Kassi Beach House is the place to be if you want a classy poolside hang out that has good vibes, nice views, and amazing food. I researched extensively different day clubs throughout Las Vegas and the beach club is definitely where it's at in terms of the quality of service, food and drinks you're getting. Our server was so incredible and attentive, even when it got super busy. I reserved a daybed, which had a $125 food and beverage minimum (don't worry, you will reach this minimum so easily). Also, since I reserved through open table which was a $75 deposit, that deposit is credited to your bill at the end. The daybed was pool side and it had curtains and the sides and on top. You can easily spend all day here just hanging out and enjoying the music. It really feels like you have been transported to a tropical location. They have a fun screen at the entrance where you can take some videos of yourself. We ordered the vodka pasta, tuna crudo ( not worth it ), beet salad, octopus ( dry and too hard ), branzino, salmon, calamari, 2 espresso martinis, margarita, BJ shot, and mocktail. The tuna crudo came with 5 small pieces of tuna and the tuna just was not that great. The octopus was overcooked and hard. Portions are small so even though we ordered 7 dishes it was just about enough food for 4 people. The prices here are less than off strip, but still a little bit more than average. I think this is a fun place to come with friends and to enjoy the ambiance! They comped us a tiramisu for our friends bday. Total was $372 after tax and tip. The WORST pool/cabana rental on the entire strip. First, the booking process is painful. You need to email them, and the person responding doesn't seem to be able to read. Management needs to go through their read and sent emails to see if this is the level of service they want to give. I booked almost 3 months in advance, and they were out of premium cabanas. I asked for photos of the normal cabana numerous times, since we had 9 people, before they finally responded and told me to look on the website...where there are no pictures that tell you what is what. I ended up booking the normal cabana and the space was tiny. In the shaded area, you can only fit four people comfortably. This wouldn't be a problem if the pool water was cold. They must have had the heater on full blast for the pool since the pool water felt like a hot tub. There was no shade anywhere. The "sand" was as hot as molten lava and I still have blisters on my feet from running through it to get to the pool. $500 minimum spend plus tip for a horrible pool experience. Never again. While the decor and the name of this restaurant scream Italian food (both sound more beach type, maybe seafood type place), this restaurant has an emphasis on pizza and other Italian favorites and was an overall good experience. I will say that our service was definitely not a high point. In fact, to even call it mediocre would be to give it a higher grade than it deserved, but I hope this was an exception rather than the rule. We started out splitting a few appetizers. We had both the calamari and the mozzarella sticks and both were good. Let me say, the calamari was amazing.the mozzarella sticks were very good, but again, the calamari was amazing. For my main course, I had the bolognese and it was also very good. I would have liked some bread to have gone with my bolognese, but it was not offered, nor was it on the menu. We came with a big group and candidly I think they messed up the reservation a bit as they split the group to two tables on opposite sides of the room. Service was great - it's always hard to get orders and coordinate two tables of 8 people but they did well capturing our family style order and were accommodative to our requests to swap out dishes on the family style menu. The vodka pasta was the star of the show. Is it worth $45 (with chicken)? No. But it was absolutely delicious and our favorite dish. The steak as well was very good. Again, was it worth more than the price of a steakhouse? No. But again very tasty. For something off strip I guess I would've thought prices would be a bit less, but I enjoyed our visit read more

Within seconds of walking in, you notice the music blasting. The music is so loud that you can barely hear yourself think. Let alone hear your waiter. Very much club vibes...minus the crowd. As it was pretty empty around dinner time. Pros: The interior is cute and very Mediterranean vibes. The seats are comfy and low to the ground to simulate sitting beach side. The service was very friendly and pretty quick. We waited no less than 10 minutes for food and drinks. The portions were pretty generous given the price. The drinks were pretty strong but were still sweet and tasteful. I would definitely go back for the beet salad and octopus! We purchased a cabana for a bachelorette party. What's great about this venue is that to reserve a cabana, or chair or other space there is just a minimum spend required, whereas other places would have you pay for the space AND the food and drinks you get. With 6 people we easily hit the $400 after several hours. The space really made you feel like you were on a resort. It's separate from anything else so you truly pay to be there or you don't enter which was nice for a) crowd control but also b) feeling comfortable leaving your valuables at your rental space. The pool was spacious and had nice seating with several depths available. There were several life guards which is always a comfort should anything bad happen. I would say the one thing that wasn't great was the sand / rock that bleeds into the water. It's a cute concept but it's hotter than hell. You physically cannot step on it. There are plenty of other access points, so just be warned. Service was good. The manager popped around to check in on us and even gave us a round of free shots to make up for them needing to adjust our mister. The waitstaff was nice. Knocking off 1 star however for how long it took for drinks / food / servers to come around. Not sure if they are understaffed or maybe they don't bop around as much but we would have loved a bit more consistency with check ins. I stuck to water but everyone seemed to enjoy their cocktails! We ordered buckets of corona, high noons, and fiji water as well. For food, the margarita pizza was yummy! Fries were bomb -- extra crunchy. The Mediterranean Platter was also realllly good. For a more private experience, there are quieter rooms tucked away from the DJ. If you can catch a perfect-weather evening, I highly recommend dining when you can enjoy both the indoor and outdoor areas. One of the best nights to visit is Wednesday after 8 PM when they offer half-off pastas. The food is always exceptional--my personal favorites are the Rigatoni and the Meza Platter. Just a heads up: add-ons can get a bit pricey, and they don't always mention them up front, so be sure to ask. Came here on a Monday afternoon around 3pm without any reservations, was able to get a seat easily as the place was pretty empty. Maybe only 2-3 other tables seated. We opted to sit "inside" but the whole side of the building leads out to the pool so the air temp where we were was the same as outside. The vibe and decor of this place is amazing, it felt like some fancy beach club in Mexico. For food we ordered the calamari, grilled octopus, and oysters. They ran out of oysters???? So we subbed tuna crudo instead. The calamari was good. The grilled octopus was also enjoyable and not overcooked which was great. The tuna crudo however was a miss for us, just felt bland. For our mains we got the cacio e pepe w/steak, and the bolognese. Both of the mains were extremely salty, and I usually like things salty, but this was a lot. The steak was cooked perfectly. The green eggs has the greens piled on top not just a few token vegetables stirred into some eggs like you usually find. The broccolini had an amazing nut and garlic sauce. Bonus - you get a DJ with a Gucci hat, grown out bleached hair, and shades on a weekday at noon - and he's really good! Been wanting to come here for a while and finally had the chance before attending a concert at the Virgin last week. I loved the environment, color scheme and decor. Very cozy- reminded my of my house theme :) Something to keep in mind- most of the seating is very low and comfortable style- we asked to be moved bc we were both dressed up and the seating was just too loung-ish for our outfits. This was not a problem for us as they seated us in a different area with normal seats. We ordered 2 drinks- not strong but were yummy. I will skip buying drinks here next time. Should've known by the description... scrambled eggs on a pizza, but thought we'd give it a try. There was an option to add hash browns and sausage for $8. Opted to not have it put on the pizza, but on the side. That was 2 separate side charges! Hash browns on a pizza sounded awful. Regardless it was not good. Took home leftovers because hubby eats anything! He had one slice said throw it away! Mediocre service. Server asking to take plates away that still have food on them and we are still eating. The seating is uncomfortable after a while, so if you can, I would try to get a table with regular seating. The lower chairs sit away from the table and is hard to have a conversation with your group. If you sit outside, they put a cushion over an uncomfortable uneven rocky seating bench that starts to hurt if you are there for awhile. I really wish I'd take more pictures to show you how beautiful this pool is. I was greeted and welcomed in by Madison. She was absolutely adorable and so warm. She got us seated in a nice cabana quickly. And btw, the cabana prices are absolutely amazing and affordable ! We were guided to our table by the most adorable guy. He was so knowledgeable and sweet that I had no questions at all by the time the server came by. Niki the manager stopped by to make sure everything was going wonderful. But the pool views make it even better! Anytime you come here you must try the Mezze platter. It is absolutely to die for and this watermelon salad was delicious and refreshing in the summer sun. Um wow, I was really surprised with how much we loved everything we ordered here. It's been on my list for a while, but finally made the decision to go since we were seeing a show there. First off, we made reservations, and as soon as you walk in, the decor is so warm and vibey. Our server was also very helpful in ordering for the 3 of us since we wanted to try a lot of dishes but not over order. So here are the dishes that we demolished: Mezze Platter - this is a MUST for a group of 3 or more, the bread/pita is baked fresh and served hot and fluffy, and it comes with 3 dips (hummus, eggplant, and burrata with honey), and a small plate of veggies. Grilled Octopus - I just love a good octopus and they do it right here. Rotisserie Chicken Diavola - not much of a chicken person, but server recommended, and we wanted protein. This chicken was moist and tasty, and the portion was great for sharing. Margherita Pizza - since they have a pizza oven, we had to order one, and it did not disappoint. However, since I got the Mezze Platter with the delicious bread, I would pass on the pizza. Mushroom Carbonara - they did this pasta right, the campanelle with the variety of mushrooms, oh and the poached egg. After the Mezze Platter, this is my next fave thing I ate here. Tiramisu - had to get dessert, and this was maybe one of the best ones I had - it wasn't soggy (which I prefer). The Virgin hotel / casino is a bit out of the way for us but we were in the area, so why not. I imagine once it's nice with the pool and beach club vibe it'll be very busy in the summer. The entrance sets the tone for the locale and the restaurant does not disappoint. Very cute table settings, a great bar area if solo dining or meeting with a group and also intimate dining areas. We are on our pescatarian journey right now, so we made menu selections in that regard, but they have GREAT options which made me want to break the journey lol . We ordered the salt & pepper calamari which came with a whipped balsamic, ABSOLUTELY amazing !! Also a half dozen oysters on the half shell, cause why not. They were fresh and delicious. We shared the mushroom pizza and crab squid ink pasta. Honestly outside of Italy, I have not had a white pizza that has been this good. Both plates were absolutely divine. The squid ink pasta was light, tasty and full of flavor. No salty/old fish tasting after tones at all. 10/10 recommend based on the food and service. Service was prompt and everyone was delightful. The restaurant is pretty fancy and has a cool vibe. This is the type of spot where they call the water "still" or "sparkling." The service checks in on you frequently. What we ordered: Mezze platter - The mezze platter was large enough that we basically had it as a main dish meal. The balloon bread is like a mix between pizza dough and pita. I loved it. The ricotta dip has a little sweetness and a unique texture. The eggplant dip is smooth and yummy. The bean dip has a little kick. FRIES - The fries were maybe the best I have ever had. The crispy coating was on point. The truffle aoli was decadent. The fries portion was also giant. Get the fries. Everything was seasoned really well. My boyfriend kept raving about the Himalayan salt they used. Apparently, we have small appetites because we saw people ordering far more dishes than us. And we were slowing down after just the two. WSA (walking service announcement): Kassi Beach House is walkable from the strip (depending on your hotel), with slight caution about your surroundings. 10/10 dinner! This restaurant is nestled inside the virgin hotel. Very boho sheik inside, lots of neutrals and Macrame wall decor. Resturant was fairly busy during dinner time. Service staff were attentive and knew their menu fairly well. Cooks however, extremely slow and maybe a little disorganized since somehow our main dishes got lost in translation...not sure how because we had drinks and appetizers prior to. Food is simple nothing too extravagant: pizzas, pasta, salads and a few protein dishes. Oysters on half shell we ordered, came in a timely matter and presented well. They were fresh on ice accompanied by lemon and a vinegar sauce. The mezze platter we also ordered; the three dips were quite tasty. Veggies were fresh, clean cut and tasteful. We ordered two pizzas and 1 vodka pasta. Pizza was just pizza nothing too special and vodka sauce that everyone raves about was al dente and had flavor but I wouldn't suggest coming here for that particular dish..it was average and mediocre. read more
