The experience was not great and I do wish I'd picked a different place to have lunch. I arrived right at opening at 11 AM to meet a friend for lunch and inside the restaurant was very chilly. In addition, they had the air inside circulating and it felt like cold air blowing (on a cold day outside) which we commented to the server about because it was very uncomfortable. The server definitely did not seem like she wanted to be there. She may have been having a bad day and I'm sure this is not her dream job but bad service really does have a negative impact on the meal. The food was meh. I had memories of their fish and chips being very different, like a very generous piece that was in a beer batter, kind of golden, almost like a tempura batter. The pieces are smaller, and in like a Panko breading and much darker and more crunchy than I would have liked. Between the mediocre food and uncomfortable interior temperatures and the Server having a bad day I can only rate this experience a two. I will spend my money someplace else next time. Well I guess I should have read the reviews better... Clean easy to get into restaurant. However the food is just so-so. Blackened fish tacos, pretty good a little spicy and I love spice. Overall not bad. Havarti sandwich was actually fairly good, the bread however was so thick it was just a little too much. But not horrible. Now to the appetizers... I have to say just gross. The brussel sprouts were pretty much burnt. We did not eat them. The fried pickles were soggy and seeming to be full of oil. Did not eat them either. When the server came by he was like are you enjoying your food or like well we don't really like these so we're not going to eat them. He's like oh that's too bad. Even the manager acknowledged the poor service and attempted to apologize for the staff, which confirmed that the issue was obvious enough to warrant intervention. Unfortunately, the apology felt empty because nothing was actually done to resolve the situation. No accountability, no meaningful attempt to make things right, and not even an offer of a refund. I genuinely gave this place the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a one-off bad experience. After reading the reviews, it became clear this seems to be a pattern. We came In Valentines for a little family lunch date!! My go to is 1971 pizza with no mushrooms my favorite pizza and hasn't failed me yet!! My bf and I shared it!! My wife and I ate lunch at your restaurant today. We were greeted at the door by Lot, who also graciously opened the door for us and led us to our seat. Lot end up being our server and was very helpful explaining the specials and assisted us with our decision based on what we wanted. We ordered a pizza and burger, they were very good. We then asked Lot for extra marinara sauce to dip our pizza crust in and he brought us three dipping sauce cups, marinara, ranch and suracha-honey. It was an unexpected surprise that made our meal go from good to great! We eat out weekly in Snohomish County and rarely went to the Ram, but we will now eat at the Ram more often because of Lot. It's easy to find good food, but the atmosphere and service makes all the difference. I hope the restaurant recognizes how important it is to have a high quality service oriented employee like Lot! Oh boy... this was rough and uncomfortable. We came in Saturday afternoon and were seated right away and the weirdness already started. The hostess announced to us who are server was going to be and then a minute later another woman confronts her goes "are they for me?" The hosted responded no. These two then begin to bicker within an ear shot of us. It's really hard to relax and enjoy a meal when this is going on right next to us. Turns out a completely different person is than serving us, Brittany. We order poke nachos for an app and a mushroom burger and shrimp tacos. The nachos looked great, but it was just a mess. We got no plates to go with them and nachos aren't a neat food you eat across a table. The entrees came and our drinks were empty, we asked for refills and they never came. The food was okay. The tortillas were soaked so they didn't hold well. The burger was completely unseasoned, it had no flavor. After a lackluster lunch we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come pick up our plates and it wasn't even our server. It was a male server who was clearly tired of seeing our table of empty dishes. Brittany came back with the check and was hovering over me when I was paying by card. I am normally a generous tipper and at a $60 bill, I felt giving $8 was too much. This is one and done, the service was bad and it wasn't even busy and when you're in the middle of two women going at it with words, we were better off at McDonald's. Worst service ever. Last time we were here, we said we would never come back, and that was a couple of years ago. Tonight, we were in the mood for a burger and decided to see if the Ram had improved at all. Big mistake. From the moment we walked in, the greeter wasn't sure where to seat us, and once we were seated, we were ignored for a solid 15 minutes even though a couple of different servers walked by us. They didn't even look our way or bother to let us know someone would be with us soon. By the time a server came to us, we were getting ready to leave. The server took our order for beer and food and brought our beer a few minutes later. The food took a little longer, and someone else brought it out to us and asked if there was anything else we needed. Since we didn't have napkins or utensils, I had to ask for it along with water, which wasn't offered either. While we were there, we saw at least two tables come and leave without ordering due to the long wait and not being served. Our server was all over the dining room and obviously had too many tables to take care of. There were only three servers in the entire restaurant that I could tell, and the person I think may have been the manager on duty wasn't doing much to help. She spent a lot of time with the greeter but that was about it. The burgers were good, but the fries were soggy, and it was obvious the food had been sitting for a while before coming to the table. Doubtful we will come back since this was just another disappointment with this chain that we've come to expect. I don't write many bad reviews, and this pains me to do so, but I feel compelled to give 2 stars at best. read more

I wanted to write a new follow up review because I spoke to the manager and she made it right. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner the week after my review. The employees at the Ram reserved a special table for us (16 people) . Our main server and the other staff were attentive, cheerful and the food and service was good. Today we came in for lunch. Tuesday all day happy hour. My favorite is the pork tacos and rice and beans! My spouse got a pizza, looked good. We had Ram rewards so used them!! Great perk! I wanted to give a shout out today to Alexis. She seemed to be covering the entire restaurant when we came in. We spotted another server also working so we're glad she was not alone. We sat in the bar and Alexis got our drink orders then our food order.
