Pie coupon -- not that I need a reason!
Sarah W.

It just so happens that Key lime pie happens to be my second most favorite dessert and it's hard for me to find one that I don't like. I am a stickler though on the fact that I will refuse any specimen that is green in color since it's screams inauthentic. One of my local friends even handed me a coupon for this place, so it was one of three pie concoctions that we sampled during our vacation. Lucky us! The staff here are welcoming and able to handle crowds efficiently and kindly. The store is incredibly cute and has a wide array of Key lime products as well as souvenir type inventory. Great place to perhaps do one-stop shopping if customers are pressed for time or just don't like to spend time at multiple places. The pie was delicious. Tart, sweet, fresh, cool, refreshing, and nice crust. Highly recommend!

This is a must stop while visiting Key West. Cute little storefront on the main drag. We both had the key lime pie. The guy at the counter was very friendly and service was efficient. The pie was of course excellent. They also had a key lime cheesecake that looked wonderful. The walls and aisles are jam packed with anything you could think of made with key limes. Limited seating both inside and outside.

Love this place. The pie was cheesecake like in texture, and had less of a tart lime finish. I like how the whip cream topping was not too sweet, while the graham crackers crust was juat the right amount of thickness

We were on a quest for the best key lime and this was our first stop. Their key lime pales in comparison to Kermit's, but if you just wanna shove anything sweet in your mouth, go for it.

Delicious! They claim this is where the first key lime pie was made, and literally everything in the store is made with key limes. You can even buy the juice with a recipe on it, to make it at home yourself. My friend is eating the chocolate covered version and isn't sharing, so it must be pretty darn good. Mine was gone before I blinked! It's a slice of rich, creamy piece of heaven.

The best key lime pie!

Let me start by saying the person that helped us was the absolute sweetest. While looking for another Key Lim in spot we stumbled up this one and so glad we did. All pies are made fresh in-house and we're delicious. We chose traditional and it was the best. The consistency and flavor was spot on. Not only did they have great pie, the store was full of delicious key limenpie treats. Brought home some cookies and now I wish I had brought more. If you only try one place, skip the bigger shops and support this small business.

The Callebaut coated key lime pie bar

Wow! The key lime pie was great but the chocolate coated pie bar was better. They use the best Belgian chocolate, I know because I have some at home - Callebaut 811 dark chocolate - despite the huge price increases on this chocolate. she showed us the 5kg bar This is a complete and rare commitment to quality. You're missing out if you go here and don't try it.

Key lime pie, coconut cream pie, and coffee ice cream

I enjoyed this hidden gem just a few blocks from the cruise port. The space is small, featuring a few two-person tables, a gift shop, and a selection of sweets. The key lime pie and coconut cream pie were incredibly satisfying--rich, flavorful, and delicious. Plus, the individual packaging makes them easy to take on the go (especially given the limited seating options). The prices are a bit high, but that's expected in a touristy area. However, the woman working there was very friendly and welcoming.

The Bakery is cute with bright lemon lime colors. The reason for 4 stars the pie , it was so sour had really strong taste of lime extract. Others than that the Bakery is cute and I liked all the things they had inside for sale .

Oops. Took a few bites before I remembered to snap a pic.

This was my fave key lime pie in Key West. Just the right amount of sweet. Wasn't too rich and heavy. The staff is nice. Tons of stuff to look at and buy in the shop.

The best Key Lime Cheesecake exists here!!! This is such a cute little establishment with some yummy treats. There are a few tables set up inside and there are benches outside. The gift shop has a lot of cute souvenirs and prices are reasonable. The employee was also super friendly to us while we were there. Check this place out!

I've had dessert in the desert near Area 51, And underground in Antarctica, far from the sun. I've had it in graveyards, beneath moonlight so fair, And even in a dessert restaurant, yes, I've had dessert there! At Better Than Sex, the Fever was mine, And it tasted so splendid, so luscious, divine. I tried one of their special coffees as well, And it was so delicious, I nearly swooned under its spell. But the night's grandest moment, the finest display, Was when our waiter arrived with the desserts on a tray. He looked straight in my eyes as he named each delight, With a confidence both curious and wonderfully bright. My dessert was a huge phallus, impressive and grand, With two giant balls resting beneath it in hand. It was covered in "splooge sauce," a curious sweet stream, A dessert of such drama it belonged in a dream! I truly enjoyed this place and would gladly return If I lived nearby, where the sweet candles burn. They are masters of dessert, of flavor and flair-- A deliciously mischievous treasure tucked away there.

We settled on the cookie nookie cake, it was super fresh with many contrasting flavors that made every bite a pleasure. Overall had an amazing time and recommend this place for anything from a late night dessert or a full dessert meal. If we're ever around again, we are definitely going back and trying a lot more than just one dessert.

We sat at the bar and ordered coffee which was a bit bitter. But that didn't really matter because the Blueberry-lemon Quinoa Pancakes and the Quiche Loraine were fantastic! The stack of pancakes were quite delicious and I couldn't stop eating them - I'd say they were a bit heartier than regular pancakes and they had sweet, plump blueberries a top and bb filing in the middle. The large leaning wedge of quiche had pieces of tasty ham throughout and its consistency was perfect. Next, we tried the key lime pie and it was one of the best we ever had. It had a very tall layer of merengue, lightly torched on top floating over a creamy, light key lime heart with a touch of tartness and sweetness, and a thin bottom crust. In fact, the entire bakery of desserts and pastries looked amazing!

Moondog is right near it so we walked over and it was a great choice. Plenty of seating and a cool mural on the main dining area wall. Good selection of craft beers and cocktail list too. Nice and friendly service.

The food is excellent--flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and consistently satisfying--but what truly sets this place apart is the service, especially when you're seated at the bar. As a bar guest, I experienced something far above exceptional. It felt like walking into a place I already loved and being shown the very best of it by people who genuinely care. To the bartenders and staff who made every visit feel that way: Dairy-ah (I'm almost certainly butchering the spelling, but the pronunciation stuck with me), thank you for the warmth, the skill, and the way you made the bar feel welcoming every time. Lucy--always with the hat on backwards--you became my spirit animal the moment I realized how perfectly that energy matched the whole vibe of the place. Thank you for being exactly who you are behind that bar. Brittney, the chillest of them all: your calm, easy presence made everything feel lighter and better. Chelsea, I only got to have you serve me once, but that one time was enough to know how good you are at this. And to the Servers, Paul and Lola: even in our brief interactions while I was at the bar, both of you brought such strong, genuine personalities that it elevated the whole experience. Thank you for that. Blue Heaven is an amazing restaurant with great food and even greater service. But more than that, it's the people who make it feel like coming home and being shown the best time in a place you love the most. Thank you--truly--to all of you for making it feel that way. And to Henry, a longtime regular at the bar, who passed away during my visit. The pies come neatly packaged in small takeout containers, making them wonderfully convenient to carry while wandering about Key West, or to bring home before the Florida heat claims them. There is outdoor seating available, though most visitors simply claim their chosen delicacy and disappear into the streets, leaving only the faint scent of lime and sugar behind. Naturally, I asked whether I might speak with Kermit himself. I was informed that he was away on a visit to Fraggle Rock and had recently suffered an unfortunate encounter with the Count. I think Rooster Treats is a fun change of pace from the more traditional storefronts lining Duval Street. Instead of a typical shop, it operates out of a permanent trailer. You order from a raised deck platform, then head down to enjoy your treat at one of the tables set up in a makeshift sandy beach area. The whole setup works surprisingly well. It gives you that relaxed, toes-in-the-sand feeling, almost like you're unwinding right by the water. It has a great vibe. We're not huge fans of soft serve, mainly because the flavors and textures can feel limited. Rooster Treats makes up for that with the generous amount of toppings you can add. I ordered the Chocolate Paradise, which came with chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, and Oreo crumbs. It was delicious, and the portion size was very good. Glad we checked it out before heading home.
