If I could give 0, I would. I just needed a tow a short distance. They said my insurance was canceled. They didn't want to wait for me to call and see what the proble was. Said I had to pay or they'd take it to the tow yard. So unacceptable. The guy was so unprofessional and rude. I will never use them again. read more

Our insurance called Nachos after my car went dead in the middle of a busy intersection. It took less than an hour for him to get there. We had a younger gentleman with glasses and he was so nice. When he got there, I was standing behind my car to let other drivers know I was broken down and to go around me. He told me to stand in front of his truck to be safe. He was SO FAST getting our car on the truck and out of the road. Very nice guy and good at his job, didn't catch his name though! read more

Although I had a vehicle towed at my own expense speaking with John and Nacho made it a much better experience. Thank you, professional and personable I didn't go into it wanting to get out of the cost. But after dealing with Michelle I did try. Their rep Michelle was rude and did make me worry for the company because someone with more time/resources on their hands may want to lash out after dealing with her read more

All the workers are being disrespectful and rude to me. They won't provide the VIN for my car and they charging $450 storage free. I gave them a 0/0. They messed my seat car. read more

I got into an accident and needed to be towed. Nacho came out to pick me up super fast and was amazing nice and friendly the whole way. I highly recommend the company and will use them again in the future if I ever need. Thank you so much! read more

I had called Nacho Towing for them to pickup my car on May 8th 2025. I had made plans the day before so they said they would be there at 8 am. They did not show up so I called again around 9:30 to 10:20 am to see if they were coming because I had an appointment at 8 am. I ended up canceling the service from Nacho Towing Service with them because of there problems getting the service I wanted as it's now somewhere about 10:30 am. So I called (Airport Towing Service) instead and I am glad I did. read more

This company is a scam! I can understand the $75/ day storage fee, but not $500 for towing ! They are not accredited on the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TOWING under any circumstances! read more

I strongly recommend the good folks at Nacho's towing. Michelle and John are the BEST in the biz and anyone who says otherwise, is absolutely confused. I would not hesitate for one-second to recommend Nacho's towing to anyone, especially my friends and family. The good people at Nacho's are honest and careful professionals who are VERY knowledgeable in their field. Rest assured that they are the best in town and for their kind help, I am extremely grateful. Thank you Michelle and John! read more

I had my car illegally towed by Nacho's towing service, and my wife and I were extorted out of hundreds of dollars when it was all said and done. This was for a 10 mile tow. Their tow truck drivers are on a 24/7 schedule, but their office has very limited hours. The owner came in to release the vehicle to us, and charged us a $135 fee for after hours / and or Holiday. Now I know how he can afford the $150K Ford Raptor that he pulled up in. Such a nice guy (Not). He was rude and condescending. If your car gets illegally towed, pray that it isn't by this company !! read more

Service requested was quick, reliable and they always kept me updated. Definitely recommend and would use them again.

Driver was great and checked in with multiple times via text and phone. He arrived in good time despite given the wrong address per my insurance company. Very knowledgeable asked the right questions and got me to my destination with no issues. I highly recommend!!! read more

Don't use this towing company. They are very rude and will quote you a price over the phone. And then lie and juice you when you get to the tow site. Then, they demand payment that is higher, that you were not quoted because they came out. They are liars and thieves. DONT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

waited 2nrs driver never showed. I called and. the guy who answered and said it was too far for him to go for the amount of money he gets paid He never contacted me or the insurance company. This company is very unprofessional and poor business sense. so obviously this tow company is only in for the money and not for servicing people. pretty sad. read more

I have had so many car troubles this past 2 months in trips from LA to Ventura and have had multiple tows. Many at my own expense!!! This was by far the BEST experience with a tow service. I will only use them in the future. I am retired military with a masters, have done marathons, traveled the world, met and worked with many people all by the grace of God. I know excellence when I see it!!! Nacho's has mastered the art of professionalism and compassion that puts the customers well being first. It feels like family (but family you can actually count on). Great customer service, great pricing, timely and professional. This is business you cannot only trust but want to support and spread the word. People are not in the best situations in the midst of a tow. You just don't know what's going to happen with car repairs, pricing, timing, etc. It can upset the day. It seems like Nacho's towing understands this and has created a business model and standard that is committed to doing their part in helping to alleviate any concerns throughout the tow and getting you moving ASAP. I DEFINITELY don't have time to sit and write a review. How can you trust reviews anyway? But their service was so great I just had too. I want to say thank you to Nacho's towing. What you all didn't know was that it's been a really tough year and When my car broke down so did I and called in tears for tow service. Thank you for your quick response, professionalism and kindness. I just needed something to go my way and Nacho's towing went all the way! Thank you again! read more

Worst towing service ever. My car was stolen and recovered. They make it such a big deal for you to see your own car. If the police try to tow your car here, do yourself a favor and send your car elsewhere. It's incredible how difficult it is to be able to see your own vehicle. Worst of all, the employees are all assholes. read more

After being in a traumatic car accident, the OPD provided nachos towing to tow away my car from the scene. The driver was helpful but it was until the next day where I went into the office to try to get my car released to my insurance. First off I knocked many times, no one opened the door so I called and a lady picked up. She told me I had to walk inside the office, once I was in no one greeted me. The lady at the front desk presented very hostile behavior and spoke in a rude manor when asking for my information. My designated body shop had issues with them because nachos gave them a hard time to recover my car in order to keep it longer to scam my insurance for more money. I do not recommend this place if you don't want to experience the worst customer service. read more

Not sure who I spoke to in the office as she didn't provide a name when she answered the phone. Wasn't the greatest or worst customer service I've experienced. Whatever I wasn't too concerned about her customer service skills, I was given the information I needed. Let me tell you about Robert! He was AMAZING. Seriously. I've had an embarrassing amount of tow/roadside services in my life. He was extremely kind. I donated my car and haven't touched it in months so naturally I wanted to verify there wasn't anything of importance inside. Unfortunately, I got home right before Robert arrived to do so. I also had to move another vehicle out of the way so he may comfortably remove mine. During all his time waiting he didn't sigh or roll his eyes at me, no attitude! Instead he was patient even knowing I had made an appointment. read more

Tonight I was crossing a Main crosswalk near the collection with my family and was almost hit while standing on the middle of the street waving my arms to let oncoming traffic know I was there AND LUCKILY my wife pulled me back toward her before I got hit because positively I knew there was time for an aware driver to notice me but his truck came roaring thru and came back around and screamed "WEAR BRIGHTER COLORS". I made a call to the office and the owner was so unprofessional about the situation I had to end the conversation. Take what u will of this. I will never recommend a company that's so low on the safety requirements and punishments but I will damn sure leave a review on one. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. read more

Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor if you need a tow or get in a car accident DO NOT allow them to get ahold of your car. "John" is super rude and they do not give one care about treating people with courtesy or respect!!! Certainly lacking some compassion but from the looks of the place (a total dump) what can you expect. Terrible service with outrageous prices . They will take your car and act super nice and once you deal with the office staff they treat you like garbage! You would think with all the money they take from you they would consider to keep the office nice and clean everything is falling apart in there. I would be a miserable person if I had to work here too. I wish I could give 0 stars! read more

Don't go here. Money hungry people with no empathy and very poor customer service. John and Michelle Zavala have very rude attitude. The girl with curly hair is very rude. I thought John was going to be kind and professional but he gets shifted very easily telling me to be a men and be responsible for parking in a fire lane when I was unloading furniture at my friends apartment. He even told me that maybe I shouldn't be helping my friend in the beginning. John our roadside service always give you business. I will make sure we request a different company maybe ANACAPA TOWING . John I couldn't talk to you because you said that I was insulting you and telling you that you were doing illegal stuff, when all did was ask you if this was legal I tried to explain my situation how badly the impounding of my truck was going to hit me financially and how hard it was for me to take my kid to school and that I had to miss work and that how hard was to make those $400 to me this week and you manage to charge me all the fees possible. I was aware that I had to pay money but I wanted you to have some empathy and put yourself in my shoes, at least to understand and listen to a customer But instead you were telling me that I wasn't a men to admit that I did wrong. John I support family business but I don't know what happened with you customer service. You have an I.R.S. attitude. You know that we are at your mercy. I was not blocking anyone I was unloading furniture. Your tow truck guy saw the furniture. I am a men , John If I wasn't a men that had self-control the situation was going to turn ugly. People loose their head when the only tool they have to earn money and the only tool to bring the bread home is taken away for ransom. At least that how is interpreted. Bro you are making money out of people misery. I hope that all that bed energy and vibes that you are getting from that people you extort by turning the situation to a nightmare. All the this bad experiences on customers turn into a vive of hate and that goes to and mind and soul of the oppressor I hope that all this doesn't affect you marriage and personal peace. I have never experienced a more demeaning customer service representative. Upon even entering this establishment, I was already treated like something subhuman. While trying to get my car back, I was told to give in my license and registration (quite rudely). I told the guy very calmly that my registration was in my car, so I needed to go there to get it. I was then told "that's NOT how this works buddy, and you better pray the car is registered in your name" (which it is, not sure why that was threatened). Additionally, the woman sitting in the back of the office was smirking and laughing at us the whole time, and the tow truck driver sitting out front was mumbling rude comments under his breath. I hope no one ever has to encounter these people if they are in some sort of auto emergency, because they are the worst kind of people. read more

Great job towing my car. Fast and good service. Tow truck was clean. Driver was fast.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The employees have been nothing but rude to my family and I. We were rear ended at a red light by a distracted driver going 50 mph and the collision left my 3 year old brother concussed. When we came by to clear the stuff out of our totaled car, the workers seemed annoyed the whole time, and eventually told us we couldn't get any of our stuff because the name the car was registered under didn't have "the 2nd" on it. Everything else matched up, we even showed them insurance receipts for the car and they still refused. Eventually we had to call down my grandpa because his name matched up. They let him in but not us. These people clearly have no idea how to run a business and were the least helpful towing company I have ever had worked with. Do not let these people near your car, they're unprofessional and have no clue what they're doing. read more

This towing company will scam you. They know people are in a bad situation. They will juice you with hidden fees. Tow driver was very rude as well. All the positive reviews have to be 100% fake or family and friends. My towing cost went from $350 to $900. read more

Had a breakdown in the middle of the 101 during rush hour, and Nacho's was still able to get us to safety within 45 minutes. Can't recommend the service here highly enough if you need emergency roadside service in North LA County. read more

If I can give this place a fat (0), I would! The owner is a joke with no customer service what so ever !!!!! My son's car was stolen on Saturday night and picked up by Nacho on Sunday morning. Nachos Towing didn't report it until Wednesday so they can charge extra .... Mind you, my son called all towing companies around 6 pm or later on Sunday, including Nachos, to see if anyone had picked it up, and they said they did not have it. Not only that, but he started arguing with us about getting it out. I told him not to start it because it had been stolen, and I didn't feel safe starting it. He insisted on starting my vehicle, not understanding my concerns, and said he was not going to take my car out without starting it and said if he used his truck to move it out he would charge me for a tow!! Bullying us into paying for another tow !! I'm filing a former complaint with the B.A.R. and the Police Department on the poor and disrespectful treatment we received from the owner himself. We just wanted this nightmare to end, not add to it. I just wish his Dad would have seen the way he treats his customers. His Dad was always curtious and friendly and, most of all, understood the meaning of customer service. read more

0 stars if i could I've had great experiences in the past but something changed here and man did they drop the ball. No communication from them lousy tow service you ask for the driver to take your car to a body shop and instead takes it to a tow yard they don't communicate that they do this and then they charge you for each day that they keep it in storage and after about two weeks I receive a letter in the mail saying there is a lien sale on my car which makes absolutely zero sense. I would highly recommend not to use this company they are poor communication and lack of customer service and all areas from drivers to people answering the phones! read more

I have a 5th wheel in storage in Filmore. I called AAA to get the tire changed as it was flat. I had a spare and have AAA the address. They said Nacho's Towing was dispatched and would be there in up to 70 min. Fifteen minutes after that time I checked the status to see if there was any change. The time had been changed to TBD. After contacting AAA, they said the driver had taken an out of area call and wouldn't be available for up to 3 hours. WTF kind of business practice is that? You either had the call before you accepted mine and you shouldn't have accepted, or you DELIBERATELY chose to blow me off. Cut to today. I'm out again to get the tire changed. I call AAA again, and again I get Nacho's. Driver should be here by 10:22. 10:25 I check the status, TBD AGAIN! No more. I wouldn't work with this business if my car dropped the transmission in front of one of their trucks. read more

So, my alternator went out and my insurance called Nachos Towing out. It was late, 11:30 PM and I was under a ime crunch due to having to leave on vacation the next morning. Nacho came out like a hero to save the day and me and my family were able to get home to finish packing and made our trip. Now you might wonder why I am giving a 1 star for services. Upon returning from my trip the plan was to utilize Nacho's again since I believed they were legit upstanding individuals, oh how wrong I was! I went through my insurance company and had them dispatched to my residence to pick up my vehicle. They arrived with a flatbed even though I specifically requested a wheel lift and car dolly due to my vehicle being AWD and since the alternator went out the vehicle was completely locked up and would not shift into neutral. I was told that my insurance did not cover the equipment that was needed and that I would have to pay out of pocket $150 which was $50 more than what I paid prior to my vacation. This made me very suspicious, so I called my insurance to inquire about my coverage. I was informed that my roadside assistance coverage covers any equipment necessary for use to get my vehicle to a mechanic. Their main excuse for not having the right equipment was blamed on the third party dispatch company my insurance company uses. The funny thing is that I spoke to the dispatch company and they informed me that they send over the full request that is shown when the claim was put in. Each claim they stated had me requesting the appropriate equipment. This was further confirmed when another provider was dispatched to assist me. Nacho's not only lied, but they swindled me out of money. I can't put all the blame on them though. They capitalized on a dire situation and I allowed myself to be vulnerable due to the nature of the situation as well. I for one will not utilize this company again and will also inform family and friends to not utilize them as well. read more
