Right away, if you are reading this, Yes. If you are in a jam, yes, call. I seem to so rarely write reviews. This one needed to happen, to illustrate my gratitude towards this service. I had insurance, they were called. He arrived swiftly from out of town within twenty minutes, right on time as it were. Pleasant conversation, friendly face, informative, calming presence. Dead battery, he gave me some juice to get home. Swell. A couple of days later, I still had a dead battery issue. I didn't feel comfortable attempting it myself, although he had showed me that night very casually that it wouldn't be difficult for me. So I called my insurance company back, and was explaining I was going to need assistance..by the road..with my new battery, because I didn't want to have to tow my car to the shop, I have insurance, should be no problem...and of course, it was. Didn't cover battery installation. So, I asked if they had the information on my hero from the other night, and she gave me the number, I called and he was nice enough to come over right away, out of town again, to my driveway. Imagine this: you accidentally lock yourself out of your car at a gas station and have to call Toyota roadside to get assistance. They tell you it will take about 40-60minutes, but you're far from home so you say okay. 5 minutes later, there's a roadside truck parked on the gas pump next to you and you're shocked because that was fast. You approach the truck and ask if they are with Toyota Roadside and while they are, they're not the ones assigned to your case. They, however, still go ahead and help you get access to your car within 30seconds so you don't have to wait for 40minutes at the gas station for the other company. The lady dispatcher owner whoever the raspy voice rude lady was has no communicational skills whatsoever. literally stuck in traffic on freeway during traffic hour and wants to confront me on having no money and ventura county doesn't help like la county for roadside on freeway so they could only push me off and she states that's right. But the fact I called back when getting a Venmo for gas so I can be helped was told theyre going to wonder where that money came from. When I called Kasho to confirm my service, I got the owner who said all his service trucks were out on other calls, but he would come out personally for my tire change.
