Food was okay not much seating it was busy though. The service was still good even though they were busy so maybe try again when not so busy.

Great prices big menu friendly staff the chicken strips are like nothing I've seen before and delicious Breakfast all day and a great dinner menu too. Blown away by this restaurant

Ham and bean special with a side of cornbread and fried potatoes and onions. Very tasty.

We went there on our trip to Springfield wanting a place where we can get breakfast or lunch since we had three people that couldn't agree on any particular place to go. Waited for a table for about 10 minutes, even though there were tons of empty tables and the hostess was quite confused, and kept telling everybody before we get a table and then another lady would come up and sit us right away. She might've been new. The same lady that sat us faster than the other one was also our server. Seem like she'd been there a while. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with two eggs, my spouse, ordered the ham and beans with cornbread, and my sister ordered, the southern breakfast. Everybody was happy enough with their food. The biscuits had a good flavor, but we're totally overcooked very dark brown, but covered in gravy and hard to cut. The flavor was good. Seem like there were lots of locals there that were quite loud. Speaking loudly and had their phones playing videos loudly so it wasn't quite a relaxing experience so we hurried up and ate and left. Prices were quite reasonable.

    Fly in my drink

Been to this place lots of times for lunch and I definitely won't be back. There was a fly in our soda and after that our appetite was gone so we gave our plates to the server and told him we were done after that. He proceeded to take out plates and charge us for the food. Really poor experience.

Bacon eggs French toast and a scramble with cinnamon toast.

Nice, clean atmosphere, friendly staff. Good food with ample portions. Blue Cheese dressing was very good. The coffee is very weak.

Felt like diner. Busy, but food was good and quick. Skillets are mostly hash browns. Good omelette and sausage links!

Negative: Server would disappear for 15 or 20 minutes after bringing water; then disappear for another 15 minutes after bringing coffee; ditto for serving the meal which arrived one hour & 15 minutes after we sat down at our table at 11 am; same for dessert--it took 20 minutes after we finished the main course for the server to return & bring our checks. We only had six people in our own fabulous pink room. There were only 5 or 6 people out front so why did it take 3 hours to be served our lunch & to leave from the time we arrived at 11 am & didn't get to leave until 1:30 pm. Three hours to get our meal & eat was an incredibly long period of time. It was freezing in there--the room temperature was zero.

Started off with the orange zest caramel latte and it was great: noticeable orange flavor, not overwhelmingly sweet, and served hot in a big campfire-style mug. We split the "super basic brekky" (biscuit, 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage patties, and a side of dressed greens) and the "bean gurlie" hashbrown bowl (hashbrown casserole, fried eggs, beans, onions, peppers, cheese. Also came with a side of dressed greens). Portions were filling and everything was DELICIOUS. The biscuit was our favorite part of the meal (tall, fluffy, amazing), but the sausage and the hashbrown casserole were close contenders. I'm not a huge greens person at breakfast, but whatever they dress them with was super tasty and I loved it. Decor gives thrifted grandma vibes in the most fun and curated way. Staff was very efficient and kind. We'll absolutely be back!
