I was not incentivized for this review at all. Paid with my own money and found them through Yelp. Why should you just stop researching moving companies and book with them? Here's why: 1. They do what they say and they are professional movers. -Clear quote in writing. They don't chase low rates. You do pay for what you get. Also: -No extra surprise fees -They moved me out of 2 storage units, drove my items to my new home, unloaded that load, then helped me unload and unpack my 16foot pod. 2. Their management is very responsive and clear with pricing and quotes verbally and in writing. Discount if you use zelle or venmo otherwise you pay CC fee of 3%. 3. This crew arrived on the dot, moved my things with care and were SUPER quick working. They unloaded my 2 units and into their truck so fast. Once in my 2 story home they asked where things needed to go. None of this needing to move things after the move. They laid down a protective mat for the dollys and high traffic. They took the extra time to help me place my heavy furniture and took apart and put back together beds after going up and down my stairs. They were super careful not to hit my walls, corners or doors and doorways. I'd 1000% pay the money and hire them again. I've moved 6 times at this point and by far this has been the most pleasant, professional, efficient and enjoyable! While we waited for the pod to arrive (pod was running late) Brandon proactively asked if he could help me unpack my kitchen boxes. He went above and beyond. He made sure to understand the ask, offer solutions, and follow up without being pushy or aggressive at all. Even though to satisfy the building I had to pivot and make an entirely new plan, when I let Manuel know he responded very kindly with keep us in mind we are here instead of "oh my God what a waste of time" like I feared. I can absolutely see why they have such consistently high ratings. I had some old scrap wood and pallets to get rid of along with an old twin metal bed frame that was bent. I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. I drove 30 min to purchase it and they asked if i would like them to test out the unit to ensure everting worked? I said yes and this is one of the reasons I like punching from them is they register for warranty, test and i support local business. Unit fired up, during checked he said total was $600ish? I immediately said the price was $479.99 and their website shows that price and that was the price given when i called. He asked if was still on sale and I said I have no idea but that why a called to confirm inventory and price. He asked who I spoke to and I did not get a name but he would find out who i spoke to. He found the person I spoke to and he said they can't honor the price he gave me for 479.99 because there was a miscommunication? I asked what the miscommunication was when he said what the price was 479.99? He stated they can't sell it at that price and walked away. What piss poor customer service not to honor the price they have on webpage and after confirming that was the correct price. The facility is easy to access and the on-site staff are courteous, but I strongly advise against…read morestoring your belongings here due to an ongoing rodent infestation and poor handling from management. There has been a known rodent problem since September that management has failed to properly address or communicate to tenants. Several of my belongings were damaged, and others exposed to mice excrement as pictured. The only response from management has been to place glue traps, which do nothing to resolve the larger issue. When I requested to move units because of the infestation, I was initially offered a new one at a higher rate, which I found shocking and poor customer service, and then moved to another unit on the same floor--only to find that one quickly infested as well. Despite acknowledging the rodent issue, management offered no meaningful assistance or compensation beyond insurance that didn't cover the extent of the damage. This experience was extremely disappointing. Avoid storing your items here, and if you are currently stored on the 3rd floor, I would strongly suggest checking your items for signs of rodents.

This storage facility appears to be fairly well-kept. It's very clean, has cameras everywhere, and…read moreaccess codes are required to get into the storage area, to access upper storage levels. Construction of the facility makes perfect sense. The main office is located on the first floor, next to three large garage doors. You can back vehicles into the garage bay to unload, out of any inclement weather. Each bay door can be individually opened via keypad access code. There are also two sliding doors--one inside the garage bay, and the other on the opposite side of the building. Both require an access code. Near each entrance is an elevator. Individual floors, other than the first, are restricted by access code. There are also a few carts available for customer use. There appear to be at least 4 storage floors. Customer access is from 6am to 9pm. The managing staff are onsite. The storage units and each floor appear to be quite pristine. Climate control is set to keep the storage facility between roughly 65F and 78F. For newer rented units, they are transitioning to cylinder lock and key; no more lock combinations to remember or pad locks. The facility requires you to insure the belongings that you wish to store. They will automatically enroll you in an insurance policy at $12 a month for $2000 coverage. However, if you have your own insurance (e.g. renters) that covers property in storage, you can provide them a declarations page, and they will accept that. Other than that, there are one time fees for a lock (if you don't have a cylinder lock of your own) and an administrative setup fee. Rent is prorated for the move-in month, and then turns into month-to-month. So that means if you have to move out, move out by the last day of the month, otherwise you'll be charged for another month if you still occupy the unit on the 1st of the next month. Finally, there appears to be at least 4 pricing tiers for identical units, based on location in the storage facility. So you may wish to check out multiple units and their locations within the facility that strikes a balance between desired size, location, and price. Overall: well-designed, secure, and well-maintained.
