I followed in another car (this was a Lemon Law situation where the car was returned to a dealer). The only hiccup was the dispatcher and provided an incorrect dropoff address. I had insurance, they were called. He arrived swiftly from out of town within twenty minutes, right on time as it were. Pleasant conversation, friendly face, informative, calming presence. Dead battery, he gave me some juice to get home. Swell. A couple of days later, I still had a dead battery issue. I didn't feel comfortable attempting it myself, although he had showed me that night very casually that it wouldn't be difficult for me. So I called my insurance company back, and was explaining I was going to need assistance..by the road..with my new battery, because I didn't want to have to tow my car to the shop, I have insurance, should be no problem...and of course, it was. Didn't cover battery installation. So, I asked if they had the information on my hero from the other night, and she gave me the number, I called and he was nice enough to come over right away, out of town again, to my driveway. Now, this review is running long, I don't feel the need to get into details, because every situation in life is different, and unique. I have to note, that there was a hiccup on my end, and it complicated what should've been a simple fix, and without hesitation, he helped out even further, he went above and beyond, so again thank you!

I left the call feeling that the team lacks basic customer-service training and empathy for customers in tough moments. I'm concerned that this business is still operating in its current state, as the tone and approach I received came across as unprofessional and potentially corrupt, rather than focused on helping customers. It's disappointing to encounter such behavior when you're seeking urgent assistance. Bottom line if you're in need of towing services, you might want to consider other providers in the Oxnard area who prioritize respectful communication and reliable service. Save your time and avoid this company.

They provided frequent updates as they coordinated directly with the transport driver and even texted me pictures of my car prior to it being loaded to protect me in the event the transport company accidentally damaged my car during loading or transit.
