Disappointed in my service here. Although Kelly was extremely friendly, my experience was not good. There was way too much glue in the gel-x application (which can cause allergy), improper curing, and spilling of top coat around my cuticles. Each nail was cured separately under the light so my hands were under the light for basically the entire hour I was there. She stepped away every 5-10 minutes during my appointment to check out costumers, repeatedly touching cash and coming back to do my nails with ZERO hand washing and no gloves. Also using previously used files. To top it off, she and a customer besides me spent several minutes discussing their support of Trump and that they don't read "bigot news." Very uncomfortable experience. I hate to leave these types of reviews, but please do better with your sanitary standards. I came here because of the positive reviews about cleanliness here but that was not the case.

I wish I could give 10 stars for the service I received here! First off, this is the most fancy/clean/kind nail salon I think..ever?! I'll start by saying we went in with some very poorly done nails from a previous salon so I was skeptical at first. Bad experiences will do that I suppose. My mom and I both went together to get our bad nails fixed. Let me start by saying right off the bat, Kelly's Nails immediately saw the concern in why we wanted better nails- but kept it so professional and promised to fix them for us and they did. If you're looking for a sterile, sanitary salon this is your place. They have hundreds of color choices, great music, a coffee/tea nook, and prices are very clearly stated on their service menu. There's about 25 pedicure chairs, same with manicure stations, and plenty of seats in the waiting area. But crammed like sardines here! Everything is so beautifully decorated and furnished, wiped down often and all around an enjoyable experience. The $40 pedicure is their second up from their basic and it put me to sleep with the 10 minute massage. Their technique is great, very detailed work!! I will be returning monthly for my nail needs.

I absolutely love Kelly's. I came here a few times in college and it was always an amazing experience. After moving to Phoenix, I had hoped to find a salon I loved in my new area. But after MANY underwhelming experiences at different salons around me, I've finally returned to Kelly's and I'm so glad I did. The staff are so unbelievably friendly. I arrived about 30 minutes early due to a short work day and because I made my appointment for a Friday, I was expecting to wait at least some time to get in the chair but they took me back almost immediately. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted in terms of design so I chose two colors and told Henry I was going to Hawaii on a trip. He basically free-styled and the final product did not disappoint! I am so impressed with the design and his attention to detail. After having many experiences at salons around the valley where I felt I was significantly overcharged for a set that I didn't even love, this was such a breath of fresh air. If you're thinking about getting your nails done at Kelly's, definitely do it. You won't be disappointed.

UPDATE - they contacted me to make it right and Tom redid my nails. He was meticulous and took his time which resulted in the perfect shape and natural looking dip nails that aren't too thick. This was my second time at Kelly's nails and I had much higher expectations considering I had a good experience the first time. I made an appointment to see Kevin again and he did a terrible job. From the time he started soaking off the dip to finishing was 45 minutes... this was also including me picking 3 different colors from their color station since he couldn't find my first 3 choices. He was rushing the whole time and didn't cover my entire nail, there are spots missing on the edges. He also skipped steps in the process. After using the activator he did a light buff and that's it. My nails are not smooth at all. I'm pissed I even paid for this. I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

I got one of the sloppiest manicure ever today. She brought over blistering hot water to soak in, but hardly let me soak before she proceeded to cut up my fingers. I was bleeding in two places from her cuticle trim. She then shaped my nail, without asking my desired shape, and didn't even clean off them off before painting. My nails are bumpy, rough, and there is a lot of paint still on my skin. I also asked for a nail art and she slapped it on my nail without any regard. I am so embarrassed by my nails and so mad I paid so much for this. My pedicure wasn't much better, but at least the technician was nice. The other two people in my party loved their nails so maybe I just got the worst of it.

I have to been done with this place. I was thrilled to see they expanded and updated the place. Wow is the best I can give this location with their new attitude! I can openly say, I enjoyed this family ran business but things have changed since the remodel. I came in as a walk-in requesting some who is good with designs or nail art. One kid's pedicure, pedicure for myself and fill. Kid's pedicure listed for under $20 with a flower design...I paid $40 (7yr old) with No design. My pedicure was one words cannot describe. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I waited for who this shop said was a "pro" and nail designs. I came in with beautiful long nails with Swarovski crystals on all nails and had to ask the technician to stop as she was attempting to pull them off which hurt extremely badly after she got to my second hand I said enough and requested my tab, paid and got out of there! I believe in quality over quantity and this was just all around the worst experience. I am officially done with Kelly's Nail! read more

This is my favorite place of all time to get my nails done. My mom, grandmother, and I have been coming here for years and have always been pleased with the results. The salon was recently expanded and is very clean and pristine and has a gorgeous and relaxing ambiance. The owner, Kelly, is very kind and accommodating and all of her staff are well trained and efficient. Prices are fair and my nails always look great. read more

Never disappoints, ever. I always get a gel mani and a pedicure, they have SO many colors to choose from. Doesn't matter which stylist you get, nails turn out great every time. I called on Monday spoke to Kelly the owner asked for Kevin Saturday 4/1. Kelly said 1230 I get there at 12 she says no you're wrong it was 1130 and shows me the book I said I don't care what that says it's in pencil you guys erase all the time and this is the second time you've done this. She started helping other customers and ignored me. No apology or effort to make it right. I didn't raise my voice or make a scene I simply asked for customer service. Kelly of Kelly nails is rude and unprofessional. I won't be back and I will spread the word! OMG so they mess up and what do I get...Kelly confronts me in front of the other customers being serviced. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONCE AGAIN RUDE! Never again! I spend more than $100 every visit, had became a regular customer and this is how you guys do business. I'll pass. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and never had an issue. Today I asked for the Classic Pedicure which is $40. When I got to the register they told me I owed $58. I told them what pedicure I got, they got the lady that did my toes and she said I got the Cucumber-which I absolutely did not. I told them the service I received was the Classic and was absolutely not the one they were telling me, because it involved callous removal and hot towels-neither of which I got. After some back and forth, my lady said it was a 'mistake.' There was absolutely zero reason to try to overcharge me and it's completely dishonest. I would obviously pay for what I got and it was NOT the service my lady attempted to pass off. I won't be coming back. She did a good job on my nails, but the dishonesty wasn't okay and I do not believe it was a mistake. read more

We just walked in for the appointment, and they were able to get us in right away for a pedicure. They were so friendly and nice and took good care of our feet. We did classic and added callus removal. They did the cutest flower on my daughter's toes, and she's in love. The place is well decorated and very modern design. Many color choices for pedicure. From their manicure nail samples, they seem to have lots of options and choices for designs and colors as well. I'm excited to come back another time for manicure. read more

Service here is very meh. It's certainly not a focus point. I came a few weeks ago for a mani pedi. My pedicure was just ok. I waited with foil on my nails for 30 mins while they serviced other customers. This should not happen to someone who makes an appointment. Not one person apologized for the wait or even acknowledged that this was an issue. It was quite bizarre and not indicative of a business that cares about customer satisfaction. They were more concerned about accommodating walk ins quickly and getting them in seats over the customers already in seats. Bad business. I am giving a two Star because the person who finally did my manicure did a good job. read more

I have been to several salons for my nails and had not such great experiences-I didn't review because I feel badly when's business is trying and just can't seem to get it together...but let me tell you-I have had probably 9-10 different nail technicians (is that their title???), out of complete respect-and each time they have done a terrific job! Kelly's Nails is my favorite nail salon in Gilbert!! Everyone I have had so my nails or pedi have always been fabulous! Kelly or Maya are my fav go to for my dip or gel nails. Maya is my favorite pedicure tech too! She always remembers how and what I like and makes sure I am happy with whatever service I've had! Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Tried to get an acrylic fill there. Not sure what the lady's name was, but she first completely disregarded everything I asked for. She then burned me multiple times due to holding the electric file, unmoving, on my hand while looking around the store (not at my nails. while the electric file is on them.) She did not acknowledge the fact that she was hurting me (even when I pulled away and expressed that it hurt). I eventually let her know that she didn't have to continue file or paint my nails, asking her to ring me up so I could leave. She spent the next 5-10 minutes trying to convince me to let her keep going. This was a huge disappointment, seeing as this salon is highly rated and was consistently busy while I was inside. read more

Lily is amazing!!! Make sure to call ahead of time and schedule with her, she books up. She takes her time, but doesn't take forever. She's precise and I appreciate her attention to small details. I can be picky with my nails and I've never had to ask her to fix anything. read more

Me and my sister went to Kelly's to have a girls day with her friend.We got seated and they didn't even do our nails for another 5 minutes that didn't bother us to much but then my sister had to wait a hour before she got her nails done.Our appointment was at two and we did not leave until 4:30. Also some of the staff were very rude. When me and my sister and her friend went to pay her friend got charged 70 bucks for her acrylics. Then they tried to charge my sister 80 bucks because of the "shape" even though they had the same exact nail shape and design just my sisters design was glittery and they tried saying that they weren't alike at all so then they said that they will give her 5 dollars off.I am very disappointed in Kelly's. read more

I've been here several times. I called the day before to make an appointment and also asked the range of pedicure prices. Knowing they charge a fee to use a credit card I wanted to have enough cash. I was told the range starting at $40 and if I want gel additional $15. I went and had my pedi expecting the total to be $55. I go to check out and it's now $60. Why you ask? Apparently they are now charging an additional $5. to remove gel. That would have been something you might want to say when a customer asks for pricing, not to mention the person doing the pedi didn't even discuss pricing. I thought the entire situation was shady. I found it interesting while there they were super slow and if you've ever been here you know this place is always slammed Moral of the story when someone asks for pricing be straight up, don't leave out the little details. This is how you lose customers read more

I have been going for a very long while to this salon with my daughter and spouse. Never again will we return. I showed the girl a very simple picture of a French manicure. The employee told me "she got it". 70$ dollars later it's not what I wanted she ONLY did one coat of gel for the layers so the nails feel uneven. - I asked her why - she said it's ok. No need for "other coats" the lines are not straight the pink undercoat is ok quality but after a long 12 hr shift I was tired and just wanted to relax. The employee did not even do a full manicure on my nails. She pulled clipper out and nick me (I realized after the fact these clippers did not even come from out of the sterile package). No massage or lotion at the end- just hurried up to get the next person- POOR Customer service and you don't get what you pay for- too bad read more

I have been coming to this Salon for YEARS- and I mean YEARS! I have my favorite techs that I see regularly... and many have changed over the years and moved on... BUT LILY is my girl! She is sooooo amazingly talented, knows EXACTLY how I like my nails done- and PERFECTS them, each and every time! The Salon just got an absolutely gorgeous renovation and it is stunning! So so pretty! It is ALWAYS clean, and every staff member there is so happy and kind - even when the salon is Hoppin! (Which is always). Love love love Kelly and Jake (the owners)! They make the success of this salon , for sure! Have never gone anywhere else/ and don't intend to! #customerforlife If you haven't been here yet/ try it! You will become quickly addicted, as I did! This has been my "GO TO" & "RECOMMENDATION TO OTHERS" nail salon for YEARS!!! Im about five minutes away (in walking distance) they are so fast & clean!! I always have amazing results with my nails as well as waxing services!! they have so many colors (gel included) and designs to choose from! & if you ask for something specific they will always try! & if for some reason you don't like them, they will change it at no additional cost!! I cannot tell you what a find this place is. I had come in from SoCal for a week and had run out of time to get a pedicure before I left. I did some research, spoke to family, and decided to give this place a try. I choose the Simple Spa Pedicure. Yes, it can be considered a bit pricey, but it was totally worth it. This 1-hour treatment is beyond fabulous. My feet were a mess, and it did not help that I had not done a pedicure in over 2 months. I chose this because of the described stimulate blood circulation and improvement in skin elasticity. But the treatment as all as described and more. The heated stones and the massage was heavenly. I am so glad I treated myself and I may wait to for a pedicure again when I know I am headed to AZ. read more

Kelly's is always amazing. I've been going here for over 20 years. The place looks great now with the new addition. The staff is always friendly. The owners, Kelly and Jake do a fantastic job running it. Everyone is very fair with communication. Pricing has always been fair, and is always communicated to me before a service. If I have any issues they are fixed immediately. The new addition of the text message system is an added bonus because you get discounts. There are many other nail salons near my house, but I'd rather drive a bit farther to go to Kelly's! read more

Kelly & Katie have done a great job w/my permanent makeup application. The cost is feet reasonable considering the intricate detail of application. I feel very safe during any type of eyeliner/brow application and have received numerous compliments on my permanent makeup. I have been going to them for about 3 years now for new & touch up application. Katie is now using the eye brow stroke technique and mine has turned beautiful!!! I love this place! They are the most customer friendly and professional nail salon I have ever been too! I have tried other places and keep coming back to Kelly's. I have been going to this spa for 12 years. Jake is great at keeping the flow running so there isn't a long long wait time. He remembers my preferences and what I like. I have been going to Kelly's since 2004 and it is truly the best nail salon. I left a couple times due to moving and always came back - it was worth the drive. Kelly the owner is fantastic. She always greets her clients, makes sure everyone is taken care of promptly and is happy before they leave. They don't over charge like some places out here. Her staff stays with her and is stable so you don't change technicians 5 times in year. I recently moved back to the east valley and had no nail salon & all of my in-laws recommended Kelly's and I am so glad I decided to try them out! They did my nails for my wedding and I had called and wanted a specific color and they had it and the guy scheduled me with Quinn. She is awesome and so detailed! Love this Nail Spa!!! From the huge selection of color/types of nail coverage (gel, dip etc), to the great pedicures....HGTV on the big screen and friendly staff. I seriously love going to Kelly's...and they stand behind their service...my dip nails can last sometimes 3 weeks and I'm rough on them! just tonight i went in because i just had my nails dipped yesterday and i had a chip....Kelly spent a good 15 minutes giving me a new layer on the affected nails and did it at no charge! read more

I was not impressed when I went here recently. I used to go many years ago and loved them! However, I recently went back after a couple of years of not and the quality was not there anymore. I still saw some of the same faces but it felt rushed and dirty. It was not as friendly nor clean in there. The pedicure was rushed and the nail polish was definitely watered down. I've been going to Henry regularly for probably about 3 or 4 years now. He is really gentle, knows exactly how I like my nails, is really great and what he does. I've been coming to this salon for 15 years. I have no complaints. The service is excellent and I always leave with perfect nails, toes and brows.
