We had a typical move out; sweep, mop, bathrooms, kitchen...inside cabinets, baseboards and fridge are additional costs?!?! Isn't that a full move out cleaning service? It took double the time and we had an internet setup appt to run to at 4pm and she still wasn't finished (She started at 10am...6hrs). We were quoted 4-5hrs...it took 8! We ended up missing our appt and had to miss another day of work. Naomi mentioned "They never give us enough time based off estimates." We did a time check twice to see how much longer. In the future, I think it needs to be clearly communicated exactly how much longer and people can adjust their schedules.

When that little experiment clearly did not work out, we decided to sign back up with Gingerella since my previous experience was so great with them. I was afraid I had just got lucky with my cleaner the first time around, but that was definitely not the case. Our new cleaner Amy was so great and friendly. Easy to work with, and incredibly trustworthy. I absolutely hate having people in my home who I don't know, and I felt totally at ease with Amy. Sadly Amy recently left to pursue an opportunity, but the few times we had to re-schedule while Amy was our cleaner and we got someone else, they were also always super cool and did a great job.

Our house looks amazing - They're affordable and we paid extra because Beatriz was not only flexible, we asked for a later time than we scheduled, but she took great care in cleaning. Trustworthy, Professional, and Friendly!…read more Beatriz has been cleaning our home for over a year on a monthly basis and we feel so grateful to have found her. I was referred to her by another person in our condo building who had been using her for a number of years and highly recommended her to me. I think Beatriz offers an exceptional value for the price. She takes her work very seriously and always checks in with you before leaving to see if you spot anything she might have missed. If you have preferences regarding how things are cleaned, what cleaning products you want used, or which items you want her to focus on the most, just let her know--she's very responsive! She really wants her clients to feel satisfied with the service she offers. We have a one-year-old and in addition to being very friendly and warm towards him, she is also very accommodating regarding the order in which we may need rooms cleaned especially if he is napping and we need his room done first or last as the case may be. Beatriz is an amazingly trustworthy and friendly person who offers very professional cleaning services for a good value. Highly recommend!

They recently cancelled a cleaning service I had scheduled in advance, an hour after the cleaner was scheduled to arrive, because the cleaner didn't have a credit card for their parking. We just needed a deep cleaning for a move-out including appliances and cabinets. Realtors and buyers had come through the apartment for showings. No one had remarked on the cleanliness of the place as a major issue. Even new kitchen counters had been recently installed, so we weren't expecting major issues other than a good scrubbing of appliances. Thinking everything was fine especially for a smaller space. I left the apartment for 2+ hours - hoping to come back to a clean place. Unfortunately, I couldn't discern a noticeable difference in cleanliness of the kitchen. I ask the cleaner what's been cleaned in the last three hours - opening cabinets and pointing to the dust. After three hours, I just asked for the cleaner to leave. Gia's explanation was that the apartment was "pretty dirty and not brand new so it's just difficult to get rid of everything for the first time cleaning". I couldn't see though that much had been cleaned. Even the brand new counters looked dirtier than before. I ended up just wiping down the counters and picking up a broom - sweeping to see that there was still dust on the floor. The cabinets still unopened and items hadn't even shifted. The appliances had visible crumbs and dirt streaks/smudges. Definitely disappointed after shelling out $160 even after asking them to leave. It was more of a hassle to deal with scheduling the cleaner, leaving the apartment / picking up cash, and still to clean the apartment. After they left, neither myself or husband could tell what was cleaned. I'm just going to have to go through the expense of hiring another cleaner.
