I find later that it was in fact a double feed issue as a switch the previously had nothing to do with the problem lighting had been wired in causing the issue. I do think that the Harland brothers are good electricians and earned their repulation. But I wouldn't recommend their employees.

He thinks about stuff and explains on what he's going to do and why (eg: length of cord he is going to run and making sure things aren't a trip hazard etc).
