We end up taking back to the hotel so much food. We all thought it was worth every penny. I'm pretty plain when it comes to burgers, so I asked for the onion, tomato, and pickle on the side, but it was still really tasty. The fries were generous and very good. Our favorite was the mezze plate, especially the whipped ricotta with honey so good and perfect for sharing. My best friend got the vodka pasta with chicken. She said it was good, but more of a classic dish and nothing too special. We both ordered cocktails from another menu. Amazing vibe, amazing service and amazing food. Jeffrey was our parties waiter. He was very attentive and very pleasant to speak to when he came to visit our table. My uncle came to visit me and I recommended this place since the weather was perfect! The furniture was comfortable for him and the table was big enough for our food. Unless you like your alcohol very strong then the margarita is a good choice. If you're trying to get a bang for your buck definitely a pizza as it is a whole pie of pizza and easily can be shared between 2 to 3 people. The Mezze platter is a must as the puccia bread is so soft and the accompanying dips are all super good. Definitely recommend a low threshold to order multiple of these depending on the party size. Additional favorites are the squid ink and spicy vodka pastas. I've had a few pizzas here that are decent but definitely not as outstanding as the pasta offerings. An absolute gem at the Virgin Hotel. As many have mentioned, it's like walking into Tulum and the vibes extend to the full experience in a very good way. The servers and bussers were attentive without being overbearing, which we appreciate. We visited on 02/15/26 on a whim since I had some credit to kill and will definitely be back. Had dinner here after the World Series game 7. Since the game lasted so long we needed to eat after. 930pm and this little gem was still open. We were sat quickly and our server walked us through the gluten free options that my hubby could have. Vibe inside was def upscale beach club the food- the food was delicious. So this is a separate Beach Club from the main pool. This venue is 21 and over and though there is free entry there is a minimum purchase...i think it was $25. I was walked to my chair and given a menu. Holy gadzooks these were the most expensive cocktails i have seen in ages. $38/$45/$199. You bet your bottom dollar i did not order any of that! The beach area was relaxing...there was beach sand everywhere including in the water and boy even the sand got hot in the sun burning your feet on the way back to your chair! It was certainly a fun place to relax and listen to the new age tunes. Nice spot off the Vegas strip with delicious drinks and food, but the killer here is the ambiance. The atmosphere gives you a very Tulum-esque experience especially during the daytime. The only kink here is the front desk service. Every time I've walked into Kassi, there has been no one at the front desk let alone a "I'll be back" sign leaving you to aimlessly poke your head into the restaurant and look for help seating. Me and my girl spent several days at Kassi Beach house when we stayed at Virgin! You do have to pay for a beach chair but the fee goes toward your minimum which you reach easily with 1 drink. Like most Vegas pools the drinks are pricey...we paid for the souvenir cup and was able to get cheaper refills during our stay. The service was great and the music was vibey background music... the crowd was pretty chill and everyone seemed to want to relax. 1 of the days I enjoyed the burger and truffle fries by the pool! The smash burger was juicy and flavorful and the fries were perfectly crisp...it was the perfect meal as we lounged. This review is just for the outdoor pool portion, aka Kassi Beach Club. First of all, yes it's one of the few remaining hotel pools in Vegas that's still free admission. (You sign up on the guest list ahead of time, 21+ up, subject to capacity.) However, all seating is reserved so you'll be limited to sitting on the ground around the pool's edge like peasants. The good part is there's another option where you can reserve a basic lounge chair, for $25, which can then be applied towards the food or beverage minimum spend ($25). It's a pretty fair deal, considering the chair ends up being free. One big drawback is the pool's temperature. Uncomfortably warm! Not refreshing at all. I wish they could change this. I found myself using the showers to cool off. The sand can get quite hot in the scorching Vegas heat too, so be prepared to protect those soles. There was a DJ spinning on the Fridays I went, but not sure if that's daily. The vibe is energetic, but NOT too crowded, which I like. I'm there to just relax and get some sunlight. For lunch, I've tried the SOPPRESSATA pizza, which was good, but a little soggy. I've also had the CACIO E PEPE. Who eats pasta at the pool? A grieving girl who doesn't care, that's who. It was flavorful, but wish the pasta was more al dente. Pro tip: Park in the Ruby Tower Garage on Harmon for closest access. read more

Of course, this is not the first time we have come to Kasi. In fact, every time we are in Las Vegas, we try to get here. Not only is it good food, but it is also really a place that slows us down. We showed up day of and all chairs and everything was sold out for the day. They have 2 beaches with sand and the pool was so clean! This was so nice and surprising considering the sand in the pool, but they had multiple people sweeping the sand up all day. I've been to the restaurant and was not a fan of the food and the service is so SLOW. But I will definitely be heading back to the pool. read more

It's also very loud inside with a live DJ nearby so keep that in mind for conversations. I've been back a few times. Food wise everything has been good & the servers are friendly. What they really need to work on is timing. I like to order a drink first, get it and then order. They want you to order everything at once (drinks, apps & entrees). I would suggest you don't do this, even if they say they'll space it out. It never works. It's not pleasant to have your apps brought before a cocktail or your dinner brought out while you've barely ate your appetizers. That being said, I now know how I should order here to enjoy my dinner. Keep an eye on your receipt too.
