Been eyeing for some gorjana jewelry for the longest time as my best friend has a couple from their collections and it's been lasting her for years! Shoutout to AnnieLu for helping me out style, and finding jewelry to put on. I really enjoyed my experience in the store, I have never really stacked or style, so getting advice from her was really helpful. I ended up getting a necklace (knot) and another necklace to style on top, with matching earrings. I was really eyeing on their fine jewelry especially the cross necklace, but it was way too tiny for my liking! Hoping they come out with chunkier ones. My total was about $200, not bad for high quality jewelry! Only odd thing is that they don't have a checkout station, you just pay whenever and whatever in the store through a small device. I also ordered a bracelet that wasn't in stock, and they said it would be sent to me. (Standard shipping would have made it arrive on Monday.) The brunette with the short hair has a bad attitude and a very unfriendly look on her face. I came here today to try on a bracelet and the person who helped me was very sweet but I decided to not purchase the bracelet and when I was leaving the store I said thank you and to the brunette also and she acted like she didn't hear me and turned her back. My husband also told me that she was talking to the girl who helped me while I was walking out and they stared at me and made faces behind my back. I visited this jewelry store about two weeks ago but it was just too hot inside. The girl working was very kind but there wasn't much she could do about the heat. I looked at a few items and then left. I was at this mall again for the lunch at Bazille and to browse the Nordstrom sale. Gorjana is located by the main entrance of Nordstrom (on the side of their coffee shop). Gorjana is small but very quaint/pretty. I have been thinking about a six piece stackable ring from this store since I tried it one a few weeks ago. Nordstrom sells Gorjana items but only had a 3 piece stackable ring set. Fortunately the shop had a/c today. It makes a world of difference when you're trying on jewelry IMO. The friendly girl working (Mary) was so welcoming and awesome. The 6 piece stackable ring was still there. I was hoping for a brand new one but only the display was available (it comes in 3 sizes : 6,7,8). I decided to buy it as I have dinner plans this week and this specific ring would go elegantly/simply with certain outfits. Paying was a breeze. I also received a catalog discount as I signed up some time ago. Receipt was printed and emailed to me. Mary also gave me some nice pouch sleeves to hold the rings. She was the reason I left the store so happy with my purchase. I absolutely will return to buy more items. I'm not sure if they have sales or clearance items? The employees here are so incredibly rude and condescending. I walked in with a return of 2 earrings that I bought using a $50 giftcard/$15 went on my credit card to cover the rest. The girl who "helped" me was so rude while processing my return and kept staring at me wanting me to explain myself for why I wanted to return instead of exchange. Then, she processed the "return" and said you're good to go. I was confused as she didn't put the $50 on a new giftcard or back on my credit card. She said that its on the PHYSICAL copy that I used to buy it in the first place. In what world is it normal to hold onto a physical copy of a gift card once you use it?! When I originally bought the earrings the girl threw it away because its empty!!! AND, how would the money go "back on the giftcard" if you never scanned it again, its not a credit card. She went to get her manager who ALSO was so rude and condescending, saying it was my fault for not telling them I didn't have the giftcard and that I have to wait a few days for them to contact HR to "see if they will give me the money back" on a digital card. I actually could not believe the way they were speaking to me and the lack of customer service when they made a mistake. INCREDIBLE STORE AND EVERYONE INSIDE! My friend introduced me to this store and I have fallen in love. My first visit was a couple of weekends ago, and the sales reps were very welcoming and SO sweet. Helped me with trying on jewelry, provided recommendations, and gave me a discount code for online express shipping! I tried on one of their gem stone rings in a size 6 and it fit perfectly. But I ended up liking a different stone that they only had a size 7 available at the time. I thought it fit okay but later found that it was too loose for my liking. I came back in and was able to exchange it, no problem! I got the Elea in silver, size 7 and adjusted it down to a size 6 basically. I was afraid of bending it out of shape but nope! Looks absolutely perfect and SHINES. From there, I thought I had my size down as a 6 and bought the G Ring Set in silver online. Got it and it fit a bit loose for me :( I think different rings may have different sizing. I called the store to make sure I could exchange and to see if they had a size 5 in store. Sarah was SUPER accommodating and even set one aside for me to pick up two days later! I am so appreciative and blown away by their great customer service. The quality of these rings are amazing! Inquired about doing an exchange via customer service and after weeks of back and forth emails was told "I needed to contact the person that gave me the gift and need all the purchase information for an exchange." I explained I wasn't comfortable with that not to mention it would be rude of me to ask for that information. Then they asked me to take a picture of the item which I did. Even after all of that it still ended with them saying they couldn't help facilitate an exchange. I don't know if this is the place to post this review, but I needed to leave this somewhere! I recently ordered a necklace from Gorjana online, and there was some mistake on the part of UPS tracking and, for a week, it said a label had been created but it hadn't been scanned for shipping. I had no trouble at all getting ahold of customer care who looked into the issue for me and gave me some guidelines on when I should report back if the package never arrives. The package DID arrive--for some reason with no tracking info from UPS. But I love the item, I appreciate the customer service--even after my CLEAR impatience! I love this brand & everything they stand for, although, i walked in today (Mother's Day) & it was quite busy. I just wanted to place a quick engraving order to be picked up later by my brother in law. The associate, medium blonde, average height, helped me right away & yes, there were a few customers looking around the store. I was texting my brother in law simultaneously as i was placing the order to make sure i got the order right AND THE ASSOCIATE SAYS: "okay I need you to respond because if not, i have other customers". Excuse me?! That is NO way to treat a customer who frequently shops here. I was beyond shocked. Not respectful & completely out of line. I understand the store is busy and you want to get to every customer, but this is the rudest thing to say to potential customers.
