Mario at Camarillo Towing went above and beyond for me. I needed to ship my car from California to Georgia and needed someone to perform that handoff of my car and keys to the car transport truck driver. No towing was needed but they were willing to let me overnight my keys to them, meet the transport driver where my car was parked, and perform the handoff of my car and keys. They provided frequent updates as they coordinated directly with the transport driver and even texted me pictures of my car prior to it being loaded to protect me in the event the transport company accidentally damaged my car during loading or transit. They did all of this for an incredibly reasonable fee. A first class experience that was so good I tipped an additional 50%. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a towing company. read more

Quick professional response. No BS, he said he would be here in 20min and made it in 15min. Respectful personal. Great work.

Eric did a great job. My car was lowered so he was very careful in loading and unloading from the flatbed.

I was just driving in Daily and one of your drivers cut me off and was driving really fast. I wouldn't use your company, if that is how your drivers are driving. It was very dangerous. read more

I never thought I could be "wowed" by a towing company. We had a dead battery. Great communication and they had someone out very quickly. The best part was meeting the amazing mechanic driving the tow truck named Peter. He has such a great personality and tons of knowledge. Resolved our issue very quickly and then over delivered by giving us a ton of great info. As a business owner myself, I was inspired by the tremendous service we received tonight. Thank you Peter from Camarillo Towing!!! read more

Our Classic '68 Mustang that had been sitting for years needed to be towed off a hillside. Even though it doesn't run, had frozen brake drums, and needed to be pulled at an awkward angle, Mario & Eric very carefully and expertly retrieved it, and got it up onto the flatbed! It needed to be dropped off down a long, tight driveway and Eric was able to maneuver it perfectly into the exact spot it needed to be! Super helpful, friendly and talented guys --- highly recommended! Excellent price, as well! read more

Never answers the phone. Put on hold forever. Very uncaring attitude. Never trust this business

I called at 8 AM after realizing I had locked my keys in my car. I was quoted $60 and informed that I would receive a call when the driver arrived, which was estimated to be within an hour. By 9:35 AM, having not received any notification, I called for a status update and was told the driver was next to my car. Upon meeting the driver, he mentioned he had been waiting for 10 minutes, for which I apologized, explaining I had not received any prior call about his arrival. He apologized and said the person I spoke to did not send over my contact info so he had no way to contact me.After he unlocked my car, I was informed that the fee was $80. Confused by the discrepancy, the driver contacted his dispatch. They stated that the correct fee was $80 and that the individual who took my initial call had not been updated on the current pricing. While the driver performed his job well, the miscommunication between the employees and the customer was problematic and misleading. read more

Driver arrived right on time. Taking my frustration away with his smile and professional manner exceeding all my expectations. This is the second time I used their service. Driver is extremely impressive, I was under the impression he is the owner of the company, but I was wrong. Thank you for your service and caring for my baby and companion , my car. read more

Around 3:30am, my friends car got a flat. Then, God sent Jimbo from Camarillo Towing. He was compassionate and generous and helped two teenagers in a desperate place. My car was towed by Camarillo Towing and in the process my drive way was left with two scrapes and a few long tire marks, it was kinda bad. I called Les (the owner) and he immediately had a contractor come that night to assess the damage. My entire driveway was pressure washed and now it looks great. No hassles, no run around, no dodging the problem. Straight up how customer service should be. Highly recommend Camarillo Towing. read more

They got here 10 mins after the Geico dispatched them, Tom called me to confirm which I really appreciated. When I say customer service skills where through the roof that's exactly what I mean. I was fortunate enough to meet Peter High energy, friendly personality. My car battery was dead but, this amazing gentlemen went way above and beyond, explaining to me why it keeps going dead, noticed my tire pressure was low put air in it. Just so friendly I'm in awwww. And I forgot to mention today is a holiday so I'm sure there are other things he would rather be doing! Great service camirllo towing. Peter you the man! Needed to get towed from Cam airport to Oxnard, took no longer than 30 mins to arrive on scene and made it easy for us. Keep up the good work man and great personality read more

Peter with Camarillo Towing is a lifesaver. He towed my car, with a flat to a safe location, off the freeway and then recommended we just take it straight to the tire shop. He had the tire shop stay open late to fix my flat so I didn't have to drive home with a spare. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Pete turned my bad evening, getting a flat on the 101 at rush hour, into a overall great experience. He's a lifesaver. I commute to Thousand Oaks for work everyday and was stressing on how I'd get up there from Oxnard on a spare tomorrow morning and now I don't have to worry about it because his guys were able to repair my tire. read more

My car broke down in the rain on Monday morning. I called Camarillo Towing and within a few minutes, Danny showed up. He was very quick with loading my car onto the tow bed. Danny was polite and courteous. I had trouble finding my credit card to pay and he must have waited 10 minutes while I frantically looked for it. Not once did he pressure me to hurry up; he was very patient. Thanks Danny for turning my horrible day into a better one. read more

I had a special job of offloading a horse trailer from a big rig, but neither of the main tow truck companies in my Thousand Oaks area were interested. Both flatly said "no;" they handled only car towing. Other companies would do it for double or more Camarillo Towing's estimate. It was also difficult to find a place to unload: a big rig requires space to do this and is not welcome in residential neighborhoods. So Mario at Camarillo Towing suggested I offload it at their facility. McCarty and Sons in Oxnard would have done this job for the same amount, but they were farther from me and open only during business hours, and this trailer was arriving from a distance on a holiday at an uncertain hour. Camarillo Towing personnel were friendly, easy to deal with, and flexible about the time when the truck was delayed by weather. They carried out the job in the rain safely and efficiently. Thanks so much to all of you! read more

No trucks available when I called. Had to use another service much farther away from my location.

Amazing business! Very happy with my experience with them. They arrived quickly to get my car. And when I went to their office, ready for my car to be moved to an auto shop, they were all so professional, helpful and kind. I had to wait in their office awhile for AAA to come get the car (to take to the auto shop) and during this time, Tom was so sweet and kind to my kids. Even let them rev the engine on his motorcycle. Great guys. Hopefully I never have another reason to need towing, but if I ever do, I will absolutely use them again. read more

Driver Danny provided both timely and efficient service upon arrival to our home. Our 2017 Camry had a flat on passenger front tire and provided him with a challenge for hitching our sedan up to be towed to Big Brand Tires in Camarillo. So he sized it up calmly and patiently...and very carefully refilled the tire and got the car there in great time. I used my USAA Military tow program to contact the company. I will most certainly make positive comments about your company's performance to USAA. Thanks Danny. My wife was nervous about the situation until you arrived. read more

If I could give them zero I would! My car was robbed of my heirloom jewelry. Eric, the driver told me that they were licensed and bonded and not to worry about keeping my luggage in the car while he towed it to Oxnard Hyundai. It was left there and I showed up 30 minutes later to get my luggage but found he had put the keys in the drop box. The car was locked. I had to leave my luggage. Oxnard Hyundai has 24 hr surveillance and my car was directly under a camera. The tow truck is under surveillance unless the driver turns the engine off!! Guess who stole it? read more

Got tboned by an old lady and needed a tow and the guy who towed me was great; however, when I needed to call about information about the car and other things I was only greeted with rudeness. Just got hit less than 24 hours and needed help and that was not given to me. Just rudeness. read more
