We had a few vehicles in mind coming into this, but they didn't have as many of those options as we hoped. That turned out to be okay though! We were greeted by Marcel Williams as we arrived, and he was incredibly personable. He had a smile on his face and was immediately ready to help us get into a new vehicle the same day. Marcel was very open with us about how the entire process as well as what our options would be. We didn't feel pressured by him to get something we didn't want or to buy any additional coverage options. I'd definitely recommend talking with him if you're going to buy from this lot. There are quite a few options, vehicle-wise. Newer and a little older as well. Thankfully, we were able to find something that we liked that was comparable to what we were looking for. It's not something that we even thought of getting, but I'm glad it was an option. Coming into the lot, we were hopeful, but honestly didn't think that we'd be able to trade our car in for another one, since we didn't have a down payment and still owed on our car. Marcel and the team really worked wonders to get us into a newer vehicle with a reasonable monthly payment, which is so much more than we ever expected. He also explained all of the warranty/coverage options clearly and told us which one he would recommend not only as a salesman, but as someone who's been through a bad situation with his personal vehicle. Again, he didn't pressure us into going with a specific plan and gave us privacy to discuss anything we needed to before agreeing to an option. When it was time to sign all of the finalizing paperwork, we went and sat in with Jon Randleman. He was great, easy to work with, and explained everything clearly.
