None of my items "additional" items were repaired!! Called Dave and let him know of these issues and was told he would order the parts need and call me back for an appointment. Never heard back! I feel I was overcharged (est. $2000.00) and the work agreed upon was definitely not complete! Not to mention my itemized invoice was vague and hand wrote. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day.
