This was the second company I called out to get a quote since the first company I called completely dropped the ball and kept me waiting for over two weeks. Either way, I'm so glad I was able to use Natural Concepts! After getting the runaround from another company, I reached out to Natural Concepts on a Tuesday and they had technicians out by Thursday! Not just to get a quote, but the technicians completely fixed my Mistaway system, there was a break in the line that was underground and they had to first find the line that broke and then repair the line. They did a wonderful job! Not only did they fix the Mistaway system, but there were some landscaping lights whose electric cord broke which of course caused the nice landscaping lights to not work. The technicians fixed the lighting system as well when they noticed it and then went around the rest of my house and fixed the other lines of the lighting system! I could not have been more pleased with the two technicians that were sent to me. We absolutely love the oasis they created and are enjoying being able to be in our back yard again! Not only did Natural Concepts go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! but their final price after all work was done was less than half of what I was quoted with the other company that didn't want my business!!! They were not the cheapest bid (in the middle), but WAY below the highest bid, so overall, I would say their pricing is fair. Where they really stood out was quality, customer service, and design. The owner (Angel) did the install himself, and we was fantastic! Very thoughtful about how and where to place the lights, and most importantly, he was VERY thoughtful about how/where to place the underground wires (including a wiring diagram) - this is critical for the long-term care and maintenance of your system. He was careful about where to place wires, especially in high dig areas (flower beds, etc.). Also, they use high quality, solid brass fixtures from the industry's best provider (Kichler). I am SO glad we chose Texans Outdoor Lighting - they did a superb job at a fair price! The house looks beautiful at night! We highly recommend them! Also - Angel is totally honest and ethical! He pointed out that I had over calculated by $100 and would have overpaid - he corrected it! So trustworthy. He says what he will do and does what he says. The way business should be done. He came up with an even better configuration that far surpassed my expectations. Fantastic company. This was a small job but it entailed a risky approach to simply installing a…read morecover plate above a very high ceiling above a stair. Mission accomplished. This required very long screws that were not painted and this was handled as well. The second task was to repair/replace and existing fan, again in a peaked ceiling of about 14'. Initial job was to test whether power was reaching the fan. It was not. Net step was checking the switches and it was not. On to checking the switch which turned out to be faulty. Upon replacement, fan actually worked. I was very impressed that one of the owners and a helper showed up on time (acutally a bit early). Job required both a 24 foot ladder and a 16 foot ladder. Price was exceptionally reasonable (less that cost of new 400 fan I was able to return via Amazon. These folks are the true deal with service, great attitude and bi-lingual. Do not hesitate to hire these folks. Angel and his team are exceptional, quality human beings.

I had to track him down here at this number, using my cell phone to get him to answer. I believe he was in front of a customer and said he sent the part out Friday.
