I had insurance, they were called. He arrived swiftly from out of town within twenty minutes, right on time as it were. Imagine this: you accidentally lock yourself out of your car at a gas station and have to call Toyota roadside to get assistance. They tell you it will take about 40-60minutes, but you're far from home so you say okay. 5 minutes later, there's a roadside truck parked on the gas pump next to you and you're shocked because that was fast. You approach the truck and ask if they are with Toyota Roadside and while they are, they're not the ones assigned to your case. They, however, still go ahead and help you get access to your car within 30seconds so you don't have to wait for 40minutes at the gas station for the other company.
