Went here with a group of 10. We had to pick from 2 sets of prefix menus. We picked the $85pp and omg, that's a lot of food plus a few lobsters for our group. We end up taking back to the hotel so much food. We all thought it was worth every penny. At least 2 pastas, 2-3 different salad, oven baked pita plus dips, pizzas, chicken, steaks, lobsters, tiramisus. With our alcoholic drinks and we could not move. So enjoyable dinner. Our waiter was great and he was also the bartender. He was great at the beginning to middle of dinner. When he started getting ppl at the bar, it was a bit slower service. Feel bad that he's going back and forth. Espresso martini was amazing. Such a great looking restaurant, the entry is just beautiful, the rest of the restaurant was warm and outside seatings as well. Hostesses in the front can be more nice. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8gGuL8A/

This place is off strip located at Virgin Hotel! It's a cute coastal beach vibe, and kind of feels like Tulum. They have a DJ so the music is always on point. They serve Mediterranean and Italian food here and the servers are very attentive, Must try items: vegetable crudités with their yummy pita bread, calamari, little gem Caesar, ricotta pancakes, and their vodka pasta is bomb!! You can't go wrong with an espresso martini or the kassi. It's a giant punch bowl with straws to share with your friends! This spot is a cute gem, check it out!

I am a little suspicious of a beach house that is not on a beach. But no fear, Kassi Beach House is casual and coastal, and the theme is as if you were on the Italian coastline. We had just arrived from the airport so we settled into the comfy chairs and shared a delicious Mezze platter with dips. The puccia (enormous inflated pita-like bread) was hot, soft and perfect with the three dips -- whipped eggplant, white bean and ricotta with honey. We also shared some truffle fries with aioli and some pickled vegetables. Food was good, ambience was lowkey, and we had a relaxing afternoon before heading out to the strip.

Located at the first floor of Virgin Hotel by Hilton, it was a great spot for brunch. I got the green eggs and it was a healthy choice of over medium eggs (you can request them any way) with arugula, shaved zucchini, small pieces of avocado and what it looked to be shaved Parmesan with a green salsa dressing, I ordered a side of bread and they had freshly baked sourdough, uff! Perfect addition to my dish. Arthur my server was super helpful and provided me with great service.

Love, love, love Kassi Beach. Always a vibe here. This was my 2nd time coming for brunch and it never disappoints. I got the Kassi burger, and the patty was cooked perfectly. I'm pretty plain when it comes to burgers, so I asked for the onion, tomato, and pickle on the side, but it was still really tasty. The fries were generous and very good. Our favorite was the mezze plate, especially the whipped ricotta with honey so good and perfect for sharing. My best friend got the vodka pasta with chicken. She said it was good, but more of a classic dish and nothing too special. We both ordered cocktails from another menu. Mine was really refreshing and easy to drink, while my best friend said hers definitely had more alcohol because she got tipsy. Overall, great brunch spot with a fun vibe.

Stopped by for cocktails .. loving-the whole girly pop vibes....presentation alone makes them photo-worthy! The atmosphere is stylish and relaxed, making it a great spot to hang out with friends, grab a drink, and enjoy the energy. Service was friendly and attentive, and everything came out quickly. If you're staying at or visiting Virgin Hotels, Kassi Beach House is definitely worth stopping by for drinks and a fun atmosphere. Cheers!

We celebrated our cousin's wedding here and it was such a beautiful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing -- so nice, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They really made the celebration feel extra special. Highly commend them for their incredible service! There Alfredo was the BEST -- creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I honestly can't stop thinking about it and will definitely be coming back just for the Alfredo alone! On top of that, I loved the aesthetic and ambiance of the place. It has such a beautiful vibe, perfect for special occasions and celebrations.

Food was excellent service. Everything was fresh and presentations is beautiful as well. The service was very good too. The music gets louder as the night progresses and it was already very loud when we got there so it's hard to have conversations. We Almost couldn't hear ourselves speaking that and The tiramisu was not that good surprisingly. It didn't have much of a coffee flavor and it was dry. The presentation is nice but the flavor was just okay. We didn't eat it. I did eat the burnt sugar decor on top. The hanger steak and the salmon were very good. Our favorite was the bread and the veggie crudités! So fresh perfect about of salt and the whipped eggplant is tasty!!!

Amazing vibe, amazing service and amazing food. Jeffrey was our parties waiter. He was very attentive and very pleasant to speak to when he came to visit our table. My uncle came to visit me and I recommended this place since the weather was perfect! The furniture was comfortable for him and the table was big enough for our food. Nothing worse than not having space on the table. We had a view of the pool and a large opening of the outdoor area which made the entire vibe. The colors were calming and relaxing like a beach. The food was great. A little too many fries for my sandwich but we took them home and enjoyed the. In the air fryer. The chicken sandwich was food and the margarita pizza with sausage was perfect. I highly recommend this place. Off the strip, free parking and great food.

Kassi Beach is another hidden gem inside the Virgin Hotel and offers a variety of Italian classics. The restaurant itself is huge, with ample indoor and outdoor seating, and their wood-oven pizza was simply the bomb. The service was quick and friendly, and I will definitely return during my next visit to this amazing hotel and casino. Bon Appetit

Great service, I like how there is a Photo Booth in the entrance I just wish that the lighting was better for the Photo Booth. The bathrooms are super clean and the restaurant is very aesthetic. It's not the most expensive but it's also not the most afford. It was $19 for a margarita but honestly I would just get the espresso martinis they were a lot better. Unless you like your alcohol very strong then the margarita is a good choice. If you're trying to get a bang for your buck definitely a pizza as it is a whole pie of pizza and easily can be shared between 2 to 3 people. The appetizers is what I don't think is worth it, we got mozzarella sticks and there was literally like eight of them and they were so tiny, but it was $19 dollars.

Kassi Beach House inside the Virgin Hotel nails the perfect beachy vibe with a stylish, relaxed aesthetic. The steak with chimichurri was flavorful and the vegetable crudités were fresh and crisp. Service was stellar, a great spot all around.

Very cool, aesthetic spot. Stopped in here casually for a late lunch after my flight and was feeling a pasta or slice of pizza at the time. I enjoyed my vodka w/ chicken quite a bit. Probably not an authentic Italian dish, but it was saucy, flavorful, and, actually, the pasta (canestri) has great texture. Kind of smelled like chicken tikka masala. The Calabrian chilis definitely added a nice punch. Definitely come hungry as it is quite large. Sat at the bar. The service was quick. Cool spot to bring a date. I suspect the pool access during summer (opens in March) makes the whole experience a bit better.

And based on the first three letters of the restaurant's name, it had to be outstanding, right? First, this WAS a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in 2008-2009, but Michelin no longer rates restaurants in Las Vegas (they should). With that being said it's a AAA 5-Diamond which I guess also means good. I don't know what Firestone or Car and Driver thinks of this place, although the latter would probably not love it since it's not a BMW. All joking aside, if you consider yourself a foodie, then the 12 Course Menu Degustation is a multi-course bucket list item that's somewhat attainable. I've read horror stories of booking other high-end eateries, but take a shot here and you may get lucky. They happened to have a ton of reservations the week before Christmas, so we were lucky. I will say if you're doing a wine pairing, you may not want to get a cocktail beforehand when you're waiting for your table in the lounge. I had a Gin and Tonic and it was huge and blew away the Ultimate G&T by Jose Andres. But the wine pairing with the meal is a LOT of wine and you'll be tipsy unless you're a descendent of Oscar Wilde. Once the experience begins, you'll be amazed at everything that's happening. Service is impeccable with multiple staff members tending to your every need. I'll say even if you think you may not like something, try it and you might surprise yourself. I never truly liked any caviar before eating it here. With that being said, beets are still beets no matter how you slice them. :) It's expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion. I think they have other dining options besides the extravaganza deluxe, but I didn't really pay attention. It was also a phones away event (my idea) for full enjoyment, although a few dishes were so beautiful I was tempted to reach into my pants... for my phone... to clarify. There is a dress code so be sure to comply. For guys, I would recommend a jacket or a tie with dress pants/shoes. For ladies, I'd recommend micro-skirts and crop tops, but I don't think they do... so a nice dress or blouse with appropriate pants/shoes would probably suffice. I was totally blown away and it was definitely the best tasting menu I've experienced... and I've been to Carrabbas's Wine Dinner!

I was really excited to give this restaurant a try because I am a French food addict and the dinner did not let me down. Every part of it was fantastic. It's located in the MGM signature area and is really well done on the inside. It's very large and has a very red theme throughout and has a bit of a modern lie to it. We sat at the chef's counter and were able to watch this kitchen make the food during the entire meal, which was really awesome to see. Our server was also extremely polite and the menu had a lot of great options on it. For my dinner I started off with Le Tartare de Wagyu and loved every bit of it. It was extremely well balanced, and had very deep and rich flavors. For my entrée, I chose the Le Loup de Mer which is basically Seabass and it was also fantastic. I first visited in May 2023, and after more than twenty visits since then, that combination is exactly why I keep coming back. The escargot arrived sizzling hot with a rich garlic butter that carried the dish well. Escargot itself is naturally mild, so the sauce determines whether the dish works, and here the balance was right. The duck breast was the highlight of the evening. The skin stayed crisp throughout the entire plate and the meat was extremely tender. In fact, halfway through eating I realized I had been cutting the duck with the regular table knife instead of the steak knife they provide, which says a lot about how well the dish was executed. This was also the best version of the duck I've had here so far. Service pacing was also handled very well. My server noticed I was still working on the escargot before asking the kitchen to fire the duck, so the timing between courses felt deliberate rather than rushed. Throughout the meal the staff also checked in regularly, and I never felt forgotten even though the restaurant was very busy. Small hospitality details also stand out here. The bread arrives warm, and the butter is properly tempered rather than cold and hard straight from the refrigerator. The dining room itself is memorable too--chic, slightly eccentric, but cohesive. Chandeliers hang overhead, one wall features black-and-white pinstripes with actual framed animal skulls mounted as art, and the bar area has a marble-style sign with silver lettering for the restaurant's name. Upholstered booths complete the room and give it a polished bistro feel. After more than twenty visits over the past few years, this review is long overdue. I think the food is ok but I'd go elsewhere for a similar product. Portions are also on the smaller side for the price point. I did enjoy the complimentary and very fresh French bread and butter. You can tell how much passion and precision goes into the tasting menu. The staff was as high quality as it gets. The service was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which elevated the entire experience. And the owner, Nicolas, is one of the kindest people you'll meet. He genuinely cares about his guests and makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. For a tasting menu in Vegas, the value is amazing. The quality of the food, the creativity, and the level of hospitality you receive is hard to match anywhere else in the city. If you appreciate great food and a truly special dining experience, Partage is a must. You won't find better.

It was the single worst restaurant I've ever been too. Not even in the same universe as other restaurants at the same price point. Food was mediocre and was either bland or inedible. Wine pairings fell flat which makes sense considering the food. Service is cloying-- almost gauche-- and by the ninth course, completely overbearing. Restaurant build-out is cheap. Overall, the experience felt like it was produced by amateurs trying their best.

Very bright and fresh looking - almost the exact opposite of the current Vegas trend of "let's make it so dark it's actually dangerous". I love the tomatoes and lemons on the table. The service was very friendly. Our friend had the tomato martini and pronounced it "surprising and delicious". The oysters were nice and fresh. Our favorite thing of the night. The steak tartare looked awful and was (according to the friend that ordered it) not good. Definitely didn't look like any tartare I've ever seen. My partner had the filet mignon, which arrived cold. But it was a decent steak. I had the lobster risotto which was, on the other hand, served so hot I couldn't eat it for a while. When it did cool down, it was just OK... nothing special at all and a little salty. Our friend had homemade pappardelle, which looked very hearty. He enjoyed it quite a bit. Not a bad meal and if they were staying open, I'd be temped to try their brunch, which looks intriguing. Or looked. RIP LPM. Hope someone revives the tomato martini.

We started with the fruit plate, served with a crème fraîche buckwheat honey that elevated something simple into something memorable. Then came the Croissant Benedict, which was excellent and generously hammy in the best way. But the real reason we keep coming back is the pastry basket. It arrives with four pieces, and two of them are genuinely special. The kouign-amann is buttery, deeply caramelized, and one of the best I have ever had anywhere. The canelé is everything it should be: a dark, lacquered crust giving way to a custardy interior perfumed with vanilla and rum. The other two, a chocolate croissant and a Nutella brioche, round it out nicely. Pricey? Yes. Worth every bite? Absolutely. We paid $90 for just those three plates without a drop of alcohol, and walked away with zero regrets.

Ambience was awesome. Server was nice, but I felt like it was more fake nice than warm/welcoming nice like at other places we have been... which I guess is more authentic Parisian than about anything! Haha Ordered the Beef Wellington. Watch it on insta and you see influencers getting the whole thing on the plate and getting to cut it up and pour the gravy over it and do as they like. We just got two pre-sliced pieces and with gravy on it (and would have liked a bit more). Everything did taste fantastic, there wasn't anything wrong per se, but it just wasn't the amazing experience I would expect for the money.

It was 4pm, so we need a reservation for 7pm, I found on place with a 7pm reservation and booked it... that was Le Cirque. I did not know one thing about this restaurant. I only have to say... what a discovery. We walked in from the ringing noise of the casino to a beautiful quiet oasis. Greeted by a hostesses as if we had been there every weekend for 50 years, and the service got even better from there. The decor is quite nice, with the perfect use of texture to limit any floating conversation. I could actually have a conversation with my wife in my 'inside' voice. The wine list is great, we had a nice rose and burgundy, reminisent of our honeymoon in France. We selected the 4 course dinner. I am a vegetarian, and am use to limited selections at fine restaurants, however, the 4 course meal was one great dish after another. My wife loved every one of her dishes as well, and speaking of dishes, the china with the Curious George was so special since we both hold that little ape close to our hearts.
