Kendra Scott has some really cute stuff. I love that there is a lot of variation with colors and textures. Sometimes it does get irritating to wait outside as they always limit the number of people who can be in the store at one time. The associates are nice but it always seems like they either run out of gift boxes, jewelry bags which makes gifting a little less pretty. Staff is not as helpful as I would like because they always see to have more customers than staff helpers. read more

I love Kendra Scott but I would rather order online. The customer service at this location is horrible. One lady was really sweet but the rest of the ladies stood around talking when I needed help. When I asked for help, they looked bothered. The one lady walked away before I could even ask for help. They helped people that were dressed up. I was dressed casual and I guess it made a difference. I Kendra Scott!!!!!! Everyone that knows me, knows that none of my outfits are complete without KS in someway...I go around town and always discuss KS; I would say I'm a little insane about Kendra Scott but recently I've just been very disappointed with my jewelry... I bought the white Elle's a while ago and it started to rust, the hooks are rusted and sometimes even hurt [stings] when I wear them...and it's not all of them; I have emerald green ones and those have not caused me any problems... But aside from the white Elle's, I purchased the Maroon Jade Danielle's in Austin, TX [home of KS] but I was sooooo disappointed because I received what was on display; this meant other women tried these on before and they failed to even change the backs which were yellow ***THANK GOD FOR KS city centre though, because the nice employee gave me a small bag of backs when I told her what happened*** another red flag when I received my Danielle's was the hook was bent on one of the earrings; it's not so bad where that is the focal point but I would hope to receive better quality on a brand I praise for their values, authenticity, etc. NOT SO SURE if MY love for KS can really help me look pass this quality! I've shopped at this location many,many times. I've always received warm and welcoming customer service. Every associate there has always been attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today is no exception. I had a problem with a prong holding the stone in on my new necklace. They immediately took care of it. I had an awesome experience at this Kendra Scott location. I called ahead of time to see if there was anything that could be done about my necklaces because they had become defective. They told me to come in. I came in and was immediately greeted, and asked if I needed help. I explained what happened, and the employee was happy and willing to help me. I have always had a great experience at this location. The salesperson offered to find an out of stock item for me at another location and called me back right away so I could purchase. I typically come during the workday when it's not busy. Sometimes I do have to approach a salesperson but I prefer it that way over being hounded for a sale. read more

Became a Kendra Scott fan after a recent Yelp event at my local store, so I had to check out the CityCentre location. It's about twice as large as the Tulsa location. It's a beautiful store, with lots of stunning items on display. The store was busy but not overcrowded, and they seemed to be doing a brisk business. Lost a star because I was never greeted by an employee. In fact, I was never really sure who the employees were. They seemed to blend in. read more

The older employees didn't even look my way to help me...but a younger employee came over to help me and she was a joy to work with! I went in your store a couple of weeks ago on a whim. I was greeted immediately. As I looked around, I was approached by a girl named Maddy. She told me she was training, and I was impressed that she didn't hesitate to ask for assistance when she was unsure about a question I had. She allowed me to look at and try on everything at my own pace, and was so excited to show me all the new items. I tried on several items she suggested and eventually purchased a pair of earrings she picked out for me. As a former business owner, I always want to acknowledge amazing customer service. So this was my second time at this location and it was actually a little worse than my first experience. I wasn't greeted when I arrived nor did anyone come by the whole time I was there. I did hear other clients be greeted after me. There were only about 4/5 other clients. Like a previous review mentioned no name tags so It was hard to tell. I knew what I wanted so browsed just in case something caught my eye. The only person that was remotely interested/polite was the strawberry blonde girl with red lips @ the color bar. She was polite and answered all of my questions. She seemed genuinely interested in me getting what I wanted. She laid out different stones and types/shapes of the stone I liked. At checkout the person seemed bored and like she'd rather be elsewhere. Next time I might consider online or another location. read more

Very rude girls who work here. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before any of the sales associates stopped talking to each other to go see if customers needed help. No one was paying me any attention so I eventually had to ask a lady behind the desk to help me. She obviously did not want to as she rudely said "I'll just leave you to browse" and walked away after about 5 minutes. I was in the store looking for a gift for a friends mom who I had never met, so I really did need help. I was so over it at that point that I just chose a set of earrings but they didn't have a tag and they were the only pair in that colour. When I went to checkout, I told the lady that they were a gift and could she please either take a tag from another pair or get me a pair with a tag because to gift something without a tag is very tacky. She looked at me like I was literally crazy and said it shouldn't matter because she would give me a gift receipt. I explained to her again that it's tacky to gift something without a tag and further explained that the gift is for someone who lives in Europe and a gift receipt is useless. She then made it seem like I was inconveniencing her as she went to the back to get a pair with a tag. This took nearly 30 seconds, yet she wasted 5 minutes of both of our times arguing with me. I thought that Kendra Scott was meant to be a nice brand with great customer service, yet this is not what I experienced on this day. To top it all off, everyone in the store was offered treats and refreshments except for me. It's safe to say I won't be shopping here again. It's a shame because this store was my go-to for small gifts like this. read more

I went to exchange a pair of earrings I received as a gift for ones of a different color. I was greeted at this store by two young ladies who were holding the doors opens for guests, which was lovely except that I wasn't greeted with any type of hello, how are you- or friendly smile, like you would expect an employee to offer an incoming customer; they continued on their own conversation amongst themselves. Another fault I find with the staff, coinciding with their unfriendly demeanor, is for example I was browsing through the store and being very crowded anyways, a girl who works there was straightening up the drawers and making them more presentable- which is totally understandable, but when a guest is trying to look for pieces to potentially purchase, then it would be courteous of the staff to step aside and allow the shopper to browse; instead as I waited patiently for her to take forever to tidy up the drawer, I got the sense she took even longer knowing I was waiting for her to finish to spite me and made me felt Like I was being rude for expecting her to move aside. Overall the service is extremely poor, and it's unfortunate because I love Kendra Scott as the designer, I wish I could say the same about her employees and the way her stores are managed. read more

Went to purchase a pair or earrings and a pendant for an event. Took 20 minutes for somebody to notice me and help me. A girl that ended up helping me was very nice, and I ended up purchasing more than what I came for. However, that being said, when I got into the car and tried the earrings on (I didn't try in the store, because they don't sanitize stuff that's on display), they were waaaay too big and heavy. So, I took them back immediately. A manager had to process the return who was not pleasant to deal with. I was informed that she was doing me a favor because the return policy was either to get a store credit or an exchange for a different item. What if I don't want to buy anything in your store?! Am I stuck with my purchase? Why would I buy at Kendra Scott or Kendra Scott online if a). I am charged for shipping if I don't spend a certain amount and b). I cannot return it for a credit card credit?! That's a very poor return policy in my opinion. I can just as well order through Amazon, Zappos, or Nordstrom and receive free shipping on any order with hassle free returns! I ended up keeping one pair of overpriced earrings. I'm sorry to say, but for the price of the items, I expect better craftsmanship. Also, my 15% coupon for signing up for emails was not honored either. I signed up earlier that morning before I went shopping. So, sorry, Kendra Scott, but your customer service and return policy are lacking, to say the least. I did write to the company, but received a scripted reply back which did not address my issues. Disappointed to say the least. read more

I was really disappointed in this Kendra Scott store. I've been to the location in Rice Village before in Houston and I liked it a lot better. The physical location of this KS is great since it was right by the parking garage. The people here, however, are not as nice. I was greeted by no one when I entered the store and there were workers who helped everyone but me at first (maybe because I am a teenager and therefore is not approached). However, a customer is still a customer and still should be treated well. When I finally found someone to help me, she did help me but didn't really answer my particular question or help me find what else I wanted to find. A different lady at the register was extremely rude to me. She didn't even bother to smile at me once and looked down at me when I asked for a birthday discount since it was my birth month and when I payed in cash. She didn't talk to me at all and had a really bad attitude. I definitely will not be returning to this Kendra Scott again and this gave me a horrible experience at this location. If you live in Houston, go to the one in Rice Village instead! read more

I recently visited this location with my sister to pick out a few items for her birthday. Let me start off by saying that the associate who was named Chris was extremely unprofessional and ride. We asked about the new fall collection and he responded with " just check your email". The other girls there also seemed really annoyed. If you don't like retail, don't work it. I love Kendra and I will stay at the Rice Village location. Don't even bother coming to this one. 2 stars because Kendra is the real MVP. read more

Like another customer said, I am not happy with my recent experience here. The employees offered less than par assistance. One girl overlooked me and started helping a taller lady standing behind me. Another girl started helping me out and then when someone else walked up, started helping them out and so I had to wait and then she pawned me off to another sales girl. The store in the Woodlands and University Park have awesome customer service, so I guess I just expected a little better service here. I ended up spending an hour in the store when it could have taken me ten minutes max. My parking meter expired thirty minutes before, but thankfully my car was fine. I love Kendra Scott for what you stand for but I won't be back to this particular location. Thank you for naming earrings after a friend of my moms who is currently battling cancer as well as giving proceeds from the jewelry to her cause. That speaks volumes. read more

I have to start by saying how much I love Kendra Scott. The pieces are beautiful and the prices are great. However, I'm thoroughly disappointed by the customer service I've received at this location time and time again. The employees are generally rude, short, and will not acknowledge you unless you appear to have a lot of money or are older. I'm in my early 20's and have been repeatedly ignored. Just today I went in to buy a necklace and it took 15 minutes to find an employee willing to help me, and was then told they did not have what I wanted. I asked her if she'd be willing to see if another location had it, which really seemed to inconvenience her. After checking another location, she responded that I should just go look online, so when I got home, I found that it was even out of stock. I will never go to this location again and will be doing all of my business online to avoid the attitude. Extremely disappointed. read more

I find the reviews from other customers here interesting. My best friend and I frequent this location often (probably more than we should!) and we have NEVER had a problem with any of the sales girls, or really anything else for that matter. Some of the sales girls even know us by name and are always so helpful when it comes to picking pieces out. We tend to like the color bar because we can pick and choose/match the stones and the girls are always amazing at telling us what they like or think will look good. I like the designs in this shop and the wonderful selection of colors that the jewelry is offered in- I have several pieces and enjoy them all. However, I find them ridiculously overpriced (no costume jewelry necklace is worth $300). The metal is plated but it still is decent quality. However, I find the return policy kind of ridiculous. Last week, I purchased a pair of $75 earrings that broke the day I bought them. I was dancing (mind you, not a mosh pit) and the earring wire broke and sent the dangly part of the earring onto the dancefloor. I brought the earrings back in today and they rudely stated that there was no return policy and that I must have been too rough with the earrings which is ridiculous. They told me to get another pair of the same style- but why would I do that? I'm not paying $75 for earrings that fall apart in a day. I will no longer be shopping at KS stores but instead at Nordstrom. They have wonderful customer service and a generous return policy that doesn't screw their customers over. read more
