    Work Order showing alignment check that was never done.

    I HAVE COMPLETELY LOST FAITH - see why below. Work Order RO Number 849553 Went to Performance Toyota on 9/14/2022 for a 10k mile free service maintenance for my wife's new Camry Hybrid. While waiting for service, her car still sitting in the parking lot and not yet having been reviewed by a technician, the service team said her car needed an alignment ($129.99). When pressed they stated this was a 'recommended Maintenance item'. As you can see from the attached image, the work order states an alignment check was done but refused. My first issue is - why they would recommend an alignment without bothering to check if the car actually needed this? My second issue is - why it was stated a four wheel alignment was performed when clearly they never checked prior to intake. Did they actually do this after the fact? Or are they just saying so, so when we declined it, some kind of 'gotcha' moment can be had in the future? This presents a serious issue - The Service Dept. trying to drum up business on unnecessary items and taking advantage of unknowing or uneducated consumers. I could understand if an alignment check was actually done but we were sitting in the waiting room and could see our car never left the parking spot we left it in prior to them trying to pump us for more money. I used to think the Performance Auto Group (Performance Toyota and Honda) were better than the other nightmare dealerships I have heard stories about or had direct experience with. My family, over the decades, have bought countless cars from them. This seriously disappointing, and is the reason I have and will continue to do everything I can myself. Performance - you have lost my trust, and I no longer see how you are any different. I never experience this kind of BS when I deal with service people, but the first time I encourage my wife to take charge in her auto care this is what happens. F- for absolute failure.

    Toyota Tacoma

    Don't walk...RUN from this place! I made the mistake of purchasing a used Tacoma from Performance Toyota and within 3 years the frame was totally shot! I found out after the fact that they failed to treat the frame as part of a class action lawsuit settlement and now they tell me it's too late. Take it from me and don't make the same mistake I did!

    The only credit pull- we went in April to see what changed.  Everyone lied and said the score was recent...

I'm generally pretty unhappy with picking up car things. This time I knew exactly what random bit I needed. I think I surprised the fellow who helped me. Frankly, I was rather impressed with myself, too. But, really, the people who work here are just ridiculously nice. Everyone asked if I needed help, if I was taken care of. And it wasn't just me. They were like that with everyone. They worked as such a cohesive team, it was amazing. I will not name names or places, but later in the week I ended up at a car place similar to this with a friend and was struck by how different the lack of service and dynamic was. These people were just on their game and willing to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this location. I didn't feel like a burden and it was genuinely pleasant. I won't feel as unhappy about going to the car store now that I know this place exists.

    Stopped in to pickup some exterior bulbs for my car. Walked right in and they are located in the…read morefirst aisle. Quickly found the part number I needed in the book attached to the shelf. Had a quick question for a staff member. Walked to the front of the store and waiting at the register for a couple minutes before I was acknowledged. Three stars for less than prompt customer service without there being a line. I did get the part I needed.
