The customer service wasn't great either, no one checked on us during the meal, and our water wasn't refilled unless we asked. Overall, the experience just didn't live up to how it used to be.

Do note that it does need dipping sauce so if you get a curry/soup (like the spicy fish fillet with tofu), dip it in that, and it is quite delectable.
