    Classic burger, green tea milkshake

Yum! Stopped after a long hike, very hungry. Had the classic with fries and a milkshake-- not inexpensive but worth it. Fresh bun, lots of toppings and a good patty of meat. Green Tea shake was great too.

The food tastes amazing and is good quality. Friendly and chill atmosphere and the cooks did a great job!

My favorite veggie burger and fries! Always very friendly service and a comfortable outdoor seated area.

Toyko Classic Burger and sea salt fries. Want to try the flavored fries next time.

If you've been to any other Kastsu burger, this one is on par. We got a classic chicken katsu burger and katsu nuggets with fries. Fries weren't impressive unfortunately, but that could be because we got it Togo. Burger was delicious. Soft fluffy bread and fresh veggies. Don't skip their sauces. Wasabi and curry Mayo and miso mustard were yummy.

I had Mt Fuji $22 and Banzai bites (mixed) $6.5 Togo. Ordered Mt Fuji because it has all kind of meats: beef, chicken katsu, pork katsu , and egg. Katsu are all great. Crispy and not oily at all. Love all the foods that I had. Parking lots in a small plaza. Easy to find and park. Taste 5/5 Value 5/5

We really enjoy Katsu burger LS. The burgers are always crispy and fresh. I visited the Lynnwood location years ago and it was fabulous. First time at this location and the food was great. Small venue and limited seating inside, however I did notice picnic tables outside. Lots of door dash orders and take out. The cashier was multi-tasking and wasn't able to take our order right away. We ordered a Tokyo classic, ninja deluxe, nori fries, and two beers. Once we paid we went to a pretty empty beverage cooler. We paid for beer but there was no cold beer. I opted to pay for a soda and get a refund for beer and the cashier wanted to swap the soda for beer! That was a $4 price difference, so no thank you! Took her a while to refund it but it all worked out. Anyway, our burgers were crispy and yummy, food was good. Overall 5 star for food, 3 star for drinks, and 3 star for customer service.

    The best customer service!

We tried this place for the first time and will definitely be back. I had a take-out order and everyone loved their food. The burgers and fries tasted good, had an impressive presentation, and the milkshakes were a hit! Considering how great the experience was, the standout was the service. I can only assume based on the receipt that the person I worked with was YUKYUNG JUNG. Huge shout out to her for being personable and professional. They have a kiosk for taking the orders and it would have been easy for her to rely on the electronics to complete the task...that didn't happen. She greeted me warmly and made sure everything was taken care of promptly. We will be back!

Was excited to try the burgers here and they did not disappoint! Definitely loaded with toppings and even the side of fries had enough flavor I didn't even need the sauce for dipping. We also got the banzai bites (chicken and pork) and they were good with the tonkatsu, nori ranch and spicy mayo sauce. The woman who took are order was super sweet and helped us order since it was our first time. Definitely will fill you up and worth the price. After getting 2 burger meals (fries and a shake/bottled soda) and 2 orders of the banzai bites it cost us 73$ after a tip.

Original burger with American cheese, bacon, and grilled onions added. Also, nori fries & wasabi dip

Tried this for the first time. The burger was very good and tasty. The fries were decent too and a good amount. Really liked the crust around the burger! Very filling! Will be back..only issue was I ordered the coleslaw and it was not in the bag. Not worth the drive back.

Wanted to try a new place after Sunday shopping, FOUND A NEW REGULAR BURGER JOINT! The service was fast, extremely friendly, place was clean and tidy, I couldn't decided between 12 spices fries or curry and she brought out both, can't wait to come back and try more!!!

Katsu Burger is a unique idea and really gives a great spin on burgers. The spice and acidity really work well with the depth of the burger.

Tried twice, but the food is horrible here. Last time we went my son got sick and I couldn't eat my chicken burger as it tasted bad.

Burger was not as advertised. Mushrooms were pretty much non existent, burger patty was overcooked, dry and tough. Won't be back ...ever.

We were celebrating with my husband, our two young children, and my in-laws, so we were looking forward to a special brunch together. Our server, Shami, did not make us feel welcomed from the start. There was no introduction, greeting, or acknowledgment that it was Father's Day. The interaction felt very rushed and impersonal. When ordering mimosas, she brought the champagne to the table and asked whether we wanted to serve ourselves or have her do it, which felt unusual and left us unsure of what was expected. Throughout the meal, we consistently thanked her when food and drinks were brought out, but our comments were met with silence. There was little to no engagement, warmth, or hospitality during the service. While we understand everyone can have an off day, the overall experience felt cold and inattentive, especially for a special occasion. The food was good, and because we've had positive experiences here in the past, we're hopeful this was an isolated incident. However, service plays a big role in the dining experience, and this visit left us disappointed.

We've been here more times than I can count and have never had a less than great experience. I'm O B S E S S E D with their homemade soups. They are to die for. Best clam chowder and fish in chips in town, too! Better than any seafood restaurant I've been to in this state, way better than Ivars. And every time we go, they have a new soup to try! Which is awesome, but also sometimes frustrating because I've had several that I'd love to have again (Mexican chicken noodle and creamy mushroom chicken live rent free in my head) But they never seem to offer the special soups on any kind of rotation. Can we get a soup calendar on the website?! Not even joking. The number of times I've nearly rear ended people while driving by trying to catch the soup of the day on the sign outside is a little embarrassing. I love this place. The only things I could suggest to make this place even better are minor. The iced tea is not great. Tastes more like tap water than tea. And I wish they had a kids steak option on the kids menu because my kids always want some of our steak. Also, I wish they would turn the music down slightly during the family friendly hours. It gets quite loud. But other than those tiny detail, Hawkeyes is my kinda place!
