My mom and I were stuck at a gas station when my car suddenly wouldn't start. We tried asking around, and one guy even tried jumping it for us, but nothing worked. I was pretty sure we'd have to get it towed, and the whole day was about to be a mess. Then a super nice guy from Kasho Roadside Service showed up and completely saved the day. He knew exactly what he was doing and got the car started with no problem at all. It was such a relief, it honestly felt like a little miracle and saved me a whole lot of time and money. Fourth of July weekend, Saturday afternoon to be exact. I traveled from the Valley to Ventura Harbor. Great weekend getaway that started off with me locking my key fob in my new car that I had only been driving a few weeks. Kerry helped me change my flat tire on Memorial day. He called to let me know he would arrive in 10 mins, and he did. He was done with 10 mins, at most. I can honestly say it took longer to get my insurance roadside assistance to get my information down than it did for him to arrive and help me. He was fast, efficient and friendly. My insurance company contracted Kasho and at about midnight last night I found myself without gas and without my wallet, about 50 miles from home. Kasho arrived on the scene within 15minutes, gave me a couple gallons of gas, and then drove with me to the gas station to fill me up! Out of his own pocket!! He even bought me a Coke and candy bar for the ride home!! The generosity that he (the owner of Kasho) showed me in my time of need almost brought me to tears. I love this guys service. I have road side assistance with Toyota and this is the second time I had to use the road side service and it was the same older gentleman who helped me out last time. Honestly the best roadside experience I've ever had, was very professional and polite! He was very skilled at his job and opened my 2014 mustang within 15 minutes even though it has pillar less doors and the best part was he didn't damage my car at all. Not even a scratch! Kasho Roadside Service was great. The owner was professional and efficient and showed up in time. He charged my dead battery back to life in just a few seconds and knew exactly where the re-charge connection was under the hood, as my battery is located under the back seat which did not need to be lifted because he was knowledgable.
