Well I guess I should have read the reviews better... Clean easy to get into restaurant. However the food is just so-so. Blackened fish tacos, pretty good a little spicy and I love spice. Overall not bad. Havarti sandwich was actually fairly good, the bread however was so thick it was just a little too much. But not horrible. Now to the appetizers... I have to say just gross. The brussel sprouts were pretty much burnt. We did not eat them. The fried pickles were soggy and seeming to be full of oil. Did not eat them either. When the server came by he was like are you enjoying your food or like well we don't really like these so we're not going to eat them. He's like oh that's too bad. My wife and I ate lunch at your restaurant today. We were greeted at the door by Lot, who also graciously opened the door for us and led us to our seat. Lot end up being our server and was very helpful explaining the specials and assisted us with our decision based on what we wanted. We ordered a pizza and burger, they were very good. We then asked Lot for extra marinara sauce to dip our pizza crust in and he brought us three dipping sauce cups, marinara, ranch and suracha-honey. It was an unexpected surprise that made our meal go from good to great! We eat out weekly in Snohomish County and rarely went to the Ram, but we will now eat at the Ram more often because of Lot. It's easy to find good food, but the atmosphere and service makes all the difference. I hope the restaurant recognizes how important it is to have a high quality service oriented employee like Lot! Finally decided to dine at The Ram even after reading disparage reviews. No Veterans Day specials but still we had a great meal with a perfect server. The margaritas and Porter were spot on and our server Harrison was very informative and a really fun individual. Not water stained, dirty with food bits and things you generally wouldn't want to put in or around your mouth. I wanted to write a new follow up review because I spoke to the manager and she made it right. We had a wedding rehearsal dinner the week after my review. The employees at the Ram reserved a special table for us (16 people) . Our main server and the other staff were attentive, cheerful and the food and service was good. Today we came in for lunch. Tuesday all day happy hour. My favorite is the pork tacos and rice and beans! My spouse got a pizza, looked good. We had Ram rewards so used them!! Great perk! I wanted to give a shout out today to Alexis. She seemed to be covering the entire restaurant when we came in. We spotted another server also working so we're glad she was not alone. We sat in the bar and Alexis got our drink orders then our food order. Worst service ever. Last time we were here, we said we would never come back, and that was a couple of years ago. Tonight, we were in the mood for a burger and decided to see if the Ram had improved at all. Big mistake. From the moment we walked in, the greeter wasn't sure where to seat us, and once we were seated, we were ignored for a solid 15 minutes even though a couple of different servers walked by us. They didn't even look our way or bother to let us know someone would be with us soon. By the time a server came to us, we were getting ready to leave. The server took our order for beer and food and brought our beer a few minutes later. The food took a little longer, and someone else brought it out to us and asked if there was anything else we needed. Since we didn't have napkins or utensils, I had to ask for it along with water, which wasn't offered either. While we were there, we saw at least two tables come and leave without ordering due to the long wait and not being served. Our server was all over the dining room and obviously had too many tables to take care of. There were only three servers in the entire restaurant that I could tell, and the person I think may have been the manager on duty wasn't doing much to help. She spent a lot of time with the greeter but that was about it. The burgers were good, but the fries were soggy, and it was obvious the food had been sitting for a while before coming to the table. Doubtful we will come back since this was just another disappointment with this chain that we've come to expect. I don't write many bad reviews, and this pains me to do so, but I feel compelled to give 2 stars at best. read more

It was my first time visiting the Lake Stevens location.. I was impressed! Very open & clean with huge tvs. We got seated right away at 11am on a Saturday. Our server was very attentive and friendly. I ordered the Turkey Harvati sandwich.. and it was huge! I only ate half and took home the other. My toddler had their pepperoni pizza.. never had a pizza from The Ram before. Alright, I debated for a while writing this review, but it's a shame this place was ruined for me over something that could have been avoided. Four of us went in one night to have a few drinks and food. We had some Buffalo cauliflower, a burger, a pizza, and an artichoke dip. The pizza we ordered had a steel fiber from a dish sponge right in the middle of it. We debated mentioning it but it was pretty gross. We mentioned it and the server was apologetic enough and thanked us for being polite about it as we did not ask for a replacement, she offered us 25% off of our total bill. Later on the assistant manager, I believe, came up to our table to apologize for the oversight in the kitchen and by the server. He was nice enough and offered a $25 discount off of our bill. We continue with another round of drinks to finish the rest of our dishes and ask for the bill. SURPRISE, there is no adjustment on the bill. We did not bring it to their attention to get anything but that was a gross oversight by everyone it took to get it to our table. But for two people to mention a correction was a little annoying. It would have been appreciated if they AT LEAST at least covered the cost of the dish that was ruined. I don't recommend this place, the food isn't worth the rest of the experience. read more

The hostess announced to us who are server was going to be and then a minute later another woman confronts her goes "are they for me?" The hosted responded no. Turns out a completely different person is than serving us, Brittany. We order poke nachos for an app and a mushroom burger and shrimp tacos. The nachos looked great, but it was just a mess. We got no plates to go with them and nachos aren't a neat food you eat across a table. The entrees came and our drinks were empty, we asked for refills and they never came. The food was okay. The tortillas were soaked so they didn't hold well. The burger was completely unseasoned, it had no flavor. After a lackluster lunch we waited almost 15 minutes for someone to come pick up our plates and it wasn't even our server. It was a male server who was clearly tired of seeing our table of empty dishes. Brittany came back with the check and was hovering over me when I was paying by card. I am normally a generous tipper and at a $60 bill, I felt giving $8 was too much. This is one and done, the service was bad and it wasn't even busy and when you're in the middle of two women going at it with words, we were better off at McDonald's.
