GORJANA @ UTC LA JOLLA…read more Parking is available for free for 2 hours in their lots! Located right by Nordstrom. Been eyeing for some gorjana jewelry for the longest time as my best friend has a couple from their collections and it's been lasting her for years! Shoutout to AnnieLu for helping me out style, and finding jewelry to put on. I really enjoyed my experience in the store, I have never really stacked or style, so getting advice from her was really helpful. I ended up getting a necklace (knot) and another necklace to style on top, with matching earrings. I was really eyeing on their fine jewelry especially the cross necklace, but it was way too tiny for my liking! Hoping they come out with chunkier ones. My total was about $200, not bad for high quality jewelry! Only odd thing is that they don't have a checkout station, you just pay whenever and whatever in the store through a small device. Overall great value and selection!

It typically takes less than 20 minutes from the time we enter the store to the time we leave. The rings always look shiny and new. Be aware, you have to be buzzed in now. Push the intercom button to the right of the door to alert them that you're there and someone will buzz you in. I'm guessing this is in response to the rash of smash and grab jewelry thefts of late.

My husband purchased a ring for me for Christmas and it was too large. We took it into Zales to get…read moreit resized. When we entered the store all the associates that were not already assisting someone greeted us. We ended up being helped my Derek. He was super friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the entire ring resizing process with us. Showed me what to bring with me as far as paperwork in case my husband is not with me when I pick up the ring, being he made the purchase they could look him up with ID. I was promised in two weeks my ring would be resized and completed and I got it back less that that. I believe it only took a week and a half maybe. It was super quick. Picking up my ring was a breeze, luckily we were able to get Derek again to assist us. I only said Luckily because its nice to speak to the same people that helped me in the beginning of something. He gave me my ring insist i try it on, and remove it a couple times to make sure the fit is exactly what I wanted. Fast forward to a couple months later, my stone fell out of my ring. ( i was not being rough) but it did fall out. I called Zales asked what i need to bring or do, and they simply told me to come in and they would take a look. Lucky me I got Derek AGAIN!!! He was so reassuring that they would help me, at no additional cost. He mentioned at times during other repair services it disturbs stones, or other designs of the jewelry and they would be happy to take care of the repair for me. Again he explained the process, he took photos of my ring, and gave me another repair return date of a few weeks. I was not really in a rush to have my ring back, i rather it be fixed than to have to keep coming back. They returned my ring 3 days before the promised date! my mom was looking for a charm for her necklace, and Derek told her if she sees something online, or on the store website let him know. He can see if Zales carries something similar to what she is looking for, or even help with the purchase in the store. Or order the item online and pick up in store, make sure its what she is looking for. I just feel his service is always over and beyond, and I really love that about this place and that associate. always full of information, even down to cleaning our jewelry properly, or bringing it in for them to clean it for free. Such amazing service, always friendly staff. I love that I can go in there, and not feeling pressured to purchase something. Or take out a credit card, I am pretty sure they have goals they have to meet and I never get that pushy vibe in there, unlike other jewelry stores I have gone to. If you are looking for jewlery please consider Zales at plaza Bonita they are a really great team working in there.

First off, the employees are, for the most part respectful. Docking off a star because there is this one Asian lady there who gets too close with our kids. It's fine to compliment kiddos for one thing, but it's another to try to get in their face and literally ask them to take off their sunglasses. Also, to be so darn close to the stroller that has a canopy covering (and for a reason to keep them safe)... is uncalled for. Thinking she needs to read the room a little bit. (If you're reading this and you're the employee, just don't approach us anymore or comment to make things awkward, please). Lastly, I had requested to fix my necklace since it snapped in a couple of places. Assuming she did her due diligence in finding anymore areas that could've been damaged for the necklace breaking before sending it off... I trusted the process. Came back 3 weeks later to find that the necklace was 1) not fully fixed as the clasp did not fully close all the way 2) not even cleaned as complimentary service while it was out the whole time. I'll have to wait for it yet again for another 2-3 weeks. Frustrating.
