    I will not buy a car from this place ever again. We gave them a check for the down payment. They…read morepromised that they would hold it until the money from an insurance company came in. I promised I would call when the money was in the bank. Next thing you know, the check was deposited without my approval. Also, they promised that they would go completely through the car. When I asked what they did, they would not tell me. Well, come to find out, they did not check the air conditioner and the transmission has a leak. I contacted the salesman to find out if they would make it right, and did not hear anything back. I value honesty and did not get it from World of Wheels.

He was fast at responding and through calls and emails. We worked a deal over the phone and within 3 days I met him and the finance manager Jeff who helped me in so many ways. He took his time and made sure everything was done right. He also has been in the business for many years and handled business the way it should be done in the car industry. They were scheduled to be closed because it was the day after Christmas but came in just to get me my new car. I love car. Love this dealership now and really respect the way the do business. I will be referring them to many of my friends and family in Minnesota. Thanks Jeff and Scott.

    Overall a so-so experience. It started out great. We purchased a certified vehicle. The very first…read moretime we took it in for a oil change after we bought it (to the dealer Dewey) they said a shock needs replaced, the engine is leaking oil, battery is testing low, and suggested an alignment since tires are wearing uneven. We purchased a $4000+ warranty with the vehicle but the only item they will cover is the oil leak. Not sure how I feel about the "certified" vehicle any longer. I feel they should have taken care of the shocks within such a short amount of miles driven? Live and learn. On a high note the staff is very nice and friendly. I am hoping the financing/sales team with set this straight with the shock. Seems it is out of the hands of service team. The Expedition is in the shop at this time. They did fix some items on this vehicle a few days after we purchased it after we pointed them out so that was good. Best of luck if you purchase a certified vehicle. I suggest you take it to another shop within 3 months to have everything looked over and catch these things early. We didn't and are now paying the price. Maybe you will have better luck.

    My estimate started around $8464 and ended at $13600, adding insult to injury it took around 6…read moreweeks (more on this below). After they 'disassembled' the vehicle, they found the other $50000+ in damages. I'm no body repair person but come on, I guess they employ low skill estimators or possibly they are just dishonest. This was by in far the worst repair experience of my life. No possible way would I refer a single person here. When I approved the estimate, they called me to let me know I could bring it in so they could start repairs. One of the most obvious things that needed to be replaced was the grill, we had hit a deer, oddly enough the grill was on backorder and was the last thing they were waiting on to complete the repairs.
