Excellent service. I made an appointment to have my car taken to a dealer; the driver arrived early, waited until I could meet him, asked appropriate questions and took the car. I followed in another car (this was a Lemon Law situation where the car was returned to a dealer). The only hiccup was the dispatcher and provided an incorrect dropoff address. We both recognized the problem and the driver promptly to the vehicle to the correct location. Once there, the dealer requested the vehicle be dropped at yet a different site and, without complaint or cost, accomidated. I'd use this company any time, any day. Excellent service! read more

Redline Towing is simply the best. I've had to use their services twice recently -- once when my car wouldn't start due to a failed starter, and again today when I accidentally locked my keys inside. Both experiences were outstanding. I don't remember the name of the tow truck driver from the first time, but he was professional and super helpful. Today, Aaron got me back into my car in under 5 minutes. These guys are fast, friendly, and extremely reliable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. read more

Redline Towing is by far the nicest towing company that I have ever been towed by.. i was telling my driver Daniel that the last place I was trying to purchase a used tire,they were trying to give me a tire that had a leak, they said they would patch it, but was gonna charge me regular price, so Daniel referred me to AV Tire which matched the price , and gave me excellent service ( AV tires has been around for over 30 years,) Daniel was friendly and extremely helpful , he also gave me tips about helping me streamline to get faster service with my car instrance. I called farmers to schedule a tow but realized I needed a battery Jump and then a new battery instal instead. Within an hour they were at my home jumping my car. An additional hour waiting for a new battery to arrive. 10 minutes instal. They were respectful of my car and did a great job, cleaning up as they worked. The battery was reasonabley priced and didn't charge What a great mom and pop business. They had good communication skills using text and the phone to contact me to let me know their arrival time. They sent a driver named Pedro to help me out when my truck broke down on the highway and this guy was awesome! He was so fast, very polite and so helpful. I told him my wife was coming to pick me up and he could have literally dropped me off at any gas station or rest stop, but he went the extra mile to drop me off at that cool outside mall in Oxnard. This company went above and beyond to help us with our breakdown. They really saved us. Our son's car wouldn't start, he works nights, and couldn't be with the car to get the tow. But Jessica (who is so helpful and kind) in the office suggested a morning meet up. So we scheduled for the morning. The driver met with my husband at the car and we told him we had tried to jump it but it wasn't the battery and that we scheduled the car to be dropped off at a local shop to get checked out. The driver asked if he could try to jump the battery and we said, of course. He charged it for a good while more than we did and the car started. He said we probably just need a new battery. And he was right! They helped us get the battery and installed it, saving us both time and money from having to take it to a mechanic. FABULOUS. It hasn't happened in many years so it was a bad feeling when my car lost its power on Hwy 101, Ventura on a Sunday afternoon.
