Kia offered us a 2012 Ford Escape that had everything I would hope for in the next car I would own. It was $13,500. It was more or less accepting where we were in life and settle for the old car or strive for a life where we would feel comfortable driving a car such as we purchased from Kia. The experience was one of optimism or failure for us and buying from KIA allowed us to gain confidence to face the future in a sensible, realistic way. The payment will be managable to our ability to pay and I think my wife will be pleased to drive this car to a good job once she finds the one that fits her abilities. This isn't much of an endorsement for KIA itself, but as a decision to work for what we want and we are glad to have that option in our lives. My husband scheduled a windshield replacement about a week in advance for March 12th. When I arrived, they couldn't even find the order. After some scrambling, they finally located it and got me a Lyft to work. Then, after my husband provided all the necessary insurance info, they called him an hour later--at 11:30 AM--to ask if he had ordered the windshield. Excuse me? That's literally their job. Since we live an hour away, I asked if they could provide a courtesy car while we waited for the windshield to come in. Nope--apparently, they had none available. My husband then requested to speak to a manager to see if there was any solution, like having the windshield replaced at my workplace. No luck there either. Five hours after my original appointment time, they finally finished fixing a leaking tire and got me a Lyft back. But still, no windshield. I had to take my car home and come back another day. We dropped the car off again on March 16th. They replaced the windshield on the morning of March 17th--but didn't bother to configure it until the next morning on March 18th. When I picked up my car, the employee casually pointed out damage to my interior, including cuts and leftover glass. It wasn't there before, but of course, we had no proof. The level of incompetence, lack of communication, and complete disregard for customer service is unreal. We will never be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

He stopped, looked both ways, and ran the red light to cross the street to fill up one of their cars. It was actually fascinating to see someone who is that impatient or that above the law in broad day light. Also, the car I wanted to test drive malfunctioned before I got out of the lot.
