Josh Fisher and Blake McGill have been so helpful and the best team of people to work with. My daughter recently bought a car before Christmas and the steps went so smooth. My self and my wife bought a truck a few days ago and they helped make the process go so smooth. Thank you both for going above and beyond.

This should be no problem. Should. They've had it three weeks. Communication has been spotty and incomplete. Inquiries are ignored. No real clear answers are given. They are in no hurry to get it finished and returned. Steve Rucker is, as other reviewers pointed out, a bridge troll who comes out of the gate full of wrath and attitude that one would dare to try to ask any questions. He doesn't have to explain anything to me, as he told me, and I am free to take my truck somewhere else. Well, Steve, I sure will, once you get your thumb out of your back door and put it back together. Sales - top notch. Service - take it to a drunk toddler before you entrust it to Steve Rucker and his merry men. I give them until the COB tomorrow before I call the better business bureau. There is no excuse for this taking this long.

For five years I trusted Kerry with this truck and spent a lot of money maintaining it. That trust is gone. I brought it to Kerry for the 130,000-mile service. Nearly $900 and almost four hours later, I drove away. Less than 24 hours later, while driving down the highway, warning lights came on indicating the transmission was overheating. The truck started smoking and fluid was coming out from underneath. I had it towed back to Kerry. The first thing I was told? "The transmission was overfilled." Unfortunately, that didn't exactly shock me. This wasn't Kerry's first fluid related f-up with my truck. Previously, after another routine service, my truck started smoking on the same highway and I had to have it towed back to Kerry because the engine oil had been overfilled. So yeah, when they initially told me the transmission was overfilled immediately after a catastrophic transmission event, I wasn't terribly surprised. Then, about a week and a half later, their story changed. Now I'm told it was a CDF failure, apparently a known issue with the 2020 F-150, and the transmission overheated and vented fluid. And the fact that this happened less than 24 hours after my $900 service? Just a magical coincidence. Maybe it was. Maybe I just won the world's shittiest lottery. What really chaps me something awful is that I've done everything the right way. This truck has been serviced exclusively by Ford dealerships since I bought it new. I trusted Kerry for five years. Less than a day after a $900 service, I have a catastrophic transmission failure. Riiiiight. Kerry's solution? "Here's your $5,400 bill." I didn't expect a free truck. I expected them to give a crap and work with a five year customer to find a reasonable solution. I offered the GM several potential solutions. Nothing. No call. No email. No text. Not even a courtesy response. Just silence. That's a pretty interesting business strategy when you're dealing with a customer who has a 136,000-mile truck, has spent years servicing it at your dealership, and was potentially in the market for another vehicle. Five years of business earned me a $5,400 bill, a changed story, and complete silence from the GM. Hell of a loyalty program. To their credit, they did accomplish one thing: they convinced me that Ford builds pieces of garbage and Kerry Ford has no problem leaving its customers holding the bag.

I recently went to Jake Sweeny Chrysler Jeep Dodge in search for a vehicle. As my grandsons and I was looking at the cars Mr. Alex Lofty came to assist us. It was like an angel appeared out of Heaven. He was so professional, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly he was a great listener to my desire to purchase a car. I'm quite sure that everyone loves a gentle spirit. Therefore if you are in need to purchase a vehicle or upgrade the car that you have ask for Mr. Alex Lofty. I can promise you ladies that it's like having a personal SPA day. And for you handsome gentlemen out there it's like sitting back kicking it with an old buddy shooting the breeze. Mr. Alex Lofty in my book is most certainly the sales person to allow to help you when your ready to purchase a car. Way to go Alex you most certainly deserve a raise. Keep being the warm, gentle spirit that you are!!!!!!!!

The service was absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs…read more They kept my car for an entire week and didn't touch it for 6 straight days while it sat on the lot, so I finally just took the car back after they somehow still made zero progress on the 7th day. A complete waste of time and money. Oh, and service answers the phone about 25% of the time that you call. Full story: After about 4 unanswered phone calls to the service department, I showed up in person and scheduled an "appointment" for my car to get worked on in 2 days. However, Jakey boy doesn't actually do traditional "appointments" here. His definition of an "appointment" is just the day that you drop off the car, which will then sit on the lot, completely untouched, for nearly a week while it waits in a "queue to be worked on". Now you might ask yourself, "well if they aren't going to work on the car for 5 or 6 days, why don't I just bring in the car on the day they're actually able to work on it?". That's a great question! And when I asked exactly that, they said "that's just how our system works, you have to physically have your car parked here to be 'in the queue' for service". A queue which can be 6 days long, by the way. Hope you didn't need to drive anywhere for a while. This is not how any company on planet Earth conducts business. When I schedule a doctor's appointment, I don't set up a tent in the waiting room and wait a week for the Doctor to get back from his Panamanian Vacation. No, I schedule an appointment for a day that I'm actually able to be seen in a timely manner. But then again, hospitals seem to be pretty profitable, and one look at Stellantis' stock price over the last couple years might help you connect some of the dots on this. Don't go here. Spend your money at a business that actually values your time.

Then when Abby checked me in she told me that it would be a 90 minute wait. I was a little surprised and told her that I had a 9:00 appoitment. She said that she knew but it would still be 90 minutes since they don't have an express lane like other dealers. I told her again that I was not looking for an express lane, that I had made an appoitment. She continued to insist it would be 90 minutes. I decided to wait because I had a coupon for almost 1/2 off of an oil change. At 9:45 they send me a video of my car on the lift. It still had the old filter on it so I am willing to bet my car with a 9:00 appointment sat there until 9:45 until they started working on it. My car was done at 9:10 which seemed like a reasonable amount of time for a car to get an oil change and inspection done. This again reaffirmed in my mind that my car sat 45 minutes before being worked on. Don't be fooled into thinking that having an appointment means that they are going to work on your car at that time. Don't be fooled into thinking that 4 or 5 service advisors standing at their desks doing nothing means one of them is going to call you over to work with you. I don't think I will be taking my car back there.

Then we looked around for cars and found a few we liked and test drove them. Then we got a salesman who not only didn't want to help us and was lazy, but was plain rude and insulting. He didn't help us look for cars that were in the lots. He just gave us his lap top and made us do all the work! If we wanted to research ourselves we could've stayed home! And every time we asked a question he acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Sorry that we wanted to know which cars were available! And my second issue is that they would not negotiate in price at all. There was a car there that we did our research on and they were trying to charge $18,000 when every where else it was selling for $15,500-16,000! And the car was not in great shape. I would not recommend coming here for your car needs.
