They were professional, honest, and did a fantastic job getting my car repaired and back on the road. As a woman, getting vehicle repairs done can sometimes be incredibly frustrating. You go in needing one thing repaired and end up being told you "need" several other things or feel like you're constantly being upsold. I experienced NONE of that here. They were straightforward about what my car needed, fair with me, and never tried to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs. That kind of honesty means a lot to me. I felt completely comfortable with the service I received, and I can honestly say I've found my new repair shop!

Zero notes as to the progress and both the technician and service advisor have gone home for the day. Translation: I'm without a car until Monday. This on top of the condescending attitude I was given on the phone by Carl but absolutely congenial attitude when I dropped the car off (my husband was standing next to me) and I think I need to find elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced. This may have killed a 30+ year purchasing relationship with Dewey Ford. I'd give this zero stars if I could.

Not only did the technician not thoroughly check out all of the fuses before he let me go with my car a week ago, but it acted up within 50 miles and I had to bring it back it the following Monday because there's no one there that will take care of Emergency repairs over the weekend... So I dropped off my car at 8 AM on Monday only to find out on Wednesday afternoon that my car hadn't been looked at at all in 2 1/2 days by the tech... so we were nice to them and sure things were going to be good until we find out today that they have to order that 150 amp fuse in because they don't carry it in their parts department and it won't be there till tomorrow and of course there's no one there on Saturday to do any work like that so again I'm waiting three more days to get my car back... The tech doesn't realize that he's damaging the future business of the company by neglecting to take care of a customer service issue right away... And it reflects badly on the whole dealership when the person who's actually supposed to do the work wasn't
