I have to say I'm pretty picky when it comes to any type of service, and these folks didn't disappoint. I e-mailed them via their website, they got back to me shortly after also via e-mail with a direct contact number. I called, asked them if they could come over to install the AC and they told me they could drop by in a few hours. Cool! Shortly after that, I get a phone call 2 hours way ahead of schedule asking if they could come by sooner since one of the techs was already in the area, having already completed a job just 1 mile away. I contacted him yesterday at 10am and the AC units were installed today before 4pm... only 30 hours is very quick and responsive! Lucky because it's supposed to be warm tonight and tomorrow so I will appreciate having the AC units ready. Dave did a good job installing 2 AC units in my apartment. The price was average, or slightly cheaper than average, compared to quotes I got from other companies. I liked how Dave broke down the cost of parts and labor so I could see exactly what I was paying for. One was a regular AC install, and the other was a slightly more intensive install with a plexiglass side, both with brackets included. Dave was about 15 minutes late and he took a several phone calls during the install, which might have made him slightly slower, but didn't distract from the quality of the work. Super quick scheduling and installation process. So easy to work with. I reached out via email on Thursday afternoon, and Dave responded right away. He was able to complete a COI immediately and to all my building's strict specifications. We scheduled for the next afternoon. I had 2 window A/Cs that needed installation, with brackets.
