Went back and forth a few more times with the person repeating "Monday 8am." So I didn't have my car for the weekend. Monday at 8am, I called and was told I could pick up my car at their Westlake lot. I asked what form of payment they accepted and they said cash or credit, but credit cards were charged a processing fee. Arrived at the location and the lady behind the counter said they're closed on Saturday, but if a driver was in the office, he could've processed my vehicle release. Funny this information wasn't provided when I called Saturday and I had to pay for 2 additional impound days. Finally, when I paid by cash, the lady said she didn't have change and I was "welcome to go and get exact payment." Wow, how generous. So I ended up paying $420 instead of $416 because she didn't have four $1 bills. These people are the worst...borderline criminal.

Instead of offering to assist with a simple jump start, they all walked past me as they clocked out for their shift. Some even made derogatory remarks and laughed. Poorly managed company.

When my mother picked up the car she was told the bill was over double what we were previously quoted. Stated the storage fee was $74 per day. This was not disclosed to us and I attempted to pay and pick up the car sooner but the yard is closed on weekends so I was provided no further options. My mother paid the bill with my card and I reached out requesting a breakdown of costs. After no response I called and spoke with a combative associate who chose not listen to my concerns but tell me that I was at fault for misunderstanding the policies although there is no place to reference the verbal agreement. I still haven't received an emailed receipt and the phone conversation left a sour taste in my mouth. I expressed concerns of the change in price and I don't believe they were appropriately addressed. For this reason I would not choose to work with this company again. As previously noted, I had a great experience with the business owner and I don't believe this experience was a reflection of him or the business as a whole but the quality of customer service over the phone was enough to deter me from future services if they were needed.

On Saturday September 7, 2013 you received a call from ONSTAR to assist my wife and me with our 2009 Pontiac Torrent that decided not to start that day. Your driver, Scott Plummer, was presented with a number of seemingly unsolvable challenges in getting the car out of our garage and to the servicing dealer. I want to tell you that Mr. Plummer could not have been more professional in his approach to those problems and in getting them solved in a manner that was comfortable for all of us. It was a pleasure to have a service person on the job that actually cared for us and our property. It's something you don't get everyday. Best in the business, absolutely. Two flat tires due to a rockslide on Thanksgiving morning before sunrise. Peter couldn't have gotten there sooner if he was driving the Batmobile. After trying 4 tire stores, all closed, Peter vowed, "I will not leave you stranded on a Holiday 2000 miles from home. I will find someone to help you." The man was good to his word.
