I had a very disappointing experience at Kendra Scott at UTC. I bought a bracelet with my birthday discount 3 days ago. They said it was a final sale. I wore it the first day and it fell off 2 times. I was sure to lose it. I thought under the circumstance they should exchange. I have been a customer for years and have bought a lot. Manager said there was nothing she could do and it is a final sale. Terrible customer service and company policy. I'll never shop there again. read more

One of the things I've learned about Kendra Scott is rarely should you ever pay full price. They frequently have sales and you get a significant discount if it's your birth month. We came during the after Thanksgiving sale and were able to find some great options for our mom. I love the create your own bar where you can choose a setting and a stone type and they put it together. They also have a really cute Western section right now that is so fun! Service was great and we came out with some fun options. read more

I bought my friend a necklace with matching earrings. they were not cheap. Within 5 minutes she broke out into an itchy rash. Honestly, I think it is very overpriced for the mediocre quality. Very disappointed. Not worth the money read more

I've been coming to this location since it opened. From the beginning the staff was friendly (-ish), but they always had a bit of snobbish behavior. I was still provided service over the years but it never felt genuine or welcoming. This did not deter me as I do love the brand and product. I recently went in after a hiatus of ~6 months, and the staff was all new and SO nice, kind, and welcoming. It changed the entire atmosphere. They were also able to help me find a necklace I wanted as it had been sold out online for quite a while. It was a lovely experience. The ladies were amazing! Hopeful the entire staff is now like these two. read more

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a few necklaces at this Kendra Scott store in UTC. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love Kendra Scott's designs - there's something for everyone...whether you're 8 or 98. They do special deals and perks if you shop during your birthday month (which sadly...it wasn't mine!) But I can't wait to go back when it is. read more

I've went to this location before and sadly had the same experience again this time around , I walked in of course being the only POC i don't get greeted or acknowledged by any of the workers there I wanted to grab my mother a pair of earrings and after standing there looking dumb for 10 minutes no one offered help , they act like they work for Tiffany and co LOL anyways I ended up going to PANDORA right after and spent my money there, don't go to Kendra Scott unless you're white , below is my ticket from Pandora money I could have spent at Kendra Scott read more

Wow the team here is just exceptional. Thank you so much to Aleea and Marijane for making my event the best one yet. I wanted to do something special for my best friends birthday and they helped me set up a gorgeous table with a happy birthday sign with her name on it decorated in roses. They also had on display balloons and champagne with macaroons. It was the best birthday ever! They also assisted us with choosing a necklace and we had some fun decorating it with their color bar. We were both just so impressed that this will be a no brainer for parties in the future. read more

Thanks to my sis in law for introducing me to this brand. The store at Fashion Valley is my favorite. The sales people toll date have been sooo sweet whenever I have been to the outlet. The Birthday offer is one of the coolest things about the company. I have forgotten the names of the great people. Will update it soon! read more

Stopping by Kendra Scott after my birthday lunch on a whim. Hailey came up to me immediately to make sure I was taken care of. She is very sweet and personable. Any company would be lucky to have her. She made my day significantly better. Grateful for the service. Will be returning to Kendra Scott knowing they hire high quality employees. read more

The best customer service! I had a silver bracelet tarnish, the exchanged. I broke a bracelet, same. Always smiling, friendly, kind and helpful! Prices are so very reasonable also. The only thing I can say that is a negative, is a lot of the gold is just gold coated brass so it will eventually wear. Its almost better to get the .925 silver. You don't have to remove in the shower etc. I love so many of her pieces. From the Heart Collection , I have the earrings, to 3 strand necklaces and bracelets, have those also. Toggle necklace to shorten or lengthen is the best! 3 finger rings, have. Their signature gold n silver delicate cuffs with crystal tips. Love love. They will also engrave through the company for you. read more

Very friendly service and the staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend this location. Everything is very neat and in place and the staff went above and beyond to help me at the color bar and also helping me decide different looks when layering necklaces. I will be back ! read more

This is such a cute store. They even had free champagne and macarons. The price were rather high so I did not end up buying anything. The salesperson was not pushy and let me browse which was nice. read more

This store just opened, and I am thrilled to be able to shop a large selection of Kendra Scott jewelry and home decor items. I love the build-out of the store, and it makes it easy to shop. All of the prices are clearly marked on each item, and the jewelry is kept in excellent condition. There are pieces from Kendra Scott that are not one-of-a-kind, but they also have an area where you can customize your jewelry with different stones or metal colors (rose gold, yellow gold, etc). The service was nice and sweet, and there were two women working and very easy-going. If you're looking for a gift or something for yourself, they are quick to point out the top sellers and best items for gifts! read more

I like to go in there, the store is pretty and some of the jewelry is pretty as well. Although when I came in the girls are gathered in the back mostly just talking and no one ever says hello or even tries to tell you about the Kendra Scott collections. They just stare at you walking around, I have been is a few times and it's always this way. I never purchase, the people that work in this store are not genuine and not friendly at all. So I always leave empty handed..... Kendra maybe hire a diversity of women of all ages, instead of a stereo type, your company will have better service and friendly communication styles for all the type of customers who walk in your stores. read more

I had a great experience at this store thanks to the store manager, Michelle. I was looking for jewelry for my bridesmaids, but didn't exactly know what would work with the dress. She was extremely patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the first necklace didn't work so when I came back to return it, Michelle was still so kind. When I showed her pictures of necklaces I found on the website she was accommodating and looked all around the store for them. She had to really search for the necklaces I ended up buying, but she refused to give up, and I'm so grateful. It's rare to get good service these days, but Michelle went above and beyond from beginning to end! read more

The store has cute jewelry and the customer service is good. However I don't recommend purchasing from here. I bought a necklace and earring set. Both were dipped in gold. I bought them since I have sensitive skin and I get a rash from fake jewelry. The quality is poor for how much they charge for their jewelry. Both the necklace and earrings tarnished within 3 months. I have cheap necklaces that have lasted longer for a fraction of the price. I would not buy Kendra Scott again. read more

First off, I absolutely LOVE the Kendra Scott jewelry! I have several pieces, and I always look forward to going in and checking out what's new, and what's on sale! This is a review of the lack of service my daughter and I experiences this past Saturday 9-29-18. The doors were closed since they had the AC on, although it wasn't a very hot day and I think that by having the doors closed it doesn't create a very inviting feeling...most store had their doors wide open, and definitely seemed more welcoming. When we entered, there were 3 employees and they did say hello, but none of them offered the snacks that were available that day, nor did anyone offer me a glass of champagne like I have normally been given. (I typically shop at the Fashion Valley location, and they are always so sweet, and attentive!) After the initial greeting, nothing else was said to us - no recommendations as to what was new, or other items to check out. My daughter asked what we were there for, and I answered semi-loudly that I was checking out what I was planning on buying myself for my birthday, which is in October. Then, when I found what I had come to look at, the display was too high for my daughter to see (she's in a wheelchair), so I asked over to the 3 workers, who were all gathered over by the register area chatting with one another, if I could take it down to put it in her tray. They said yes, but did not make any attempt to help me whatsoever (not that it was heavy at all, but they didn't provide any type of assistance or service). After looking at several of the pieces, even trying on one of the bracelets and holding up the matching necklace, I finally put the display back and made sure the items were all properly in place. We then left the store...I don't even remember if they said goodbye. Very disappointed! : ( read more
