Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives
    Christina W.

We came to the restaurant as part of our package that we bought for the Rat Pack Show. It was $55 per person which did also include gratuity. You can add on drinks and appetizers at your own cost, and add a tip, which we did. Martinis are quite large and had blue cheese olives with it, so crisp, perfect martini. My husband had an old fashioned, which was a healthy pour as well. We started off with the calamari, crisp, soft and flavorful. Then we chose off the show menu their pasta fagipoli soup, which was perfect. Then we had the filet dinner and chicken marsala. Both dishes were large, very good and had sides included. We finished with the tiramisu and creme brulee, both delicious choices. For a Vegas steakhouse this is a solid choice, cozy and romantic vibes, very well priced, sides included, and very delicious bites. Service was impeccable and we walked away very happy.

This review is LONG OVERDUE. We were here months ago. Life just had me too busy to come on here to type all this out. I didn't realize it wasn't toddler friendly but the server made our night. The host said there was no highchair option. The chairs were open armed and I was worried about my baby falling out. The server offered a different chair that they had and that set the mood for the night. Everything was delicious. Table side services were 100! Our server was exceptional in service and knowledge. The setting was quiet and room felt cozy. We had a big party and everything came out timely. We really enjoyed ourselves. Great service, Good food, and always, awesome company. Will definitely be back when we fly up again.

Absolutely loved the ambiance is romantic great for a date night or friend dinner. The service was impeccable as expected in an establishment such as this one. We ordered the 32oz Tomahawk with the asparagus and dill potatoes (forgot what it was called) nonetheless it was delicious along with whipped mashed potatoes and king crab legs. We also had a 2023 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that paired well with everything 10/10...For dessert we tried the chocolate cake and apple strudel bith were okay not the best on the strip. Cant wait to come back and try a few other menu items.

Bistecca absolutely impressed me -- the ambiance is intimate and elegant, with that soft lighting and upscale vibe that makes every moment feel special. The Wagyu Tomahawk steak was out of this world -- perfectly seared, juicy, and packed with flavor. You can taste the quality in every bite, and the presentation alone deserves applause. It's the kind of steak that makes you stop talking mid-sentence. Service was warm and attentive without ever feeling rushed -- they make you feel like the star of the evening. Between the refined energy, incredible food, and classic Vegas charm, Bistecca is a must for anyone who loves a true fine dining experience done right.

Breakfast sandwich and classic Italian breakfast

My sister and I stayed at Tuscany Suites & Casino for a weekend. On our last day, Sunday, we wanted a quick, but delicious breakfast on our way out. After checking out of our room, we planned on hitting the cafe in the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that Bistecca was not busy. They sat us immediately and let us keep our luggage on the side. The space is casual yet elegant. Service was fast and friendly. Their breakfast and brunch menu offers a nice variety of items. We ordered the following: Breakfast sandwich $15.99 Classic Italian breakfast $21.99 Cappuccino with oat milk ~$4 My sister opted for the breakfast sandwich while I went with the classic Italian breakfast and cappuccino with oat milk. My classic Italian breakfast came with soft scrambled eggs, heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese, and grilled ciabatta. It was tasty, light yet filling--exactly what I needed and wanted. My cappuccino was also great. My sister also enjoyed her breakfast sandwich and took some of it to go. I hear Bistecca has great steaks, but they're also a great option for brunch!

The fries are not what you would expect? But don't sleep on them as they are amazing in a unique way!

I agree with so many of the other reviews about this place. Super great option for a great steak and food. Whilst being a bit "off" the strip. We had not problem getting a reservation on a Saturday night. So we didn't have to fight the crowd. Hit super easy to get In and out before our magic show that night. The food is so worth the price and tasty as hell. Just the bread they bring out to start with has an amazing soft spread to dip in and I almost filled up just eating that it was so good!!!

    Table-side Caesar salad.

Elegant Vegas steakhouse with Italian flair. The space is gorgeous, overlooking the lush pool area, but the food was uneven. Loved: addictive complimentary bread with hot honey butter, a fab pineapple Negroni, and hearty Sunday gravy pappardelle with creamy ricotta. Not so great: the table-side Caesar was massive but underdressed, and my chicken Marsala was cloyingly sweet to the point of being inedible. Service was friendly but new, which may explain the salad. Still, I left disappointed after years of anticipation.

We had tickets to see the Rat Pack show and this was an add-on dinner that we took advantage of. The dinner and service were excellent. My wife got a Caesar Salad - no anchovies. I just got a plain salad. We both ordered the Filet Mignon. They both came out of the kitchen cooked perfectly. They were about 5 other entrees that we could have chosen from. The only weakness of the meal came with dessert. I ordered the Vanilla Galetto; it contained ice crystals. My wife's Tiramisu was unusual. Instead of butter with the complimentary bread, they give you ricotta cheese topped with honey. The atmosphere is very inviting.

Went to dinner at Bistecca last week and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This place is a classic Las Vegas steakhouse tucked just a few blocks off the Strip inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino, close enough to feel the energy of Las Vegas, yet far enough to enjoy a calmer atmosphere. The space is understated in the best way: simple but elegant decor, warm lighting, and a mix of classic half-moon leather booths and well appointed tables. The bar adds a nice touch of sophistication, and the curated wall art gives the room a subtle sense of character. Service was excellent from start to finish, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. We started with wine and cocktails. The Riesling was crisp and refreshing, and the blood orange spritz was bright, zesty, and surprisingly affordable, especially compared to typical Strip pricing. A very pleasant start. For appetizers, we had the soup of the day, a house made tomato soup that was incredibly flavorful. You could taste the natural sweetness of the tomatoes, and it felt both comforting and elevated. For entrees, we tried the wild caught salmon served with braised fennel, truffled carrot puree, and shaved Brussels sprouts, plus a side of potato wedges. The salmon was tender and well prepared, and the accompaniments added great depth and texture. We also ordered the house made lobster ravioli with lobster cream and generous pieces of lobster meat. A bit too Rich, but indulgent, and very satisfying. Overall, Bistecca offered a lovely dining experience, excellent service, flavorful dishes, and a great value for the quality, especially given its proximity to the Strip. A solid choice when you want a refined meal without the typical Las Vegas chaos.

Burger with truffle fries (without truffle on request) lol
    Martin W.

We have been invited to a brunch so this is a very limited view into the kitchen. But what we had was surprisingly good and the service by Kevin was outstanding! When I asked if the truffle fries are regular fries with a truffle dip on the side he said yes. But that wasn't correct and instead of just going with what the kitchen sends he made sure I got a regular plain fries serving. The burger was on point and even when it was too much meat for me it was a real good burger. Hubby had the breakfast plate with great Italien soft cheese and scrambled eggs frens style. Delicious nice Ambiente and great service what else to ask for.

After several meals here under the moniker of Tuscany Gardens Restaurant, we recently assembled with another appreciative couple to dine here under the restaurant's new name. Little was different than before. Crispy Potatoes have given way to Tuscan Potatoes. Veal is no longer available except in the guise of Osso Buco, which despite being a little spicy and fatty, was a very good entree overall. Traditional Surf & Turf of Filet & Lobster Tail was noticeably missing. While unneeded, a complimentary basket of rustic bread, a sweet Ricotta Spread, and butter were fine starters. And delectable Saffron Risotto was a nice foundation to support the Osso Buco. My tablemates enjoyed their Divers Scallops and 8 oz. Filet Mignon. Service was even better than before. The ambiance is still that of a classy steakhouse with an Italian twist. And close self-parking is abundant even on weekdays. But do not be fooled. A spread of six very large speckled shrimps with mild Cocktail Sauce made for a superior Shrimp Cocktail. A special of Potato Gnocchi with Dungeness Crab was heavenly. And Halibut and Salmon are on the menu. Beef Carpaccio was of superior quality, though it was largely hidden by greenery. And a Caesar Salad for two meticulously prepared tableside was worth the extra charge. We passed on dessert this time, after delighting in Bananas Foster Flambe the last time we were here, and first-rate Chocolate Crunch Gelati before then. We will surely be back!

    Wagyu Tomahawk
    Kristen S.

We decided to try this place because our daughter saw it on TikTok as the "most underrated Steakhouse in Vegas!" The calamari was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, with no hint of chewiness. Paired with a zesty marinara and a squeeze of lemon, it was recommended by the waiter and for good reason. The table-side 32 oz. Wagyu tomahawk was an unforgettable experience -- seared to perfection and carved right in front of us, the marbling melted into every bite. Rich, buttery, and deeply flavorful. It was accompanied by three separate sauces but definitely delicious on its own. The table-side bananas foster was the perfect finale to a great dinner!

16 oz ribeye, lobster tails, Caesar salad, Brussels sprouts.

While in Vegas you should definitely get a nice steak dinner and Peter Luger is a great option…read more It's located in Caesars Palace alongside other good restaurants including the buffet. It definitely brings the NYC feel once you step inside. It was dinner time so it was quite busy but I feel like service in Vegas has figured it out - how to deliver fast friendly service. To start naturally we ordered some drinks that fit the vibe, classic strong drinks that went well with steak. While I am usually a filet mignon person, our table selected the steak for 2 which turned out to be a good amount for us. Plus the butter it's smothered in is amazing. For our other sides we selected the Caesar salad (fitting because we were in Caesar's :) and the crab cake (another favorite of mine). Note there are $$$$ signs so do not expect it to be cheap. But for the quality, taste and atmosphere it was worth it and I hope to visit the NYC location sometime as well.

I came into Peter Luger Las Vegas with sky-high expectations. As a legendary Brooklyn institution,…read moreyou expect two things: iconic dry-aged beef and crisp, sharp execution. What we actually got was sluggish, absent service and a steak cooked so poorly it belonged in a mid-tier diner. The Service: Ignored from Start to Finish Rather than the quick, direct, old-school service Luger is famous for, our experience was defined by sluggish neglect. The Wait: We spent entirely too much time trying to catch our server's eye for simple requests--water refills, order updates, and check-ins were practically non-existent. The Flow: Courses dragged, plates sat, and by the time our food reached the table, the energy of the night was already gone. When you're paying top-dollar prices, waiting around while being actively ignored ruins the entire ambiance. The Steak: A Text-Book "Grey Band" Disaster "A $180+ porterhouse should have an edge-to-edge perfect medium-rare with a roaring crust. What landed on our table looked tired and mismanaged." The Cook: The cross-section said it all. The meat had a massive, thick grey ring of overcooked, tough beef wrapping around a tiny patch of pink in the center. It was uneven, poorly rested, or left sitting under a heat lamp while service languished. Where's the Sizzle? The steak arrived dull and dry on top. The iconic Luger presentation--sizzling hot butter aggressively spooned over a glistening platter--was completely absent. The Flavor: Because of the heavy grey gradient, most bites were chewy and dry rather than tender and nutty. The Sides & Verdict The loaded baked potato topped with a mountain of bacon lardons looked great and tasted fine, but no side dish on earth can rescue an evening when the primary steak is ruined. Las Vegas has one of the most competitive steakhouse scenes in the world. With options like Bavette's, SW, and Cut just down the Strip, there is zero excuse for slow service and an amateurish cook on a flagship cut. Skip the hype and save your money. You're paying flagship prices for amateur-level execution.

Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant?…read more The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I hadn't been here in quite a few years and my last experience was nothing to write home about…read more A friend suggested it for dinner and I thought I would just go along since it was a group of 6 of us. This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
