Just updating this, to I guess, warn others. After working on a vehicle a couple of times, I turned my car into them for transmission work.
They quoted me $1800 for the job, I gave a $1300 deposit. I'm supposed to pay $500 once the car was done. I'm uploading a picture of my deposit receipt, just to have another place to have a record that I gave this business a deposit.
For the first couple of months, I thought they had my vehicle being worked at, at another dealership, as told by the owner/father of the people here. (I've been told by 2 different people that they're the owner.)
I found my car parked on the side of the road by some apartments. I went to talk to them, and they said they hadn't worked on it yet, that they were waiting for parts. They eventually moved it to their lot and it's been there the entire time.
They said they were waiting for parts forever, always "it'll be ready in 2 weeks." And then they would dodge my phone calls, or not at the shop when I'm there. Nobody knows what's up with my vehicle, I always have to wait for the owner and then he gives me the run around.
I wouldn't recommend this place, it's been a year and I'm sure my car hasn't been touched. I'm trying to leave to Texas the end of next month and I don't think my cars gonna be ready by the , so if anybody knows anybody who'd like to take a legal case, send them my way.
I have to take a legal route to get my car back, I'm done waiting on these dudes.
STAY AWAY. This has nothing to do with covid delays? They've had my car for a year. read more
