I have never experienced such an unprofessional driver in my life. I wish I could have remembered his name. Bad attitude. Cold and distant. He loaded our car and because my friend took a picture of his own car for his mechanic and questioned why he could not take a picture of his own car, he unloaded the car and left us stranded on the side of the road. Great great experience... Car issues.. Not a happy camper at ALL. So a call to AAA and they assigned this establishment to assist. Isaac was first to respond. He inspected my battery and my vehicle. Very friendly and informative. Second to respond was Josh. Wow, this guy was American Ninja. I couldn't believe how he managed to push my SUV out of a tight space to get it align to his tow truck. It was a struggle but he handled it with such great spirits even as oncoming cars got in his way, he still stayed focused to the task. Josh and Isaac, thank you for the high quality service. Through AAA Roadside Assistance, Josh was able to make me feel welcome in assisting me with my vehicle. I had gotten stuck on the side of busy road and my key phob/key was not working at all! Josh with Oxnard Tow Services went above and beyond to help me figure out a way to unlock my BMW without damaging it with a sketchy tow. I was parrelled parked between two cars on a dirt patch and Josh was able to figure out a way to get my car unlocked and open my hood to get a jump. Very good thinking, and an awesome attitude helping me. Well I hope you never need a tow on the way back from camping on the beach... but if you do... I hope you'll be as well taken care of us we were. Had a nice man stop and try to give us a jump, and a another dear man on a bicycle stop to see if we were ok, and 3 firemen came by, one tried to jump us again, and 2 more came to tag team and sit with flashers, since we were stopped at left turn lane at a busy intersection with no flashers. The last firetruck put out flares before he left and good words of advice, "Stay in the vehicle, buckled up." Then along came our final Angel, Oscar, in his big beautiful tow truck with his fast, kind, smart service and a smile. I say "Smart" because our whole electrical system was down, so we couldn't even put it in neutral for the tow. But Oscar knew what to do. And I hope you never need to know but in case you ever do... On our older model Dodge pickup, there's a little covered spot next to the gear shifter, with a cap about the size of a USB. That's manual access to the gear shifter. Oscar used his screwdriver to manually put us in neutral within a minute's time and we were rolling up onto his magnificent truck If this ever happens to you, I hope you get 5 good samaritans plus Oscar to make your bad day great!
