EFREN was so kind and courteous, amazing at almost 10 at night. I was very grateful for the gas he brought so I didn't end up on the side of the road. All their vehicles must be the best, he was just bringing me gas and he had a big flatbed tow truck that looked shiny new, or very well kept. Efren was friendly, not at all put off by my chatty nature. We discussed frivolity while the gas flowed. read more

I can't say enough Lennie was so professional and careful. Weather was horrible this day but he really takes pride in what he does. I would recommend these guys over bob Carlson towing any day. read more

They hooked my car up by the inner control bar instead of the correct placement and they bent my tires inward. Then they tried to fix it and they did a shoddy job of it and it was very difficult to get the wheel alignment done by another shop (they don't do that) costing me $264 extra to fix their screw up. They're very nice about everything and tried to fix it but just inexperienced tow driver read more

They're amazing !! I was really struggling and hesitant on calling a tow but their service is great and made me feel safe with my vehicle.

The next time you need a reliable tow truck with superior customer service call TWINZ TOWING & TRANSPORTATION! I've never had a flat tire on the freeway. Let me tell you... I was scared for my life. It's super scary!!! Thankfully, my car didn't swerve and I was able to pull off to the side. I searched online for a tow truck and saw the great reviews from Twinz. I called and within less than 30 minutes they came to my rescue. Efrain, got out of his truck and greeted me professionally and asked if I was ok. Said, to not panic and he would get my car loaded and escorted me to the tow truck to take a seat. He offered me water and said everything will be okay. I was very impressed with the service and punctuality. Efrain provided me with a peace of mind! Twinz is doing something right by having Efrain on their team! I was very impressed with the transportation. Thank you for working hard during the rain and being a super hero to our community! read more

had to call AAA when my car wouldn't start they sent these guys to help me. When he got here, he said I needed to turn my car around. I reminded him that the car wouldn't start and he said that he needed to go get another truck and would be right back. When 20 minutes had gone by, I checked with AAA to see where he was and they told me that the call for service had been cancelled by the driver. He told them that I had refused service. He completely lied and left me stranded. I had to wait several more hours for another driver to come. Can't believe the nerve of this guy. read more

Our vehicle broke down recently and our roadside service sent us an absolutely amazing driver from Twinz. My husband was the one who stayed with the vehicle and he said from their first interaction to their last, this guy was great. He spent a lot of time and effort getting our vehicle out of a tricky parking spot and onto his truck. He took my husband and the truck to the mechanic and left with a smile and a wave before my husband could properly thank him. We would absolutely call them again if we needed assistance! read more

My car caught a wicked flat tire while I was driving southbound on the 101. I was worried about what to do, who to call, what I would pay, etc. I highly recommend Twinz Towing, they treated me with kindness, empathy, and respect. They were able to come to my aid a lot quicker than I was anticipating and Effrain, the driver, and we nothing but kind, respectful, and helpful. I'm not saying I'm hoping I'll need my car towed off the freeway again, but should it happen I know exactly who I'm calling. Very fair price as well; was able to be dropped off a couple cities over to my home. Thank you to Twinz towing and thank you to Efrain and Veronica. Huge help and not breaking the bank. read more
