Great burgers! So much flavor and taste! The service was ok kind of nice, I guess. The prices are good and the burger was the best in the area!

Review for takeout only: Tried this place finally! Had their mushroom burger and spicy garlic chicken burger (see pics). Both flavorful and the price was consistent with the portion. Also had a side of onion rings (see pic). Pretty steep price of $7 for a small bag but it did taste good at least. Oily, but good. The garlic aioli dip was flavorful. My order was packed neatly in a brown bag and stapled shut. Overall, I would try again but in person.

The resturant is nice and clean. I kept hearing about Galbi all week. The lady working the register was very welcoming. We ordered and before we knew it our food was at the table and I must say it smelled good and I couldn't wait to dig in. First, let me tell you the 6 spice fries, they were nice. They were nice. They were nice. You gotta get. Then, for my burger, I ordered the bacon cheeseburger Galbi and it was amazing. It was so juicy, the bacon was good. I don't know what to say it just has a different taste, a very good taste. A MUST TRY WHEN IN THE AREA

Happy to report it's still just as delicious!!! We got the chicken (both spicy and original), onion rings, French fries, and a couple of burgers. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and absolutely ,mouthwateringly delicious. Also - the Stubborn sodas are ridiculously tasty. It's clean, fresh, fast, and the service is always wonderful. If you don't like sauce or flavor just stay away.

Kimchi Supreme Burger!

Not every day someone puts kimchi on a burger. But that's just what Galbi Burger did for me. The burger was definitely a different experience. Fell apart on me a little, but the kimchi provided a nice kick. The spiced fries were a nice touch too, I recommend them! Food was fresh and the service is great. I'll be back!

The food here is amaziiiiiing. So full of flavors. The loaded garlic cheesy fries are the best I've ever had!! They're heavy on the garlic. The bulgogi burger was perfectly umami, but if you get spicy Mayo be ready for it to be truly spicy not a few little dabs of sriracha. Lots of parking, friendly staff, super delicious!

We stopped by around 1pm on a Sunday, and to our surprise, it wasn't busy at all. Service was quick and friendly, the interior was clean including the bathroom! The food? Absolutely delicious. We tried the Cheese Galbi burger, the Jalapeño Blast, and a large order of regular fries. The burgers were huge. The patties were juicy, flavorful, and the buns were fluffy and soft. The fries, unfortunately, were a bit too salty for my taste and didn't quite live up to the rest of the meal. I really enjoyed the Stubborn Soda they carry. I went with the Black Cherry with Tarragon...amazing! Price-wise, it felt totally worth it. Honestly, I've spent more at McDonald's and didn't walk away nearly as happy. All in all, this is easily one of the best burger spots in the north end--definitely worth a detour if you're nearby!

Went to Galbi Burger for a quick lunch because I have heard a lot of good things about them. Great spot!! Very good beer selection, or cane sugar sodas on fountain if you would like. Also a cooler full of bottled brand name beverages if that is more to your liking. I had the Jalapeno Blast burger and it was delicious. Just the right amount of spicy heat that you feel but does not over power the taste, along with a shared order of the large spicy fries which we both very much enjoyed. The burgers are huge so keep that in mind when you go! Very clean family friendly dining area. We will definitely be going back to try more in the menu.

Late posting this review was sitting in my drafts for way too long. Best burger I've ever had! The meat is so flavorful and juicy. Fresh ingredients/toppings. Never misses! Everyone I've taken has enjoyed and become a Galbeliever!

Mushroomly Burger, Korean iced coffee, fries with 6 spice and onion rings.
Mikeandwife R.

This place is great. Just keep in mind, a galbi burger has an almost-teriyaki-like flavored meat. It is awesome. The mushroom burger is the best ever. However, every burger comes with grilled onions, lettuce, tomato. I leave off the grilled onions. Too much items on one burger for me but this makes it perfect. Their 6 spice is an amazing seasoning on the fries or onion rings. They even gave us some to take home. Try the Korean iced coffee. So creamy and good. Yum

Galbi burger opened up in Smokey point so I had to try it for dinner at work. I've heard the hype but never partook until now. I ordered take out, Person taking the order was quick, the meal was ready in ten minutes so in my book that is quick for a place with no drive thru window. When I entered the place was clean but uh.... It's supposed to be a Korean American fusion joint. So where's the Korean dude? Or even the white boy!?! A little bit of a sticker shock at paying 20 bucks for a burger fries and drink, but the food itself was good. An obviously home made patty that was almost a smash burger. Good flavor on it but the meat patty fell apart and kept wanting to fall out of my burger. The fries needed salt but were nice and crispy. All in all I'd come back, maybe try something else there

I happened to hear Galbi Burger is super trending these days so we made a road trip from Seattle all the way up to Mt. Vernon and Anarcotes so we could stop in Arlington to try out the Galbi Burger. Galbi Burger is located very close to the I-5 highway so it is a very ideal location to make a quick stop to take a rest and grab a bite to eat.  There are plenty of parking spaces for customers in front of the restaurant. We ordered two Galbi burgers from the Classic Galbi menu.  The staff was super friendly and asked us what kind of toppings we wanted for the burgers.  They offer many toppings to choose from but we asked for all as we are not too picky. We paid at the register upon ordering the food, and the staff served the food to our table.  They seemed to make the burger as soon as the order came through so it took about 7 minutes for us to get the order.  It was definitely fast enough for the freshly-made burger. After having one bite of the Galbi burger, I couldn't stop smiling because of the full flavor of Galbi taste.  It was unbelievably amazing!  The patty was very tender and juicy with galbi marination.  The bun itself was unique with softness.  The burger tasted even better with their fresh vegetable toppings.  The portion of the burger was big enough to fill my stomach without fries but I do want to try out their special loaded fries such as Kimchi fries next time.  I also think the rice or salad can be a good alternative to the burger bun because the galbi patty can go well with almost anything. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly, the burger is fantabulous.  I can assure you that you will never regret making a stop in Arlington for Galbi burger.  And I will definitely come back anytime soon on my way north.

In the past, I've seen Yelpers complain about a restaurant intentionally changing its name to wipe its review history. This seems like the opposite case, where maybe it SHOULD have a new page. Because aside from the name "Jade Fusion," nothing remains of the place I reviewed 6 years ago. The food and menu are completely different. The decorations are different. The lighting is different. The bar is so nice, and I'm not sure there was even a bar before. This is definitely one of the better bibimbap I've had in the U.S. The flavors combine perfectly. The kimchi and gochujang were generous. The rice is just slightly crispy every couple bites as long as you mix right away. If I had to complain about something, the texture of the bulgogi could've been even better. The wings are fantastic. Sometimes, the drumette part gets dry, but these were still so soft and juicy. I also got to try the tom kha. Obviously, it's not that spicy, but I found the creamy flavor to be really well-tuned and addictive. A very pleasant surprise. Five stars.

As we drove there it is street parking, but we did find free public parking across the street. It is like a small little park you could say. It's really cool because you can make your own bowl and you could choose any noodles any meat for additional cost any broth, etc all for $10 or you could already get what is created for $15. Also, the restaurant inside was so cute because there were drawings on the walls and lots of little cat figurines. We were wrong- We ordered the all you could eat meals but only went through once- My husband and I did not finish our first plate as for one of us it seemed off. My son said his was ok but he also could not finish and wanted to take it home. Due to policy they would not allow us to take his plate home saying it must be eaten in store. We offered for his uneaten portion to be weighed and we would pay the cost they refused and said this would be thrown away and he would have to make a whole new plate to be weighed and then pay. He did and it was an additional 37 dollars on top of a well over 100 dollar bills i paid for 3 lunches and then another bill my spouse paid for egg rolls. To make matters worse the egg rolls we ordered they didnt have and instead she just brought out spring rolls with no apology or refund and said we have these here we ran out of what you ordered. Another important thing to note is we were not offered the complimentary soup, salad or ice cream that has always come with it in the past. So the cost was not as great as what we thought. No signage anywhere noting this change. In the past this same owner had been very friendly and always offered us to take home our remaining food without cost but today for whatever reason decided differently. Couple this with the unfriendly demeanor and not giving us what we ordered makes us returning unlikely now. Unfortunate as this was once a favorite spot but for 3 people and close to 200 not worth it. * One important thing to note per their policy. If you choose the weigh option and not all you can eat. They charge atleast 11.99 plus a lb- The rice weighs heavy as does the noodles. A normal size take out plate will easily run you close to 40 dollars. *Now it also appears you may need to ask directly for the complimentary salad, soup and ice cream as it was not just offered. 7 years ago when we started coming this place was great and the owner seemed friendly but today it was as if she did not know us and the prices and service were both poor. I guess covid or other economic changes made this a place that the changes make it a no go now.
