Came here for a Co-workers Bday party. The booth is large enough for around 10 people. The ambiance is lovely. The pool is clean and the sand makes it feel like im in Hawaii. Only issue here is the service is a 1 star. Service is super super slow. Every worker there is slow and in no hurry to do anything. Keep in mind this is a thuraday at 12pm when the place is not busy for the service to be complete ass BUT everything else was honestly a great experience. I don't know if all the servers are as tiresome as Victoria, but I'm sure they can do better. After waiting 90 minutes for a drink on a pretty slow Thursday, I went and got it myself (which they don't want you to do, you will get talked at by security). When it was time to leave, I had to search all over for Victoria just to get my bill; the bartender said she couldn't help me. We end up taking back to the hotel so much food. We all thought it was worth every penny. Our favorite was the mezze plate, especially the whipped ricotta with honey so good and perfect for sharing. My best friend got the vodka pasta with chicken. She said it was good, but more of a classic dish and nothing too special. We both ordered cocktails from another menu. My uncle came to visit me and I recommended this place since the weather was perfect! The furniture was comfortable for him and the table was big enough for our food. So this is a separate Beach Club from the main pool. This venue is 21 and over and though there is free entry there is a minimum purchase...i think it was $25. I was walked to my chair and given a menu. Holy gadzooks these were the most expensive cocktails i have seen in ages. $38/$45/$199. You bet your bottom dollar i did not order any of that! The beach area was relaxing...there was beach sand everywhere including in the water and boy even the sand got hot in the sun burning your feet on the way back to your chair! It was certainly a fun place to relax and listen to the new age tunes. I've gone on a holiday and non holiday and it seems to be busy usually. They have a dj certain days of the week which is such a vibe however it is pretty loud so it's difficult to converse. This review is for Morgan. We had a cabana for our friend's 40th bday party. Morgan immediately connected with us while maintaining professionalism and confidence. She made the whole vibe and experience just a great time. As for the pool it was beautiful relaxing with sand on the edges between your toes and absolute perfect temperature. The cabana was very decently priced and easy to book. Also, you can tell they work as a team there so anyone was willing to help us with even the smallest requests. My only critique is that the music was more relaxed lounge music that became possibly even monotonous, but this definitely created a more low key relaxed experience. The only kink here is the front desk service. There's no outdoor bar, so they had to keep going back and forth to the restaurant, which made everything incredibly slow. Overall, it's a nice-looking spot, but the food was forgettable and the service (especially at the beach club) was frustrating. For the price and the hype, I expected a better experience.
