If the service technicians were half as dedicated as the service advisor and the service manager…read morethere I would be a lot happier customer... I was until this recent visit... Not only did the technician not thoroughly check out all of the fuses before he let me go with my car a week ago, but it acted up within 50 miles and I had to bring it back it the following Monday because there's no one there that will take care of Emergency repairs over the weekend... So I dropped off my car at 8 AM on Monday only to find out on Wednesday afternoon that my car hadn't been looked at at all in 2 1/2 days by the tech... so we were nice to them and sure things were going to be good until we find out today that they have to order that 150 amp fuse in because they don't carry it in their parts department and it won't be there till tomorrow and of course there's no one there on Saturday to do any work like that so again I'm waiting three more days to get my car back... The tech doesn't realize that he's damaging the future business of the company by neglecting to take care of a customer service issue right away... And it reflects badly on the whole dealership when the person who's actually supposed to do the work wasn't

Finally made an appointment, but asked the AI person to confirm that it's for a recall. AI appointment setter 'did not understand.' I asked for a real person, was sent to a queue, no one is available, we'll do a call back. No call back. I chatted into the business a couple of days ago. We will call you. No call. Today I tried to email the service email address. Email bounced - they do not accept emails outside their organization. It's the publicly listed email address.... I need someone to communicate with me. Will not be bringing my Jeep in on July 13 if this company is so ineffective that they can't do this most basic form of service. Erich 507-460-0337

They were professional, honest, and did a fantastic job getting my car repaired and back on the road. As a woman, getting vehicle repairs done can sometimes be incredibly frustrating. You go in needing one thing repaired and end up being told you "need" several other things or feel like you're constantly being upsold. I experienced NONE of that here. They were straightforward about what my car needed, fair with me, and never tried to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs. That kind of honesty means a lot to me. I felt completely comfortable with the service I received, and I can honestly say I've found my new repair shop!

How does my "lifestyle" have anything to do with buying a fucking car?!?! I'm curious where he got this information about my "lifestyle", he stocking me on the internet? The first time I talked to him, he did not tell me there were any issues with the car. When I called back to set up an appointment for my family member to come test drive it, it was then that he told me that the brakes were no good and it had some other issue. Kind of important thing to know! What a waste of my time. Dont waste your time here!

We bought a Pontic from this dealer, we test drove it and it was making a noise, now my thought was…read morewheel bearing so 50$ fix. He was asking 2500$ for it and unsure if wheel bearing was the cause I told him I would not pay 2500 for it. He then told me and my wife that if we keep the price he will throw in a warranty that will cover what ever is making the noise. Sounded like a good deal, if something else happens then it's covered, right? WRONG, found out it was not the wheel bearings but something much more worse and costly. Contacted warranty people and they said since it was making the noise when we drove it off the lot they won't cover it, great a waste of $500, so my wife has been contacting him and he said he would "help us out" far from it. He has been nothing but a deadbeat and has done nothing to help us with this car. So now I have to go buy the parts I need to fix it, funny thing is it will cost around $500, so I'm putting 3k into a car that is worth 2k... would not go to this place for anything, you will walk out wasting time and money!

The day we drove it off the lot things went wrong with it, when we tried to get our money back they wouldn't give it back, they offered to fix everything for us AT COST TO US. If you are looking to throw money into the wind and get nothing in return, this is what you are looking for! Otherwise, stay away!
