Absolutely did not rotate tires and couldn't give me a straight answer on which tire was low (tire sensor kept saying front tire but was incorrect) also asked me when tires were last rotated hope 2.5 months ago when y'all changed my oil. Dont take your car here. If your warranty only covers certain places, go to a different car x. They botched a simple spark plug job. Had my car for 3 more days and said Chevy had to come reset the emc and expected me to believe the new codes coming up were unrelated to the spark plugs they messed up. After I was able to pick my keys up late saturday (they had since tuesday) I needed documentation to turn in so I could get reimbursed for the rental and lyfts totaling 200. They flat out refused to give me any papers saying the dates they had my car. They did not charge me or the warranty company for anything after the spark plugs. So you want me to believe they paid for chevy to come out there 2 times​ out of the kindness of their hearts? No. They couldn't charge the warranty because the spark plugs were the only code until they touched it. They acted as if I should be grateful for the work they did at no cost to me when it was the incompetent people who work there that lack the most basic mechanic skills that caused all of this to happen. I work full time overnights and have kids to take to school every day. These people are the worst of the worst. The reason mechanics and repair shops get a bad reputation. Dont go here. read more

They do their best to get me in when it accommodates my schedule. They are trustworthy & honest. I always feel welcome when I arrive. I've gone to this CarX location a few times to get a few things fixed in the cars I've had but this last time I really feel like I've been ripped off. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a female or what but I feel disrespected. I ended paying almost $700 for front wheel bearings and an alignment when I was originally quoted around $500. It's already hard enough especially for a young lady to find a trusting mechanic so when I get ripped off I feel like I can't trust anywhere I go. I just wanna find a shop that is fair on pricing and works to actually get down to the root of the problem. I will be telling people who needs car repairs to not come to this location. read more

Took a car in for a family member for an oil change. Mind you this family member takes multiply cars to this location on NE 14th. Oil change came to $71.00!!! Family member told me when I showed him the receipt that he normally pays $39 every time without a coupon. What a RIP-OFF. He will take his business someplace else. read more

Was sceptical about takin my truck anywhere other then my garage but didnt have time so i went to closest place and crossed fingures. From time i walked in door i have nothing bad to say. Was greated quickly , i explained the problems, and they were able to get me in right away was givin a ride home and told when it was done theyd call and pick me up. 2 hrs later we Got back to Car x and everything was fixed and was told if any problems let them know. I got a check up call from them bout a week later (i was very suprised) and i explained to him that I felt as tho it was pullin to the left and he said to bring it in and theyd "look at it" i thought great more money. When i had the time about 2 weeks later i stopped in. The manager told me hed get me right in. Waited a short while and my truck went back up and was asked everything i thought it was doin and then the mechanic said hed seee what he could do for it. When finished he explained everything he had done thoroughly and asked if i had questions. And even gave me a print out showing exact specs of my alignment so we could work on another try if neccessary. It wasnt. All in all very happy with the service. Every aspect was professional and i will bring my vehicles there when i cant do it myself. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you to the guys that work there. Five stars.
