me that I would have to talk to my salesman about the detail because he didn't have any approve paperwork otherwise I'd have to pay for it. I went in try to talk to my salesman but he was in a meeting so I waited to talk to him. My salesman went over to service and talked to service manager and they said they would take care of it. By the way, Keyes Lexus does not provide complimentary loan car they were going to give me a ride back but I told them I have places to go so drop off would not work for me. They finally got me a rental car inside their building. A round 5 pm, I went in to pick up my car and I noticed some water stains were still there so asked service people and they said the car was detailed. I asked them if I could see work order, I was told there was not work order since I was not bring charge for the services. I asked to speak with my salesman I was told he was gone for the day so I asked to speak to his manager. I spoke to his manager and the manager called the salesman. Within minutes, the salesman walked in so I told him about the water stains. He said they worked on the car for 4 hours and that was the best they could do. I told him I was disappointed so I asked to speak with his manager again. This time, he called another manger who helped me when I bought the car. The manager and my salesman looked at the car. The manager said "I'm not picky and I can't tell about the water stains". After looking at the car, the salesman told his manager they spent 4 hours detail the car. The manager and the salesman said the stains wouldn't come off but they would try so they took the car back to wipe down rear window and some of the stains came off. He said the next step is to wax the car which he would not be responsible if the clear code come off. During those times, I was thinking to myself, It wouldn't matter if you spent 4 hours or a day to work on a car, the quality of the work was not satisfied. On top of that it's not about being picky. This is brand new car so I expect it to be perfect. I was pissed so I left the dealer. When I got home I found out the rear quarter window exterior molding (panel) that was replaced was not properly done. They were not lining up right between left and right. Keys Lexus has poor customer service overall. Next time, I would bring my business somewhere else. read more

I highly recommend Ruman Syed for helping getting a good deal leasing 2020 Lexus IS 350 F Sport. He treated us with respect and good manner. Me and my mom spend about 4 hours there to negotiate and talked number. Syed was quiet patient and tried to work out the best deal for us. He stayed after 6:00pm to talk and negotiate even though, the dealer closes at 6:00pm. After long hour of negotiation, we finally got the best deal and it was all because of Ruman. Exceptional service from Sam Kalbassi (sales associate) who made my transition from lease to purchase easy and effective. He was extremely helpful and informative about my lease ends options for my 2020 LexusES Hybrid and offered his opinions without pushing. I knew I could trust him. The entire process took a long time as finance papers always do but finance manager Nick A made the process easy and I appreciate how he took the time to thoroughly explain details so I was clear on what I was signing. He presented the warranties in an approachable manner and gave their benefits without a heavy sale. ( I purchased all) I have been a customer of Keyes for over two decades. After seeing his reply here, I called the manager, we spoke, he took down my number and said he will call me tomorrow once he goes over my service record, he never bothered calling back. Sadly enough the biggest part of complaint was a service rep taking down my number and never calling back, which Ramin said was "inexcusable and unacceptable", I guess its a joke to him. When I arrived to sign the paperwork, the sales manager showed me numbers that were not even close to the numbers we discussed over the phone. I had been a customer with this dealer for quiet a while. My family member who bought his Lexus car has been changing brakes on his vehicle almost everytime he went in for maintenance. I brought in my Lexus RC200t for maintenance Today, and I was informed that my front brake pads measure at 3mm and that "it is a danger to drive this car". According to my paperwork from last maintenance at 15k I had 6 mm of 10 mm on my brake pad which means I drove through 4 mm in 15k miles. Today's paperwork was for 20k miles with 3 mm left on brake pads which suggested I drove through 3 mm in 5k. To do the math 4 mm in 15k and 3 mm in 5k.. I got second opinion at a few shops and they measured brake pada at approximately 6.5 mm. Called William Horvat who was helping us to inform him of this service. The service technician Casillas Alfon was who did the measurement.. I was told manager will call me back, but I received no return call. Price for brake pad changes $348 at Lexus Keys Price outside $190 Stay warned my friends. read more

Everything went smooth and everyone was very nice, so of course when we wanted to trade our car in and get a new lease we already knew that we would be coming back here. We speak to Kobe on the phone and we were able to come in the same day. Kobe listened to what we wanted and was able to find us the prefect car. By far the most civil and respectful response I got was from Gary Berndt, Internet Sales Manager at Keyes Lexus. Gary was helpful and patiently answered my questions when all others were either impolite or just rude, including another salesperson at Keyes that almost blew the deal for Gary! Within 24 hours Gary had explained everything to my satisfaction and he had me test driving the vehicle. I am a long time Lexus owner and have been to many car dealerships across the country. And when I say that these floor men are the rudest people I have ever met, I mean it. As soon as we entered, we had our first rude encounter. I had been talking to Gary about a car we saw online, and I expected to meet him when I came to the dealership. Gary was sick, however, and so we were met with Arman. We were trying to pull up the car online to show Arman which one and we were describing it to him because maybe he would know which car, and Arman decides it would be smart of him to say, "we have a lot of Lexus's so I don't know which one you're talking about." Obviously you have a lot of Lexus's Arman, you're a freaking Lexus dealership!! Arman, honey, please learn to talk properly to a customer. You just lost out on me buying a brand new shiny Lexus from you, and I'm sure that check that Jose is now getting is a lot of money. We then ask the receptionist if we can talk to Arman's supervisor. Instead, we were met with Arman's buddy George, and George was full of even more bull. Arman and George together are every customer's nightmare. Finally, we were met with Jose. THANK GOD! My dad had to turn in his lease. I had called 2 times poor to make appointment and let them know that he was high risk during this covid pandemic and he could not leave the car. I made an appointment at 4:30. We were on time and I checked in for him. The receptionist told me it was too late for a lease turn in ( I had a appointment). It already started bad. At this time I realized that they were not following state mask guidelines and employees were walking around with out a mask and eating pizza on the showroom floor. After waiting 30 min I went inside where the employees were just messing around and not working even through there were customers waiting to be helped and called them out. The GM got involved and told me to have my sick dad to wait on the street instead of their parking lot where they were telling all customers to wait since I was uncomfortable. There was NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW STATE-GUIDELINES ! Another 15 min passed I started to get angry. My dad was tired and I needed to get him home where he was safe. Finally after I had to raise my voice the GM got an employee to finally help with the whole 3 pages he needed to sign. At the end he asked for my name which is Alexis and laughed and me and said "that's not your name I need your real name" I have NEVER experienced such disregard for our seniors during this pandemic. They have no communication with in the dealership and treat the customers like crap. I will never go back to that dealership EVER!
