I was concerned that more damage might be done getting the vehicle onto the tow truck because it did not roll freely, but Carlos showed great care and professionalism getting my vehicle on and off the tow truck without any further damage. He then delivered my truck to the mechanic after hours and even offered to give me a ride home since it was on his way home. Carlos is a good man looking to help. They wanted to fix it at their shop instead of going through Insurance. After finally getting their insurance information, they dropped the vehicle off and another incident happens at my house with a different driver mouthing off at me and cussing at me. I recorded everything on my Meta glasses sent the video to the supervisor and I'm pretty sure nothing was done about it. 10/10 would recommend going with a different place and just paying for your tow. I canceled my Triple A because of the incident. Oh btw my car was totaled out because of this incident! All in all a massive headache that could've been avoided if I went with a different towing company.
