Day of service comes, 4.5 hours in, I call. They say it will be another hour to an hour and a half. I ask why. They said they had to wait on the parts to arrive this morning before starting the work. Mind you, this business asked me to write a review for them prior to leaving with the car on the day of buying. I have had issues with the engine left to right and i truly dont know how to keep paying for a broken car as a college student. My car had smoke coming from the engine recently and that was terrifying I have spent so much money fixing the car more than i have paying the car payment monthly. I recently found out that the car i bought from there has had severe structural damage that they covered up and did an awful job covering it up due to the cracks on the exterior panels. Its the reason why I have had so many issues, I was taken advantage of and lied to and thats the kind of person that runs this place. I would not purchase a car from them.
