Visit here to collect my birthday gift to myself which Kendra Scott offer a 50% off on fashion pieces which this year I selected something from the color bar, which is a ring I get to select a crystal place in the ring that also came with two other rings so it was like a three-piece ring set. Customer service was really great very friendly. The only flaw I experience on this visit was when I ask a question about exchanging the stone only the stone with the ring not the product itself but maybe you sometime later I will probably want to switch out the stone for the month of October birth months. it is the only month that have two birthstones. I asked her the tool that she used to secure the stone in the ring. Would it be the same tool to remove it a simple yes or no would have done great but she gave me about half a dozen answers that did not answer the question she was like where is your ring? You could do what you want. I did not sense attitude with this answer, but I'm fully aware of that and that is not what I asked. After a few back-and-forth, I finally got an answer which made the experience a little awkward. But nonetheless, I'm really happy with my purchase. This was my second year purchasing something with Kendra Scott and my third overall item. My first item was a Watch band for my Apple Watch. The second item was the birthday 25% off necklace, which I had buyer remorse with that I never wear. It is in the original packaging with the original tags and the same box that I got it last year and they have the same offer as before, but they kind of tweet the necklace a little bit last year it was tiny hearts around a necklace that's kind of like a choker this year is no hearts. They're just like little circle ovals I wish I could exchange it for something else which I do understand some of the reviews how someone will feel a bit taken. read more

Came in looking to spoil myself with some new jewelry, two sales associates briefly said hello but before I could mention my wants...the associates (both) were very quick to dismiss me. Thursday 12/22 around noon was when I came in, there's was possibly 3-4 employees working. There was possibly less than 8 clients in store. KS used to be my go to for gifts or even for myself. But I don't think I would step in ever again to any of KS store, especially this one at City Center. So, I went in to ask a service to fix one of my KS earrings that the back of it got loosen. There were like 4 SA behind the cashier. And as I told them what I wanted NONE of them was even interested to see the problem of the earring and directly told me that they don't do any after sales service (for a such simple fix) on custom jewelry. NONE of them was even trying to pretend that they would check. ZERO customer service or after sales for such as a big and fast growing fashion jeweler! Definitely won't be going here no more! Received a bracelet from here as a gift. Sadly the quality is nothing to brag about, it broke after a couple of wears. The staff here on the other hand were helpful. Brandy was the manager that helped me. I was frustrated and annoyed with the situation... she was calm and kind. Eventually she kindly replaced my item and apologized for the o inconvenience. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had an incredible experience here today (7-18-20)!! Even having to wait in line because of COVID-19, the ladies working made our trip enjoyable from start to finish. What can I say but I'm a fan! Each time I visit KS, I fall in love with the jewelry all over again. Today I stopped by as a part of Girls' Night Out. It was my friend's first time to the store so I was thrilled to "show her the ropes." Fortunately, the A+ customer service provided by the employees made my work easy. Atmosphere 5/5 - The bright and airy feeling within the store puts shoppers in a good mood. Although it can get pretty crowded on weekends and during special events, on this visit, there was a calm but steady flow of people. We were immediately greeted by a sales associate upon entering. It's always nice to feel welcomed. And it was especially nice to enjoy complimentary cupcakes and champagne during this visit. Selection 5/5 - Loads of everything just as I expected. I bought the gold double strand necklace with the heart. I got home with it, tried it on and it seemed to work okay for me. I then removed the tags. After that, the two strands would wrap around each other. I decided I would rather get a single strand pendant. Then I read the return policy. Since I removed the tags. I can't exchange them? I was told I had 30 days to return but not the part about removing the tags. Boo! read more

The Houston City Centre location has the worst customer service. I prefer to shop online or travel to either Woodlands or Sugarland where you are greeted warmly despite your apparel. I only return items to this location, the sales agents are rude at best, do not engage customers as they enter or browse the sales floor. You have to flag down a person for assistance, when you get their attention; they seem annoyed. I left and drove from the City Centre location to the Woodlands location and purchased $973 of product. I do not recommend this location to anyone, shame on you City Centre! It doesn't matter a person's race, outer appearance (jogging suit & baseball cap); if a patron is carrying a $4000 handbag...they PROBABLY can/will purchase a $100 pair of earrings! Kendra Scott Jewelry is a very interesting concept. Her store specializes in what I might call high-end costume jewelry. They use semi-precious looking stones and take standard settings that they've designed. Then, at the color bar they can customize the earrings, rings, bracelets, or necklaces to be customized the way you want it to look. While this sort of heavier-looking jewelry is not my style, I was thoroughly fascinated by this place. Nice service, and they'll wrap your purchases in a jewelry bag and then put that bag into a nice, paper shopping bag. The aesthetic is great for a gift. Right now, they are in the process of changing out their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. And as such, I think you'd have to walk into the store again to be added to the new database. This presented a slight problem when my friend, who quickly became an avid fan, was trying to figure out how she might use her 10% off whenever her birthday came around. My friend lives in Cali; these stores are only in Houston. They basically told her, "You'd have to come back, in person. No one else can represent you for your birthday." This is a standard response. However, they could have upped their system for handling this to earn a fourth or fifth star. Perfectly lovely place for those who like statement jewelry. Lovely interior design. read more

I LOVE KENDRA SCOTT! Anyone that knows me knows any outfit of mine isn't complete until it's accessorized with a little KS. This is one of two locations in Houston and I usually receive okay service here. I have only ever had 2 very friendly associates and I'm a pretty frequent visitor. I started buying Kendra about 5 years ago when she was popular but not super mainstream. Now, it seems like everyone and their grandmother is walking around in Kendra. It doesn't bug me, but if you like to collect unique and unusual pieces, just be aware that Kendra is part of the general public's vocabulary now. I came here yesterday to purchase some earrings I had been stalking online on the day they were released. Do not come to this location. I have been here twice and both instances I have received horrible customer service. The first time I was looking for a necklace for one of my daughters and nobody helped me. Once I went to check out, the cashier had to help me. I actually had to double check with her to see if I got the wrong one and I indeed had the wrong one so she did help me out last minute so I brushed it off. I decided to go a week later for my other daughter and once again I did not receive ANY help at all. I noticed they helped everyone else BUT me. So I walked around a bit to see if they would come to me but nobody would help me. And I also noticed they did not greet me either but the person behind me they had greeted. The few times I've been in I'm always greeted but it's a very forced "Hi welcome in" Went in today to buy a giftset for mothers day and the woman who assisted as well as the cashier acted very stuck up and made it seem like they did not want to be there. I came in here for a present for my cousin because she loves this place. What I will say is that I was here for 30 min and not one person spoke to me. The store was crowded but I was in front of several sales people and they looked at me and didn't say one word. I had to open drawers find my own products and determine myself what I wanted. My first time inside a Kendra Scott...and I had anticipated that I was going to have an amazing experience. First let me start off my saying I was strictly going there to purchase a gift, so I already knew what I was going in there for. I had the screenshots of what I wanted on my phone ready to go as I walked thru the door. I wasn't greeted, nor did anyone come ask me if I needed help within 10 minutes of being in store. Mind you this is my first time at any Kendra Scott. First, I just browsed thru all the drawers trying to find the pieces I was looking for. When I couldn't find them, I just went to the "Color Bar" and stood there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. Finally a nice woman did. I could tell she may have noticed that I had been waiting as well, since she was in the midst of running to the back of the store. She told the woman who I was basically standing in front of that whole time to assist me. After the settings were in place I was instructed to go to the cashier, after payment that lady sent me to the gift wrapping table and another lady gift wrapped it for me. I filled out a gift tag, but the lady doing the gift wrapping didn't affix it to the bag. So now it doesn't have a gift tag. (By the way I keep saying lady and woman because no one that I seen wears name tags. Therefore you can't tell the difference between an employee from a shopper.) I could rant on, but I think you get the point already. I'm in the parking lot writing this review because I feel as Christmas is approaching everyone should know what to anticipate going to this location. Next time I do decide to buy something from Kendra Scott I will try the one in Rice Village. Overall from what I gather from Kendra Scott is you go in and look at the pieces they have, if you don't like the color of the stone they can find a color you like to go into the setting. If it's made that way you can't return it. If you buy a piece as is, I suppose you can? If you want to sign up for their birthday deal they give you 50% off one piece the month of your birthday. Cheers I just need to add that The store didn't seem busy. I didn't have to wait in line at the color bar, the cashier or the gift wrapping table. Sales associates were just conversing with each other throughout the store. I went back to read others reviews and they all seem to be about the same regarding customer service. Ive also read the replies from Kendra Scott's team, and they always claim to strive to give the WOW experience. As a recent Austin-to-Houston transfer, I was thrilled to see Kendra Scott in my new 'hood. I adore her jewelry and her support of important causes, like her jewelry line to support Down syndrome, an issue near and dear to my heart since my youngest is rocking designer genes. I was excited to see that this store would be holding a benefit in which 10% of all proceeds would go to my sons' school and I figured I could buy myself a Mother's Day present since it's going to a good cause, after all. When I arrived, the store was packed, so I'll give the ladies that. But I walked in circles for thirty minutes trying to find someone, anyone, to help me. One girl helped three people who arrived after me without even glancing my way, even though I was practically following her to grab her at her first free second. When I finally tracked someone down, she seemed bothered by my request to find a ring in my size and trudged off to the back. When she returned, she unceremoniously dumped the ring in my hand without a word because she was having a conversation with a new customer who just walked in the door and ran off to help him instead of me. Which sucked because the ring didn't fit, but now there's no one to help me. I strongly suspect my lack of Louis Vuitton served as a sort of invisibility cloak... I did eventually buy something because I wanted to support my kiddos' preschool, but I would have spent more money had I not already wasted so much time on such poor customer service. read more

The line curved around the jewelry display case and there were about eight people in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to check out. This is my second time at this particular Kendra Scott store. However, this review is based particularly on my second trip. I went in with my sister and she had her heart already set on the Mara necklace. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted. Please keep in mind, it was raining and we were really dressed down, so being the area and the type of store, we already had ill feelings about being judged. Anyway, immediately greeted by a friendly lady with a smile. Seconds later, cute curly haired sales girl asks us if we need help. Yes, need the Mara necklace is rose quartz. She immediately takes us to the color bar and shows all the options that are possible for the necklace. While we look, she grabs the necklace my sister is looking for. Not even five minutes later, she brings the necklace and sister tries it on. She wasn't too pleased with the look as it wasn't what she thought. The sales girl was so honest, told us that it tends to flip a lot because of the chain and showed us other options that were very similar. My sister fell in love with the Kiri necklace in the abalone shell. It was perfect, dainty, and unique. Kendra Scott has grown so much since my first purchase there. They had everything laid out beautifully and everything was clean and organized. My only negative comment is about the girl working behind the counter, bagging the purchases. She did not look happy to be there and looked like she had a problem...like an attitude problem. We will be returning! read more

I do love the Kendra Scott designs, and they are quite popular. For my birthday, I went to purchase a pair of earrings. It was my first visit to the store. The store layout was smaller than I expected and there is no stock available for direct purchase. You pick your favorite(s) and a clerk will help pull it from inventory in the back. Many of the pieces are hidden in drawers, so be sure to pull out every drawer to see the full array of jewelry they offer. I get plenty of compliments on my earrings. The clerks were very friendly and no one came to help until it appeared that I was ready to make a selection, then suddenly a clerk appeared to assist. Checkout was super easy and the clerks were wearing a ton of the jewelry. It looked great on them and was rather good marketing on their part. read more

Kendra Scott City Centre is by far the most amazing place on the planet. Let me begin by saying that we have had a consistent relationship for several years. They always go above and beyond in helping me with anything. They have donated to events that I have hosted in the past and most recently, they hosted a shopping party for my boyfriends mother. We actually organized a surprise party and everything was perfect but only because the staff was extremely accommodating. Allie, Skye Lynn, Kelly - everyone was so helpful. They allowed us to decorate the place and even assisted us in doing so. They provided complimentary wine and cheese for our guests. If you have ever planned a surprise party, sometimes it can be overwhelming but Kendra Scott City Centre put me at ease and made it happen. We cannot thank them enough for their hospitality - we are forever grateful for the memories we made last night and we look forward to our next trip to Kendra Scott City Centre! read more

Ah, Kendra Scott. Just another place to take all my money, and this time close to my office! I really like the design of their jewelry, and it's nice that it's a Texas business, but since Yelp isn't for finding what KIND of jewelry you want, I'm going to focus on what I think you should know: the service. This location in City Centre is really hit-or-miss. Some times I come in and am greeted enthusiastically, quickly helped, and feel like a valued customer. Then there are the times when I come in, have to find someone to help me, and feel like it doesn't matter to them if I purchase anything. I wish that the level of service was more consistent, because I do like having someone there to assist me (especially to point out the newer arrivals or pieces) instead of having to wander around and look at everything. It would be nice if, when I'm shopping for a gift, instead of being pointed to the general area the sales associate helping me would be more involved... maybe grab a few items in the price range I specify and say "this is what most people buy" or "my favorite is this color", etc. I can find my own gifts, but when I want to be in and out in a hurry it's helpful to have someone who knows their stuff assist- especially since they have to get it out of the back before I buy it! I'll probably still come here, because there are very helpful associates. I chose a pair of earring for her, and one for me. Well, the friend and I broke up, and there wasn't a need for her to get my super awesome Kendra Scott pair of earrings. I popped back into the store just a couple of days later, and they don't accept returns only store credit. I honestly hate when stores do this. Kendra Scott has some really cute stuff. I love that there is a lot of variation with colors and textures. Sometimes it does get irritating to wait outside as they always limit the number of people who can be in the store at one time. The associates are nice but it always seems like they either run out of gift boxes, jewelry bags which makes gifting a little less pretty.
