The quality of the repair is absolutely perfect and that is not an exaggeration. I have a tendency to be picky and a big pain in the ass (sorry Darren). One thing I'm very impressed with is that with all of the work we have had done at Fisher they take the same care and attention to detail with my wife's 200k plus mile work car (Sonata) as they have with my Expedition. I pulled up…read moreto Car X to get an inspection that is advertised free at this loca to on and company. my flexing pipe was needed replaced so I wanted a quote on it to see how much it would cost. these guys charged me $1300 for flexing pipes and labor which is actually insane. I know I'm a girl but flexxing pipe that costs half my kidney should not be legal. that's not even the worst part. I then proceeded to tell them that I didn't want any service from them. I was then threatened to pay them at least for the inspection. which I did not allow them to do to me. and when they saw how defensive I was, they said "well then I'm sorry for what I'm about to do right now" SPRINTS towards my car. which I think was a method to startle me and get me to pay them. I then called the police because they didn't want to give me my keys or my car and there is no reason for a customer to be treated like this. the police told me that I was good to leave without being forced to get service. if this your sign to not go here do not. unless your a billionare and can afford to fix you're whole car here.

Chad and his team have been amazing each time - timely, transparent, and helpful in navigating insurance companies. The last claim required an adjuster to come out and evaluate my vehicle, and he had nothing but good things to say about Chad and Action Auto Body. When you have a claims adjuster saying good things about you, you know you have a good reputation. I also needed a windshield placed and Chad stayed after hours to get it done so I had a vehicle to drive the next day. Overall super pleased with Action Auto Body - I picked it out a few years ago on a whim because it was close to my apartment at the time, but so glad I have a place to take my car for work when I need it.
